Excellent
5/5

Everything about this safari was first class, from start to finish. Peter is a fantastic guide with so much experience, he knows where to be and when in order to get the best spots. The days itineraries were well thought out, we saw the big 5 within the first 3 days!
Each lodge we stayed in was fantastic and the food was great. The car was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Manna Safaris for a truly memorable safari experience.

Outstanding tour, exceeded expectations
5/5

We did a six-day tour to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro crater, staying at several lodges, including a lovely tent lodge. The pre-tour arrangements and the tour itself were impeccably organized. Francesca was highly responsive, and offered us the most attractive package, in terms of both value and quality. Francesca and Heriel, our guide/driver, were both extraordinarily attentive during the entire tour, listening and responding to our wishes and tastes. Francesca came to our lodge and welcomed us on our first day. Heriel, who accompanied us from our arrival at Kiliminjaro airport until our departure, evinced great competence and skill as both a driver and guide with knowledge of both the natural world and wildlife and the human culture of the region. He is an incredibly kind person, maintaining great calm in any situation. (He spoke both English and French.) He succeeded in locating all of the wildlife we wanted to see, including the difficult to find cheetahs. We also were lucky enough to find three lionesses milking their cubs. We highly recommend the tour.

a trip of a lifetime
5/5

the guys from ATA made our trip one of the best ever, from start to finish their communication was clear and the trip to see the gorillas in Bwindi and then the safari onto Queen Elizabeth was fantastic. The accomodation was great, tour guide open and engaging and although the costs are quite high for charity workers or lower paid people like us it is a once in a lifetime trip so make a plan and go see the gorillas for yourself!

A trip of a lifetime - great memories and unforgettable people
5/5

I can't recommend more highly the service provided by Pembury Tours. Kerry looked after us and she was a pleasure to deal with and a very personal service. Being from Australia I have never dealt with an overseas tour company so was not sure what to expect - I needn't have any concerns as the service and communication provided by Kerry was fantastic and I felt I was in good hands from the first contact.
The drivers and tour companies were fantastic - it went like clockwork and such warm and friendly people.

I will definitely use Pembury Tours to book future holidays on Africa.

About: Tanzania
Amazing Tanzania
Overall rating
5/5

It was a wonderful Safari covering Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire national parks in Kenya & Tanzania! We were so lucky to see all the animals we wanted, and the amazing view in Ngorongoro conservation area.
Allen was the guide and driver of Mama Savana Safari in Tanzania I booked from Wildlife. He has spread knowledge of wildlife and national parks. We got a lot of fun with Allen, he was patient, flexible, caring and accommodating our requests, in the last day he offered us an impressive lunch at local restaurant in Arusha!
I would recommend Mama Savana - If you book a tour I strongly recommend asking the company to have Allen as a designated guide.

Trip of a life time
5/5

It was my first time in Africa and I was amazed by the expertise and knowledge of my driver guide and the park rangers who were always quick to help and make you comfortable.

I was very pleased with heritage lodge and enjoyed the tamarind juice I had as a welcome gesture and the beautiful view of water from the Nile that parked distance from the lodge. I saw a lot of wildlife like the buffaloes, kobs, elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, bush bucks, hippos,a lion ,the great murchison falls, the hike on top of the falls was beautiful.

Mikie was our guide and he was very cooperative, chatty and a great coordinator.

Pamora safaris uganda is what I would recommend for a memorable safari.

Traveling in Uganda as a Couple/Mountain Gorilla Tracking
5/5

If there was just one description for the Instinct Safaris staff it would be "caring"! Our short four day safari in Uganda started on the 30th of December in Kampala. My girlfriend and I work for a NGO in the city and before returning home for a longer period, we definitely wanted to see mountain gorillas. Instinct Safaris and a few other travel companies came up. After discussions on the phone and in office, they made us a great offer for the 3 night trip and we started the safari. Weather was a little unpredictable and so was the traffic. On the 9 h drive down to the rain forest, we got stuck in traffic a number of times and ran late to get to our lodge, fortunately, our guide Raban already called in to the lodge to make sure that our dinner would not be luke warm by the time we would get there. Instead, he also organized a hot shower for us upon arrival. The gorilla tracking hike was just incredible. We opted in for another community hike on the following day, which took us to some community settlements and waterfalls in the area. As we are both keen bird watchers, we were delighted to see that our guide had some fond bird knowledge. We would highly recommend the company. If you are going, ask for Raban to be your guide!
