Excellent tour operator, with very nice staff
We did Tanzania's Northern circuit with Serengeti Smile and it was all perfect from booking the trip directly with them, the communication before, during and after and the week onsite.
Albert was always available to answer any question, and Pius is an amazing driver, knowedgeable and very friendly.
We saw all animals one could want to see, slept in amazing tents and had great food.

Absolutely phenomenal experience!
Wow! It's been over two months since the end of our safari and I still haven't stopped thinking about it. It was perfect every step of the way. We took the 7 day economical tour and we got more than our money's worth. James met us at the start of the tour and was super friendly. Robin was our guide for the trip and I couldn't say enough good things about him! He was kind, fun, and had an absolutely insane eye for spotting animals! We not only saw the big five, but the big nine, and more! The accommodations were great too, not super posh, but more than acceptable and comfortable, with good food, and such great people. I would recommend them to anyone and when I go back, they're the first people I'll be looking up!

reliable company and good organization of the safari which, at our request, was in a tent to lower the costs a bit having traveled with our children. They fulfilled our every request and the answers to our questions were always immediate. I chose online only by reading the reviews but I have not regretted it and I can recommend it to everyone.

Ngoni has given us a wonderfully memorable trip of a lifetime.
Sedrick, the owner, was helpful and responsive to our every wish. He upgraded our hotels to ensure we were comfortable. And Amza our guide, was knowledgable, patient and supportive of us, ensuring we were comfortable, safe and enjoying everything in Rwanda. We are already planning another trip with Ngoni, this time to Uganda. I highly recommend Ngoni.

My family had a superb safari holiday arranged by All Time Safaris. The booking process was excellent - Sammy provided understanding of our needs, offering numerous options and limitless patience with many changes. In particular understanding our budget and offering the best possible value within it. The communication and customer service throughout our trip was amazing - Titus was available at all hours to help us with any queries or difficulties. He went above and beyond to find our daughter's phone that she had left in a hotel and return it to us. And helped us sort out excess luggage when we had packed too much for the SafariLink planes. He even arranged a transfer for us at the end of the trip when we were no longer travelling with All Time Safaris.
The trip itself was incredible. A special experience for our family with wonderful wildlife encounters, superb accommodation and lovely people at every point. It was entirely seamless and always felt reassuringly like everything was under control.

An unforgettable trip of a lifetime given by an exceptional tour operator
Easy Travel and Tours provided my son and me with an exceptional experience from Day 1 until our last day. The whole experience was taken care of. This was by far the best tour company I ever worked with and I used several in my prior experience. They provide you with lots of information including next steps prior to flying out, like how to apply for your visa. I highly recommend them. Additionally, our safari guide driver, Gerald, was the kindest soul you’ll ever meet and highly knowledgeable of the field. He has been working his profession for many years and helped me identify many species, we saw all the animals I wanted to see, and got me a really good view of the animals. My son was also a bit of a picky eater, and Gerald inspired him to try new foods. We loved the 9 days we spent with him that we ended up feeling like family and we called him uncle G. We were also able to celebrate his birthday at one of the camps. Best experience and trip ever thanks to Uncle G and Easy Travel and Tours.

Great Experience thanks to Splendid Vacations
Splendid Vacations made this trip seem a walk in the park. Alice was always available during the booking stage with great response time that made it easy to adjust itinerary to our needs. We booked very late but Alice managed to organise the trip seamlessly, exceeding our expectations. She checked about us during the trip and even after - so kudos to her. Joshua, our guide and driver was always cheerful and making sure we would reach on time every destination, driving very safely and giving insights about local culture and wildlife all along the trip. Impeccable service and great experience. We went to Ol Pejeta as Amboseli was fully booked and it was a great suggestion from Alice. Highly recommend the night safari. Another suggestion was a trekking adventure on Lake Naivasha, again spot on with plenty of animals roaming freely that you can almost touch, great experience. Next stop was Hell’s gate for a cycling adventure, followed by Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara. Saw plenty of wildlife on all stops and almost managed to see a heard of wildebeest to cross the Mara river…unfortunately they changed their mind last minute…good excuse to go back once more. Second part of the trip was Diani beach with its pristine white beaches and plenty of activities to undertake. Alice organised for us the train tickets from Nairobi to Mombasa. It’s a 5 hours comfortable ride in first class (there is a restaurant too) with some amazing scenery through Tsavo park. If you have the time I recommend. Thanks again to Joshua who, after our lunch at Carnivore, accompanied us through safety checks at the train station as I saw several comments that made me a bit worried, nevertheless with Joshua there all went very smooth without any issues. We loved the itinerary put together by Alice, the care taken by Joshua - the whole family was very happy throughout the journey and I can only highly recommend Splendid Vacations for their professionalism, commitment to let guests experience the best and the smooth process from the first contact until even after we finished the tour.

Seamless planning
My wife and I would highly recommend African Big Cats Safaris! Emanuel and his team worked with us to create a seamless itinerary and Venance was a great safari guide! Venance is very knowledgeable and took care of us throughout our trip. The team at Big Cats had no hesitations with any requests we had and answered every one of our questions. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. We will forever remember this once in a lifetime safari experience.

I had a wonderful - near perfect! - tour of northern Tanzania with Oreteti Safari Ltd!
Earlier this summer I had a fantastic 12-day safari tour in Tanzania. Thanks to the Oreteti Safari Ltd. tour company the trip was way beyond what I had hoped for. In varied habitats, from jungles to the Serengeti plains to the Ngorongoro crater, we saw all the animals on our list – including numerous giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras, baboons, gazelles, impalas, cheetahs, hippopotamus, ostriches, the elusive leopards and rhinoceros - and more! In the northern region of Serengeti National Park we were very fortunate to see the awesome migration of thousands of wildebeest across the Mara River. We also had fascinating visits to the villages of three local tribes. The Oreteti drivers/guides, Raymond and Renaldo, were wonderful - they knew where the animals would be, had endless patience in answering our questions, and generally took great care of us. We also appreciated the personal attention of Oreteti's owner Joseph. We enjoyed the accommodations (lodges in the towns and tented camps in the Serengeti); they were very comfortable and provided excellent meals. Overall it was a wonderful experience – if I could I would go back for another tour with Oreteti next year!
