Extrodinary landscapes and animals
Tanzania is a phenomenal country with inspiring conservation. It was incredible to see the animals in their natural habitat and see how they are protected. The Seregetti is extraordinary and the great migration one of the seven wonders of nature.
We used Safarisoles and I cannot reccommend them enough- we had a medical emergency halfway through the trip (unrelated to Tanzania or the safari) and their care and assistance was incredible.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Marcel de Bruin
Personally, I thought this was the most beautiful park. Wasn't too big and had all the animals you hope to see.

We visited this park by bike, which you could rent at the entrance, how beautiful it is to cycle past the zebras when the giraffes look at you. There was a whole group of baboons where we stopped and the baboons just came very close. The tour through the valley was beautiful and the local guide was very well informed about all the sights. Highly recommended.

Review about Lake Nakuru National Park by Marcel de Bruin
We did this NP with our own transport and that was great to do. You can stay with all the wildlife as long as you want. Here we also saw several rhinos and hundreds of flamingos. The park is not too big and can easily be visited in 1 day.

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Marcel de Bruin
The largest park we have visited. We were here for 3 days and had a lodge close to the park, which was very pleasant and easy to do. The guides have contact with each other and therefore know where the predators are and can drive there. Seen many birds. Definitely worth going.

Alright
Didn’t get to see any animals, other than your monkeys, elephants and impala’s, extremely disappointed after previously calling the day before and being told to come any time to see any animal, but the day of coming only seeing little and being told we should’ve come earlier, therefore ultimately given poor advise and wasted money.

A Kenyan Safari Beyond Expectations
Our Kenyan safari, meticulously planned by Africa Barefoot Safaris, surpassed all expectations. From the initial contact with Prajwal, she patiently crafted a customized itinerary to suit our preferences and budget; we knew we were in good hands.
Our guide, Patrick, was an invaluable asset. His profound knowledge of Kenya's wildlife, culture, and history was truly impressive. His passion for sharing his expertise was evident in every interaction, making our journey even more enriching. His dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled, ensuring we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our adventure.
The dedicated safari vehicle was perfect for our group, providing ample space and comfort while allowing for optimal wildlife viewing. The accommodations selected by Prajwal were exceptional, offering a blend of luxury and authentic experiences.
The wildlife encounters were nothing short of spectacular. The vast plains of Amboseli offered breathtaking encounters with majestic elephants, while the Masai Mara provided thrilling opportunities to witness the drama of the savanna unfold, including prides of lions, elusive leopards, and playful cheetahs. From witnessing majestic elephant herds in Amboseli to the thrill of spotting elusive leopards in the Masai Mara, every game drive was an adventure. We were fortunate to see a diverse array of animals, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and countless bird species. Patrick's skill in positioning the vehicle for photography resulted in breathtaking images.
Our experiences extended beyond wildlife viewing. In Nairobi, a visit to the elephant orphanage was heartwarming, and feeding giraffes was an unforgettable encounter. Taking the plane from Amboseli to Masai Mara offered a unique perspective of the vast savanna.
Naboisho Conservancy was a highlight. The night safari there was an exhilarating experience, allowing us to witness nocturnal creatures in their natural habitat. The clear night skies provided an exceptional opportunity for astrophotography. And the thrill of camping under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush while protected by Masai warriors, was an adventure of a lifetime.
We cannot thank Prajwal and Patrick at Africa Barefoot Safaris enough for curating such an extraordinary journey. It was an experience we will cherish forever.
We started our trip with Africa Barefoot Safaris and we finished it with two friends Patrick and Prajwal. THANK YOU!
