Amazing trip to Masai Mara
We booked the 3 day Safari tour to Masai Mara. The contact with the office in advance was perfect, the entire organization was very good, the camping spot was nice and the entire Safari experience with our guide Castro was unforgettable. We had a really nice time and I highly recommend the organization and Castro as an experienced guide.

Very good
Everything was very good on our safari with Bryan and Leroy.
We did 6 days in Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. All parks are worth it.
The guides were very willing to ensure that we had a good vacation. Always attentive to answer questions and find the best locations for the truck to see the animals. Good decisions about when to continue, when to stop, how long to stay in each place (the tour was private).
The category was budget but the accommodations are very good considering the price paid. The campsites are rustic but it is what is expected from that type of places and they have everything you need.
The meals are basic and with little variety but they are good, delicious and in good quantity.

What an experience what a tour company!
Beatrice was extremely responsive to all our questions once we booked. We felt we were in good hands right from the start. Once we arrived, our guide, Edward, was waiting for us. Edward was a great driver, knowledgable and very friendly. Showed us as much as possible in our 2 day safari. Couldn’t have been any better… thanks Edward! The positive reviews are understandable. We travel quite a lot and would definitely recommend Serengeti Wakanda Tours.

7 days trip – an absolutely phantastic tour operator
Bright was a great, professional guide, driver, and also a good friend during our tour. We had a lot of fun all the 7 days, got much information and a perfectly organized tour – always in time, with great selected lodges. I felt always safe and comfortable during the entire trip.
I contacted Richard via WhatsApp just in time – all arrangements were via WhatsApp. For the payment, he shared a link for credit cards. All worked perfectly.
When i arrived in Entebbe- Bright my Guide was there to welcomed welcome me. This tour was absolutely worth the money. I loved the car, the gorilla tour, the chimpanzees, and all the donations to the village.

The tour operator creates personalized and memorable travel experiences.
I had an incredible experience with Across Horizon Safaris. Communication was prompt, and the service was exceptional, thanks to our friendly and knowledgeable guide. The tour offered excellent value for money and ran smoothly, showcasing the region's beauty and diversity in an unforgettable way.

Highly recommended - request for Felix and you will not be disappointed
We decided to go for Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris because Ushma provided us with the best quote for our itinerary. This is our itinerary for the trip:
Day 1: Arrival
Day 2: Tarangire NP
Day 3: Serengeti NP
Day 4: Serengeti NP
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Day 6: Waterfall, coffee workshop, hot spring tour
Day 7: Departure
The trip was amazing and we couldn't recommend the operator, and our guide Felix enough. The highlights of our trips were:
Lioness stalking a group of zebras at Serengeti
Serval cat during the day at Serengeti
Close encounter with two cheetahs at Serengeti
Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented Safari Camp - amazing accommodation
Lioness successfully hunting a wildebeest at Ngorongoro
Black rhinoceros at Ngorongoro
(We didn't get to see a leopard though, guess another reason for us to visit again!)
Felix was very knowledgeable and always on the look out for animals throughout the whole trip. Also, recommending us to leave quite early for the morning game drive (at Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Those were the days that we get to experience the parks with very little tourists and many animal activities.
Must-haves:
Telephoto lens (slightly heavy but worth it)
Warm clothes (especially for Ngorongoro - we were freezing at 6am when the temperature dropped to 8C!)
Eye drops and scarfs (masks) for dusts during the whole game drive
Lens wipe - not just for your camera for also glasses/ sunglasses
Final tips:
Be prepared for the "African massage" - it was relentless. After leaving Arusha there is no paved road until the last day when we got back again. The guide will do everything possible to make the trip more comfortable but just a heads up that it will be quite an adventure.
Stay at least 2 nights in Serengeti! We wished we extended our trip to include an extra night - especially when we got to stay at Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented Safari Camp. During dinner we saw a hyena ran across the plains. The location, amenities, meals, accommodation are all on point. We cannot recommend staying here enough. An extra night would also allow for an evening game drive (or extra time to relax) so that you will have more opportunities to see different types of animals. If it was 1 thing we could change about our trip it would be this.
Be patient. The only reason we got to have a close encounter with the cheetahs and witnessed a successful hunt was because we waited. Some people gave up as soon as they arrived and didn't see any action. We are in the middle of National Park, not a theme park. Patience is a virtue.
Skip Lake Manyara National Park, we were told that the flamingos have not been spotted in this lake for at least 5 years due to water pollution. We made the right choice to spend more time at other parks instead.
Pack light. The space on the jeep is limited and the more you pack there more you need to carry and store throughout the whole journey.
Finally, have fun and relax when you are at the park. Do not stress over what animals you will see, and when. It is nature so nothing is guaranteed. As our guide Felix always said "You never know what is around the corner". There is so much to see, so many activities happening. Nobody has the exact same experience and that is the beauty of this trip. You will get to have a unique personal experience at one the Africa's best game reserve.

Top Safari
We went on our first safari with Alkanjaoi Tours and Safaris in Arusha National Park in February. The guide knew his way around and took us to the most beautiful spots perfectly. We immediately decided to book them again next time.
