Trip of a Lifetime, Honeymoon
Since the first contact with Alym back in February 2017 when I started looking for options for my honeymoon, he has been top notch, very attentive and very prompt to respond. He laid out 2-3 fully inclusive options for our honeymoon based on our preferences and price points. The whole process was seamless and easy with no hassles. Everything was organized by Alym himself except the flights to and from Africa. All food, transportation, guide, optional excursions were pre-planned. The service, food and accommodations all exceeded our expectations and we were treated like a King and Queen; each accommodation recognized our honeymoon status as well, which was a nice treat. We felt safe throughout the whole trip and didn't have one bad experience. Our guide/driver was exceptional and very knowledgeable. He was open to discussing any questions we had and very sociable with us. We want to thank Alym and East Africa Wild for one amazing trip of a lifetime. We will be definitely recommending his services to our friends and family whoever is planning on a safari in Africa. Thank you!

Excellent service, friendly staff, quick responses
We (a couple) rented a car and driver/guide via Mumwe African Skimmer Safaris for 3 weeks in June 2016 and have been very happy with the great service provided, also being one of the best prices to find online. There are more appealing websites out there but they ask double or even triple of the price, so take our advice and don't let your uncertainty about information influence your decision: this company is a good and trusted one! We were picked up at the airport in time by the director (Phionah) and Driver/Guide (Haruna) - both extremely friendly and service-oriented. For 3 weeks, we traveled around the country incl very remote area's (east and north, but also mountain area's in west/south) and it was a true pleasure. Due to bad road quality we had a couple of flat tires, but we faced no trip delays due to timely resolving by the driver. Had an excellent trip, received great advice about routes/places to stay/etc and highly recommend reaching out to this company to book your rental car (with or without driver and/or guide) in Uganda. - Many thanks!

Marianne Birrell was just great to work with. She asked what we wanted, provided a list of options and webpages and efficiently guided us to what we wanted. She planned 3 different lodges and game reserves that showed us diverse experiences that were perfect for what we wanted and priced fairly. Her experience and recommendations served us well. We saw an incredible diversity of animals and birds, the big 5, ugly five and magnificent 7 over 11 days. Every day was different but fantastic. She clearly knows her business. Only a small scheduling glitch occurred and she quickly found a solution. The lodges Had beautiful accommodations, great staff, incredible gourmet food and very nice facilities. Very peaceful and relaxing between game drives. They were perfect for us. I think she spent time listening to what we wanted and knew where to place us. This was our 3rd safari in Africa and by far the best. I suspect this will not be our last trip to Africa and the next will be planned by Marianne Birrell. I anyone wanting to see Africa and it’s animals would be in excellent hands if they chose her.

Karibu Safaris In Kenya is excellent
We were very impressed with the safari and the way all this was organized. Stanley who took us around, is certainly not only a skilful driver, but can provide one with a lot of insight and organize things on the go. In 6 days we were in three national parks with time to spare (Maasai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli) – all equally enjoyable, yet very different! In September the wildlife really shows up in unbelievable numbers and this is something we’ll never forget! Accommodation was certainly nice, catering and places to eat just perfect.
Better make sure though you have a fallback when you’ve got an early plane to catch!
Very nice and unforgettable experience by all accounts!

We had a great two day safari where we saw many animals in their natural environment.
We started with a tour in Manyara. We saw elephants, zebras, giraffes and many smaller animals. Our guide was excellent, he did an excellent job of finding animals. We had a box lunch at a picnic site where the monkeys entertained us.
We spent the night in a tent with a bathroom. Having a bathroom on safari was huge! The accommodations were clean, attractive, and we slept well in the beds. Supper was prepared for us in the dining area, we had wifi in an outdoor seating area. The next day we went to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This area was my favorite! We saw elephants, zebra, wilder beast, lions, hippos, and many smaller animals. The drive to the crater was amazing as we ascended the mountain in the clouds, then we drove down into the crater where we saw lines of animals moving in their natural habitat. I would use this company again. Our guide was very courteous and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more!

Really enjoyable six days in North Krugar with super knowledgable and friendly guides.
From pick-up on Sunday morning in Jo'bourg to drop back on Friday evening we were looked after so well in every respect. We were given a constant stream of information on the countryside we were passing through. In the park the animal spotting ability of the driver and guide was amazing. Their knowledge re the names of the animals - including the birds - was to be admired and reliable as on occassion the driver referred to some of his information books for specific names. We got plenty of time to take photographs. Binoculars were provided which were a bonus for the birds in particular. The food was superb and lots of it, we were treated royally.
Only complaint is re the information provided prior to heading to SA. We followed the guidlines and brought too many clothes and sleeping bags which were not necessary as sleeping bags were provided.
Overall the four of us had a wonderful time and can highly recommend Wild Planet Safari and its staff.

We were recommended Timbuktu by a friend and were delighted by the personal, friendly service we received. We had no idea what we wanted but we were walked through the process and found a great reserve that places emphasis on preservation of wildlife, as well as offering luxurious experience during the stay. Would highly recommend planning your trip with them!

Incredible Customer Service
My experience with African Travel Consultants was awesome! An excellent customer service provided by consultant Andy Saidy. I got in touch with African Travel Consultants on Sabi Sands website by searching on the web.Then I started to online chat with Andy who was so patient and polite to explain everything of Kruger and nearby private reserves. Before him, I got several budgets from other travel agencies, but none of them had his following up (we talked each other even on a weekend). After our contact I decided that Andy was the one who gave me all the best info about the safaris. With great effort he found our suite at Savana Lodge wich was really amazing with very competitive price! It was our honeymoon and knowing this fact he gave us the transfer from the airport to our lodge as a wedding gift surprise! The assistance didn't ended with the deal itself. After our three-day staying he contacted me to find out if everythind happened as we wanted, and of course it did! I really recommend this consultants and African Travel Consultants as well. Cheers!

Kilimanjaro Trekking
My girlfriend and I, we did the Kilimanjaro Trekking in 7 days with Arrow Trekking. The tour and the price were excellent! We had a very friendly and caring crew. Our 2 guides were very experienced and knew a lot about the mountain and trekking in general. We felt very save and "in good hands" the whole trip. Furthermore, I have to say that the food and the equipment during the tour was very delicious and healthy! My girlfriend and I enjoyed it throughout the whole trip!
The organisation of the tour from Arrow Trekking was very costumer friendly. They took care for everything. They picked us up at our hotel in Arusha, brought us to Kilimanjaro, did the tour with us and brought us back to our hotel in Arusha.
So to sum it up, I can totally recommend the Kilimanjaro Trekking with Arrow Trekking.
