We took part in the 3 day Massai Mara safari tour. We loved it. Our guide Castro was very nice. Value for money was good. We stayed in a budget camp outside the park. People were lovely, food and comfort were decent. That’s all we wanted. We just have two little acknowledgments: in the list about the things that are included is botteled water. The first day we did not get any water, the second day a litre and the last day again no water. I highly recommend you’ll packe enough water and snacks on your own, as it sometimes a long drive without any break. That’s the second point too. For us the time between breaks especially toilet breaks were just too long.
Despite these points it was a great experience.

Efficient, Trustly and Highly reccomended
From the beginning , We had a very warm welcome. Félix the Host Manager was very straight forward with Everything. The price&acommodation it was great, and our Tour Guide « Raymond « he was a Nice and very knowledge person and very Good driver.
If I come back to Tanzania I will call them again! Thanks for everything!

Great tour, great guides, great value
Been with Ozon on a 7 day great migration tour. The guides, transport, food and accommodation were great value. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend. If I would need to give a few improvement points; change the lunchboxes to a lunch out of a pan, and do some small repairs to the car (ability to close windows completely and have power). But these did not impact our trip a single bit!!

Ozon Light tours offers great value for money
Ozon light tours made our first week in Tanzania a great experience. July 2024 we went on a 6 day Safari to Tarangire, central and Northern Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro crater. After that we did a one day hike, and a second day to the waterfall and hotsprings. We were a group of 10, two families. The guides Issa and Albert were fantastic, very knowledgable, great drivers, engaging. The accommodations in the parks were very comfy, sleeping in tents surrounded by wild animals. The high-light for us was witnessing the dramatic scène of wildebeasts crossing the river. Communication upfront with Winnie was great too. I feel Ozon offers great value for money. Thank you Ozon light tours!

Professional, reliable, excellent guide!
We had a 5-day safari with Idris as our guide and we were extremely happy with it! All communication prior to departure was swift and clear, they adapted our itinerary to suit our preferences, and we could pay in euro to their NL account, which was very convenient. All the lodges were very comfortable and run by the tour company itself, so the standard was high throughout the trip and value for money was great. Security and escorts were provided after dark at the campsites, in case of any wildlife. Last but certainly not least, Idris has exceptional game spotting skills and is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. He made the nervous among the group feel at ease, and succeeded in helping us spot the big 5 and countless others!

An amazing experience with excellent service.
It was an incredible and unforgetable experience. We saw so many animals, it exceeded our expectations. The guides Albert and Isa were truly the best. They were so kind and always happy. The cars were super comfortable (complete with chargers and a frigde) and could easily fit 6 people. We had more than enough food and drinks. The communication with the company was great and everything was clear.

Very professional - perfect
Firstly, the communication from day 1 was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and fast. Happiness was our contact and she was excellent (faultless) throughout. Everything was arranged so we just had to get to Arusha and then everything was taken care of until the return flight out. Our driver Oscar was also excellent - very calm, knowledgeable and professional.
The lodges were great - they offer options depending on where you want to visit - and the whole experience perfect for what we wanted.
Would definitely recommend and use again.
I also forgot a pair of shorts in the last lodge and Happiness made sure they were on a flight the next day and I collected in Zanzibar - going over and above.

Letso was so amazing and helpful, answered all of our questions. Never hurried us along.
Stanza was amazing with the communication between his company and us. We were 8 Adults and 2 Children to be accommodated.
We booked a trip with Letso to Victoria Falls, Helicopter flip and our lunch at Lookout Cafe.
Helped us out when we where in a bind for extra days in Kasane.
Arranged for a fishing trip a day before.
I will recommend Stanza and African Bush Lovers Travels for anyone that want to receive excellent service. That is what they give their clients.
I only wish I can give you more than 5 stars.
From owner, office staff and guides, they all are friendly and very helpful.
