He put together a tour for us quickly with almost no notice and included all of our requests.
Seeing the chimpanzees and gorillas was incredible. Next time we will probably hire a porter as we were not in the best of shape, but it was a great experience anyway.

We did safari tour to Queen Elisabeth NP with group of 12 people. The Jungle Escape Africa helped us to set up schedule of the tour according our plans, find the best accommodation. The communication with the tour consultant Sarah was excellent. She was always prompt and very helpful. We appreciate drivers/tour guides of company. The staff of Jungle Escape is not only friendly, but highly skilled. Pricing was fair and transparent - definitely value for money. We highly recommend this company.

amazing Safari-Trip
Our Safari-Trip with Mariki was really really great. He organized a Programm that was perfect for us. The Communication was very easy, we told our wishes and what we want. At the hole Journey we had no complications, the Service, the Food and the Adventure was really amazing. At had Moments they will stay forever in our memories.
It was a 100% perfect Safari-Trip for us and we can recommend it to everyone!!!

Good service - Need followup
Very good service overall, need some fine tuning though
Positive:
1) The admin was handled very nicely and friendly, also after reaching there it was good (Faraja)
2) The driver was good ( was very experienced and good ), although English was not good was able to handle fully, and there was a car issue and was handled well
3) The places of stay was very good and effective, ( some last minute changes were handled well )
Need improvment:
1) First day we reached at 8am and they missed to book the hotel and had to wait 2h at reception after travelling 20h flight to get to the room
2) Last day the same thing happened for late checkout ( because of the first day, clearly informed that will checkout at 6pm, Faraja said it will be done) at the End I had to pay USD 120 more at the Hotel
3) Also charged an extra USD 50 ( for the last day city trip, although was a part of our contract )
Overall, I would recommend the guys, they are nice and good, just make sure to fine tune the details yourself.

Reliable tour agency for a safaris trip
Our experience with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safaris Club and the trip is very pleasant. The whole process was smooth and comfortable.
From the booking and negotiation on the trip, the booking team has been very professional and efficient. They responded each of our email within 24 hours and also helped us trying out many different scenarios to meet our wishes within our budgets.
At the beginning and the end of trip, the airport transfers were smooth, and the owner greeted us in person to make sure everything was alright. Appreciated the intention.
For our guide, Raphael is relaxed and friendly as a person. My 6 year old son got acquainted with him in no time, and they were each others 'Rafiki (friend in Swahili)' during the whole trip. Our guide let us travel in our own pace but never let us feel miss out on anything. True spirit of hakuna matata. During Safaris time, Rapheal will do his best to follow the leads and make our wishes came true. He also can predict animals' movement very well where we often time get to see the animals from the front line. We are really glad that we had Raphael as the guide.
We will definitely come back to Tanzania again.

I can only recommand you this tour with asante bibi! My family and I had a wonderful experience with the full team. Very well organized. Paying a lot attention to their customers and even more for families (6 and 9 years old for my kids). We will never forget. Saw all animals we could in the safari (Lions, Elephant…) thanks the well experienced team. Speaking our natal language. Boat, driving and walking safari, masaï visit… so many memories! You can go with them in total trust

Unforgettable tour!
It was the best travel experience of my life. We did the 6 days tour in Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. Everything above expectations: organization, accommodation, tour. Our driver Julius was very kind, helpful, friendly and skilled... the best! The last day he accompanied us and did not leave until it was made sure that everything was in place. We will not forget , thank you Julius!

Paxton is an amazing guide! He was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and incredibly kind.
Kevin tours far exceeded our expectations. Bob was responsive and took care of everything. He kept in close contact and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Our guide Paxton made the trip so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interesting in a safari!

Safari perfectly organized and at a fair price
Our driver was a capable and reliable guide, as well as being an excellent travel companion. There were 4 of us tourists and he always proved to be attentive to everyone's needs and we could democratically discuss how to organize the day. Mafie proved to be very reliable in managing the times and services offered and ready to help us in case of requests for changes, we always felt in good hands.
In addition to the safari, really appreciated the bike tour in Mto Wa Mbu.
