Amazing 5 day safari with Suricata
5/5

We booked the grand safari tour as a family with our 14y old daugther and had an amazing time with our guide Freddie. He was very knowledgeable, humorous and had answers to all our many questions.

The accomodations on the trip were really nice, especially the tent camps in the Serengeti and the crater were unexpetedly luxurious.

The culinary experience was excellent throughout the trip. We even got warm lunches during the game drives, cooked by Suricata's own chef. Compared to the lunch boxes we saw with other operators, this was a really nice benefit.

Everything around the safari, like the airport pick-up, or our extended stay in Arusha was expertedly handled by Suricata and no hassle for us.

Thank You
5/5

It was on the Safari Bookings website that I discovered Amshar Serengeti Adventures. When they responded to me, they did so quickly and thoroughly, understood what I was searching for, and provided an itinerary. I collaborated with Edward, who is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and willing to answer any queries. Choosing a three-day safari, I modified it to include only the Tarangire and Ngorongoro, skipping Lake Manyara, in order to see the top creatures on my list. Everything is organized for you, including lodging at the parks and flights or transportation from Zanzibar. We were partnered with William, our fantastic guide, on the day of the safari! He's someone I would suggest to anyone. He makes an effort to respond to any queries you may have.

Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and acommodating!
5/5

We did a custom 8-day private mid-range safari with Lion King Adventures for our honeymoon and it could not have been better! The staff helped with customizing a once in a lifetime experience and we went over all the details and they worked to make sure to get everything just right. They were helpful, good communicators, and a pleasure to deal with.

Our driver and guide Gama was spectacular! From the moment we met him we could tell that he was knowledgable, funny, and a reliable person. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro crater and Gama knew all the routes to take, best spots to look for certain animals, and he was quick to drive there too! He has eyes like a hawk and can spot a leopard from very far away, even while driving. He would make sure to give us all the facts and explain the behaviours of the animals, while letting us sit there to soak in the experience. He would constantly monitor the radio for any reports of cheetahs or leopards or rhinos and would race to the spot if there was a call out for something interesting! He really went over and beyond our expectations and I would recommend you request him to be your guide! He was really everything you could want in a safari tour guide / driver!

Jafari was also our guide and driver around Arusha, he was funny and knowledgeable as well and gave us a great tour around the city. He was also reliable and a great person!

I would highly recommend booking with Lion King for your safari experience, they made the process easy and made every moment special.

Excellent and efficient service to provide the best possible safari experience
5/5

Susan from Discover Africa organised a truly amazing holiday for us. She created a trip that suited our requirements perfectly. Communication was excellent and everything was organised perfectly so that we had a stress free trip. Our accommodation was lovely and we had our own knowledgeable safari guide to enable us to see the best of Tanzania and the wildlife. I would thoroughly recommend Discover Africa.

We had an amazing time in Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park and fell in love with Tanzania, its people, wildlife and beautiful landscapes. We would book with Endless Safaris again at any time.

Best thing I've ever done!
5/5

My husband and I did a custom 8 day private safari with Lion King Adventures for our honeymoon and I think it is the best thing we have every done! We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater.

We started in Arusha and did a tour of the city with Jarfari. He gave us a great introduction to Tanzania which really helped us settle in. He also quickly resolved a small booking miscommunication with the hotel in Arusha for us. We really appreciated how quickly he fixed it so that we didn’t have to deal with it and could just enjoy our trip.

Our safari guide Gama was truly wonderful! I think your guide can really influence your experience because of how much time you spend with them on a private safari and I was so grateful we had Gama. Without him I never would have seen half of the animals we did! He was so quick to spot animals while on the game drives and point them out to us. He would let us sit for as long as we wanted taking in the animals and views then give us all the facts and insights into their behaviours when we were ready.

Gama also was constantly chatting with other drivers and monitoring the radio to stay up to date on where different animals were spotted and which parts of the park to take us to. There was one time we were on our way out of the park and had just driven through a thunderstorm when he heard there was a cheetah spotted and he took the extra time and effort to go through the storm again back into the park just to try and find it for us. Thanks to him we were able to see elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, and even a rhino. I was particularly interested in seeing baby hippos and he made sure we saw one every single day! I would highly recommend Lion King Adventures for a smooth and awe-inspiring safari experience and if you are able to request Gama as your guide I would! He was reliable, insightful, and an excellent guide.

A life-changing experience
5/5

The safari with Serengeti Wakanda was amazing from start to finish - Beatrice made all the arrangements beforehand, and was always available to answer our questions.

When we landed in Seronera, Andrew was there to greet us with a smile and begin our safari - he’s a fantastic person and the best guide! We saw lots of animals during our safari, but Andrew was able to spot them from hundreds of metres away, all while navigating the roads and chatting to us at the same time. Andrew is friendly, polite and has a great sense of humour, and this made our time together even better. He’s also very knowledgeable about Tanzania, the Serengeti and the different wildlife that live there. One of the highlights of the trip was getting to see leopards up close and walking around our truck, as well as seeing lions and a cheetah on an early morning game drive.

We also stayed in some amazing lodges, namely Serengeti Sametu, Nyumbani Collection and Ngorongoro Farm House. The accommodations were different but they all provided impeccable service and delicious food.

We would recommend Serengeti Wakanda to anyone thinking of booking a safari, and ask for Andrew to be your guide - he really made the experience even better! Asante sana to all!

Amazing experience
5/5

I recently had the opportunity to embark on a safari adventure in the heart of the African wilderness, and it was an experience that will stay with me for a lifetime.
Each day was filled with new and exciting experiences, as we ventured out into the bush in search of Africa's most iconic wildlife.

Assad, our expert guide were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the animals we encountered, and they were always happy to share their insights with us. We were lucky enough to see a wide variety of animals on our safari, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, cheetah and leopard. It was truly amazing to see these magnificent creatures up close in their natural habitat.

In addition to the incredible wildlife, I was also deeply impressed by the stunning scenery of the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and Tanrangire. The vast, open plains, dotted baobab trees, were a sight to behold. I was also amazed by the diversity of the landscape, which included everything from lush grasslands to rugged mountains.

We made the 4 days/3 nights trip and it was perfect. We slept 2 nights in tents and one in lodge. Nights in tents are pretty rough to be honest but it’s perfect for a budget safari.

I would highly recommend a safari adventure to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

Thanks again Everlasting African Adventure

A lifetime of memories for this family
5/5

We just returned from a six-day safari with Eddy from Amshar Serengeti Adventures. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara Parks, in that order. We were traveling as a couple with three young children (10, 7, and 5). The whole experience was very special from start to finish. Eddy, our fearless leader, was highly informative, organized, responsive, and highly tolerant of our boisterous band of adventurers. His style was reserved and respectful- which gave our family the space we needed- yet he was always happy to answer questions and discuss matters large and small. Eddy worked very hard to provide a good experience in terms of wildlife viewing and as a result, we were able to fill our days with stunning encounters both expected and unexpected, including hard to find animals such as leopards, rhinos, and cheetahs. There was necessarily a lot of driving, but the variation in vegetation and the stunning landscapes that the itinerary affords helped make this manageable, even for young children.

Our family really enjoyed the accommodation chosen for us by Amshar: our only regret was not being able to spend more time at each unique guesthouse. At our (solar powered!) camp in the Serengeti, we fell asleep to the sounds of a family of lions frolicking around our tent. The food offered by each establishment was simply delicious.

The wonderful safari experience aside, we would also highly recommend Amshar for the “front office” experience. We found Edward, who coordinated our booking, to be extremely responsive and professional as we ironed out the logistics of our trip.

Thank you to both Edward and Eddy for the lifetime’s worth of memories you’ve shared with our family.

Great Operator - Fantastic Driver-Guide
5/5

We found Benson Safari very reliable. Communication with Peris was fast and efficient. She easily accommodated the needs for our trip.

Everything went perfect in our week long Safari, from finding our driver guide Zablon at Kili airport to drop off a week later at Kokatende airstrip.

Our itinerary was Tarangire, Ngorogoro, central serengeti and north serengeti.

Benson set us up in lovely lodges, with special mention to Kubu Kubu in Central Serengeti. The view is incredible, and the rooms luxurious. Serena Manyara was in a good location but a bit outdated. Mara under canvas is the definition of Glamping. Beautiful grounds and very comfortable tents, with hot bucket shower! Service was impeccable everywhere.

Zablon was fantastic as our driver guide. Patient, knowledgeable and always in good mood, always making sure to get the best viewing spots. We spotted the big 5 and much more. The migration crossing at the Mara river is something indescribable.

My wife celebrated her birthday during our trip, and Benson arranged for a surprise ar the Mara Under Canvas lodge. That was very special!

Hakuna matata!
