I recently returned from an incredible 7-day Kenya tour with Lenchada Safaris, and I must say it was an experience of a lifetime! Our tour operator, Alex, was exceptional in every way. His knowledge, expertise, and passion for wildlife and conservation made our journey truly unforgettable.
The good stays at various lodges and camps were comfortable and convenient, but I must mention that the tents could use some upgradations. However, this minor aspect didn't dampen our spirits, as the breathtaking scenery and wildlife encounters more than made up for it.

Most memorable and unforgettable trip of this year!
This was our first trip to Kenya, and our guide, Big Tom, made it an unforgettable experience. Tom was incredibly dedicated throughout the journey, ensuring that we visited all the key attractions and went out of his way to accommodate every request we had. Despite our packed schedule, he was always nice and professional, taking great care of us every step of the way. Tom's expertise was evident as he guided us to see a wide variety of animals. His driving skills were excellent, and he managed our time perfectly, ensuring we made the most of each day. We felt safe and well looked after throughout the trip. We highly recommend this travel agency and especially Tom for anyone planning a trip to Kenya!

Flawless execution of our 2 week Safari in Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya
Just completed a 2-week safari of Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Masa Mara, Golden Monkeys and Gorilla in Uganda. The coordination of guides at the airports, hotels and transfers connecting Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda was flawless. The experience was breathtaking, the memories will truly last a lifetime. However, that experience comes with a price. Extremely expensive. I requested a breakdown per day of the total cost of over $32,000 USD at least 4 times and was ignored. So, if you are looking for the perfect vacation in Africa gotoafrica.com is totally for you. I am not sure I would have been able to book this trip myself never spending time in Africa. Fantastic Safari Experience
We have spent 2.5 days in Nyerere National Park. Already the drive from Dar-Es-Salaam to Nyerere was quite exciting and interesting. The lodge accomodation was fantastic, we slept very well and the food was delicious.
The boat safari and the full day game drive were an amazing experience - and we even saw lions!

The safari trip was fabulous, our guide Helman is very knowledgeable.
Thanks for Meijo, we had wonderful time during the safari trip. The guide Helman was ver knowledgeable, he knows all the animals we saw. And we had the luck to see all big fives and ugly fives. The accommodations are great! All five stars and we felt super comfortable all time. Would definitely recommend.

Superb in every way
All accommodations were of an excellent standard and located in beautiful locations. Both drivers/guides were very experienced and also pleasant personalities Furthermore, everything was arranged down to the last detail, such as the transfers from the airports to the hotels, the chimpansee and gorilla-trackings, the safaris, etc. There was nothing to complain about.

Worst , liar and asking money for fuel
I had worst and terrible experience with Mashack tour operator and guide. He is the liar and not trustworthy. He did not pick up at the airport and I was stuck in the middle of night outside of airport. He switch off his phone. They invite new clients to join groups to earn more money. Unnecessary drop off and pick up new clients waste time which impact a lot in game drive. They lied and asking money for fuel. I advise not to go with Mashack tour operator.

The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and are well connected with other tour operators.
The lodge is basic but quiet and comfy and has all the necessities to use as a base. The hosts arranged everything for us and went out of their way to accommodate our wants. This was especially welcomed as we had not pre-arranged anything.
We did two half day local game drives, Vic Falls, river rafting, and 4 day safari in Kafue national park.
Our host, Daniel, was also our guide and driver on safari and was very knowledgeable and had very experienced eyes. We were given ample time to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful country of Zambia.

Dieter was amazing
We had a great experience in 2 days safari! We took so many photos of the animals. We had a great guide and driver Dieter knew everything about the national parks and he did his best for us to see lions! Finally we made it!!!

Amazing Tour Company!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Crafted Africa. They made our Malawian family vacation absolutely wonderful and relaxing and perfect. I lived in Malawi 30 years ago as a young volunteer, and this summer I returned with my husband and two sons to share the beauty of the country with them. I thought about doing a self-drive tour to save money ... but I am SO glad I decided to let Crafted Africa do the bookings and arrange for the car and driver. Our driver, Eddie, was just such a great guide and driver and person that I can't imagine having done the trip without him. He was so helpful and friendly and generous and knowledgable. He knew all about the country and the flora and fauna. He elevated our entire experience from the moment he picked us up at the airport. Our flight had arrived late and our luggage was delayed, so when we left the airport we were tired. He was there to greet us warmly with a beautiful clean vehicle filled with snacks and treats and bottles of South African wine. He made us feel instantly relaxed and safe and cared for. Our entire trip went flawlessly. Everything was beautifully arranged and Eddie was like our fixer, helping us with any issue or question or request. He knew which roads were closed due to maintenance or flooding, he was always prepared with suggestions to help us have the perfect vacation experience, he knew lots of people around the country - including police officers as road stops - that always helped us to avoid any hassles or issues. My whole family was SO SAD we couldn't bring him with us to Tanzania for the second half of our holiday. I had thought that our time in Malawi would be harder than our time in Tanzania - because it's less of a popular tourist destination - but it was the other way around. I am SO glad that Crafted Africa helped me with the trip arrangements. Sure it cost a bit more than doing it myself, but it was SO worth it! I can't recommend them, and Eddie, highly enough!!!!
