We were on a Safari adventure in Kenya on the end of July. It was truly a splendid journey. A heartfelt thank you to Fred for his patient communication throughout the preparation phase. Our guide, big Tom, exceeded all expectations with his dedication, vast experience, and unparalleled friendliness. He led us on an unforgettable journey, ensuring every moment was captured with awe and wonder. Tom is extremely dedicated and conscientious, ensuring that every request we make is meticulously fulfilled. He takes great care of us and goes above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Excellent in all aspects
We booked our Safari for our family group of ten people, with Carol of Tekko Tours and throughout the process she helped us. Even booking our train tickets for after the safari. The accommodation was excellent but most importantly our two guides Stephen and Kevin were extremely knowledgable and very dedicated to making sure that we had the best experience possible, always going beyond what they needed to. We were lucky in the enormous range of animals and bird life we saw but also this was due to their skills and care. We would all highly recommend anyone to book with this company

Timely reply to messages to solve problems.
The cost-effectiveness is very high, the staff are very friendly, and the driver is very cooperative with our travel. The only drawback is that the initially agreed upon hotel was not successfully booked, resulting in price changes.

Great service and professionalism | 4-day Safari
Very competent staff and available to answer all our questions before and during the safari (over 30 emails exchanged with Novatus!). They had the best proposition among the four Safari agencies I was in contact with. We were welcomed by Seith and Novatus who showed us around Arusha the day before our departure. Our driver Mariki was also very competent and experienced, and we were lucky enough to see all the animals we expected to see! The accommodations were all very good, and the food provided for lunch on Safari days was excellent every time. I can only highly recommend Tanzania Pilgrimage Safari.

Outstanding in knowledge and service!
This is our second safari with Dume Africa. The trip was executed glitch free and all our needs and wants were managed with excellent care. We travelled to many parks and accomodations were wonderfully handled. As I was somewhat disabled on this trip, our guide went above and beyond to see to my comfort and needs. Will recommend Dume to anyone interested in a safari in their service area!

Trip of a lifetime!
Anything I can say about Uganda won't be enough. It is definitely the most underrated of all African destinations and arguably the most beautiful.
Dixon and hooves of Africa were great from the get go, planning everything to the last detail, including the extra days I was in Uganda.
And then the tour itself, nothing short of amazing. My safari guide Champion was truly a champion, smart, intelligent and a lot of fun. He made sure I saw everything including all of the big 5. The accommodations were lovely and the chimpanzee and gorilla tracking was the true highlight of the trip. Definitely something everyone should experience once in their life.
Breathtaking nature, amazing people and overall a very very good experience.
