Comfortable & Exciting
Everything was organised very well, except the hot water in the tent. Our driver-guide Tony was very friendly and sociable, he found many animals for us. The safari was comfortable and exciting. Having lunch in the bush with such great views was amazing. Thank you!

One for the record books
Saw almost everything I wanted to see. The tour guide made sure to point animals and birds I missed on my own. It was amazing. Made me feel closer to Yah. Definitely doing another safari if I ever get the chance, but at least for now, I get to check it off my bucket list.

Enjoy the planning bit, just gave my requirement and you understood what I was looking for and the available budget. The trip was seamless, Sovereign had done the sgr tickets and printed them for us. When travelling with kids this is the kind of treatment or assurance you need.
The hotel was very cozy, sovereign had negotiated everything and the kids had fun.
It was just fun and seamless.

Attention to detail in curating an unforgettable safari experience
From the point of initial contact to keeping us updated on what we needed, answering questions quickly and sending links on reading - Erick from Serengeti Smile was brilliant!
We had contacted approx 8 tour operators but Erick was always quick to get us the answers we needed to create an informed tour. He helped us curate the ideal itinerary for what we wanted to see and stayed within our budget.
Where he couldn’t get us the accomodation he upgraded it at no extra cost to us and where he could booked our family of four into a family villa/tent/accomodation.
Out there the guides were punctual, polite and always went that one step further to ensure we got to see the best of the animals in their natural environment.
Accomodation was great and we even got to see the migration. Experience was brilliant and we want to say a huge thank you to Serengetismile for arranging an unforgettable holiday for our family. We’ll be recommending you to everyone.

Wonderful! A great experience in the wild nature of Savana
