Poor communication
I was dealing with one lady by the name Faith Kaluai,first she sends me a quotation valid for a month,I was to get back to her on my travel dates then two days later she sends me a mail and tell me it was subject to availability and sends me another quotation..i call her wanting to make my bookings on the new quotations sent to me but she doesn't pick up my call..she later sends me a whatsapp message asking me what i have decided nearly a week after.surely bonfire how are you supposed to win people's trust if you can't handle your customers properly?

Safari tour in Kenya will be in our hearts forever
We did our seven days Safari tour with Axis company in August. The communication with tour agent Lennox was very fast. We had a little problem in Nairobi late in the evening and send an e-mail to him at midnight. We received his answer in 10 minutes! We want to give Lennox special thanks.
Our trip was well organized and planned. We think our driver John is the best one. He is very communicative and open-minded. John is a careful and skilfull driver. He is also a good guide. He could answer all our questions. He showed us a lot of animals. We could take beautifil pictures. There were 8 people in the car and the atmosphere was friendly. The accomodation was good, we also liked the local food. But we didn't like the camp in Amboseli, the houses were shabby, no furniture in the room except a bad bed. When we entered the room there was a lizard on the ceiling.
We want to give our best regards Axis tour company and wish them prosperity and all the best.

The game is on!
We used Redwood expeditions on our 2-day safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro national parks. The customer service provided prior to the trip was excellent, answering all my questions on a timely manner and accommodating all my needs such as "we need a low cost safari but we don't want to sleep on a tent, we can't afford going an individual safari but we need to go on this specific dates, we definitively want to go to Tarangire, etc etc". They were able to provide us with exactly what we needed and the value for money was excellent. I'm sure they can make any kind of trip happen for you!
Once on "game mode", our driver/guide was cordial and pleasant to spend the days with. He will stop anytime we wanted to take a closer look at something or take more pictures, with over 20 years in the business, also incredibly agile in animal spotting: what will look to us as a black spot far away will be a rhino once you used the binoculars. Then he will do everything possible to get as close to the animals as he could.
The food and accommodation was ok; but keep in mind I did ask for low budget. I am sure the Redwood expedition crew is ready to make anything happen for you, from your backpacking-low budget experience to a 5* service at a luxury hotel with a huge fancy jeep just for yourself. Just ask ;)

It was great getting engaged with tomadachi tours especially joseph.. we went to tarangire, ngorongoro and zanzibar.
We were 4 adults and one kid (3 years)
Experience was very good sfarting with safari, our guide was excellent and was very good in tracing animal in safari even at some place he took us off tge normal way to show some close view of elephants. It was really close. But our guide was also our driver and he was driving on highway also like safari speed. On highways even bikes were overtaking us. Not a issue since its with speed limit of 50 kmph.
Our hotel in arusha was not that great however since we werr the only one in entire hotel so we were given VIP treatment. My recommendation is to take hotel in arusha city center.
Or else of you want to do tarangire and ngorongoro then keep ur full stay at farm of dreams, this is an excellent hide out never experienced in my life.. farm of dreams is outstanding.
After safari , we went to zanzibaar. And come Yusuf who is partner of tomadach also. Overwhelmed with his hospitality.. he personally visited with us at all places. At one point we were stucked in some place and he immediately sent us the car to rescue us.
Joseph and yusuf are the best combination for your tanzanian adventures.

Everything was wonderful in Rhino Camp, we saw big five and every animal we looked for. The weather was nice and fresh, the trip could not be any better

A great 3 day budget safari to the Masai Mara that surpassed all expectations!
Excellent communication from making the initial reservation with Minneh through to Daniel and safari guide John! Minneh was so helpful and answered any questions I had, keeping me informed about specifics for my pickup. Daniel the driver collected me at the time specified and as traffic was really bad going into central Nairobi from Karen, he was able to plan a route that intercepted the tour bus and did not delay anyone. The safari driver John that we spent the most amount of time with, gave us a safari to never forget. We saw the big 5 and so many more animals up closely. The van was spacious enough for those onboard with plenty of water for all and whilst there are larger, more plush vehicles in the Masai Mara, you’re seeing the same animals driving the same bumpy roads for a fraction of the price of some of the other tours. This truly made it excellent value for money and John delivered informative commentary throughout. The Rhino camp was comfortable enough with a hot shower after it warmed up. The food was tasty too. Overall I’d highly recommended it if you’re looking for a budget safari with a good company.

Wilderness Adventurers provides an inconsistent experience
The guide was outstanding. Namibia is beautiful and fascinating. I had three trip objectives and all were met. HOWEVER, Damaraland Adventurer Camp is in major need of refurbishment. One sample: the radio was not functioning. Absent WiFi and cell service, this is a potential safety problem. Another example:the electrical wiring kept failing. I could go on and on. Other accommodations were fine. Tents could benefit from heaters. Long drives, although clearly described, did cut into time available at destinations.

An exhilarating, exciting, eye opening adventure!
The communication was flawless. Our hotel was arranged, our pick up time was prompt and the tour guides were exceptionally knowledgeable. It was such a personal experience in a small group of 6 the jeep was very spacious. We had a fantastic chef who served delicious food as we camped overnight. The knowledge of where the wildlife was was incredible, I'd highly recommend Migration Venture Africa and I would definitely use them again.

The safari was just awesome, Emanuel told us so many things and was so a good teacher. He has all the time to smile and understand so well our needs. He is and will be more than a guide. Really!
