We had the pleasure of journeying with Kwezi Safaris, and trust you me, I have never looked back. It was a top-notch experience that I haven't had in all my 13 years of going on safaris. They exhibit high level of professionalism I have not seen elsewhere from the booking stage to final farewell. The booking process was user-friendly and very smooth, paying attention to maximum clarity and very versatile accommodation that acclimatized to my very precise needs, something I was yet to see in any other place. Our tour guide was nothing short of exceptional and showed so much passion in what she did, from her extensive knowledge that brought every landmark to life, mixing cultural practices with breathtaking sight-seeing making us feel like we've lived there our entire lives. Comfortability and security were fully adhered to, and that's really what I loved about it all. Accommodation itself will be something I miss heavily from luxurious lodges with stunning views to diversity of local and international dishes. The response and attention was just amazing in every way, as each and every concern however small, was addressed instantly.
Honestly, just to sum it all up, you would think they sponsor me to say this, but really its the quality of service where you genuinely get more value for the money you pay, and honestly that's what really pleases me about Kwezi Safaris, and it's an experience I always look forward to relive.

I did a lot of research when it came to a tour operator because I was bringing a group of 15 family and friends with me and from the very beginning, Soul of Tanzania provided excellent communication and service. They were timely with their emails and spot on with their recommendations. When one person in our party had a delayed flight and missed the first day of our safari, they found a way to reconnect her with our group as soon as she landed. The tour they recommended ended up being amazing - from the night safari to visiting a Maasai village, every experience was worth it.
Our guides were PHENOMENAL - all three were professional and knowledgeable, funny and efficient. The guides stayed with us through our entire 8 day safari and every day, they showed up fully for us. On one of the afternoons, one of the trucks had a major problem and even then, they solved the issue in a timely manner, took care of us first, and got us safely to our next destination. They handled all of the park fees, set up our lunches for us, and took all the rest stops we needed. They knew about the parks, the animals, the trees and the birds and always made sure to communicate with us each morning regarding the day's itinerary and what we could expect.
A safari in Tanzania is a bucket list experience and Soul of Tanzania delivered the most unforgettable experience and made the entire process seamless and simple. Not only that, they solved issues we had on the fly in a professional manner. I would use them again and cannot recommend them enough.

The Best Family Adventure!
What an amazing adventure!! We visited for a custom 11-day safari through Kenya and Tanzania with our 9-year old daughter. The Soul of Tanzania, in partnership with the Sprit of Kenya, made our adventure seamless from beginning to end. We planned the trip with Jose, our first guide in Kenya was Charles, our Tanzania guide was Lema, and our final guide back in Kenya was Ken -- everyone was spectacular.
The lodges and camps were lovely and the food at each location was great. We added a hot air balloon ride in Maasai Mara and a Maasai Village visit in Tanzania - both such memorable experiences. While traveling around on rough roads for so many days, we really appreciated having a private vehicle for the best viewing opportunities and guides that customized the experience just for us.
Charles helped us see the Big 5 in Kenya in the first three days, including a lion hunt within 5 minutes into our first park (Lake Nakuru) and an unforgettable cheetah encounter in Maasai Mara with a mother and her four adolescent cubs! Not to be outdone, Lema in Tanzania went out of his way to make the experience special for us and our daughter, and we were able to see the Big 5 in Tanzania as well. Our favorite encounter in Tanzania was finding a lion pride with three mothers and EIGHT cubs at a remote lake. There were very few vehicles present, so it was a special moment to just watch the family doze by the water.
We whole-heartedly recommend doing a private tour to experience the best of Kenya and Tanzania on your terms, and 100% recommend Soul of Tanzania and Spirit of Kenya to trust with your once-in-a-lifetime adventure!! Asante sana!

Amazing trip and wonderful staff
I recently as part of my trip to East Africa spent a few days in Uganda. My primary tour agent leveraged Speke Uganda / Rwanda Holidays to make all transportation, flights, accommodations and other bookings in Uganda. As soon as I landed in Entebbe and navigated to the luggage carousel I was met by Speke’s representative and then met John who was my driver for the next three days. First off, John was so kind and simply amazing! He even went along with me to Mabamba swamp and UWEC, kindly serving as my photographer and basically a new friend that I enjoyed my journey with. After Entebbe I took a small flight to Kihihi airstrip and met up with Nelson, another amazing driver from Speke. He was so fun and light hearted that the drive to Buhoma lodge went so quick! He was so helpful and made sure I got to the gorilla trek on time (And explained what to expect) and he was there with a smile once I returned from the trek. Speke even went above and beyond during my return flight to Entebbe and onward flight to Kenya, as I was a little unsure how to navigate domestic to international gates at the airport. Once again a Speke representative met me when I landed in Entebbe and in lock step took me through everything until I got to my international flight gate.
I wish I had more time in Uganda as I know I barely scratched the surface in the 5 days I was there.
As a solo female traveler safety is always my top priority and everyone at Speke made me feel safe and comfortable through my journey.
