Absolutely the best, an incredible experience!
Our family of 4 was greated at Kasane airport and we're taken care of for our 5 days in Botswana. We went on a private river boat tour on Chobe river to get up close to croscs, hippos, water Buffalo, amazing bird sightings and magical elephant viewing including a family swimming across the river. The next day they expertly got us to Victoria Falls dealing with all boarder crossing paperwork with ease to give us lots of time at the Falls and coordinated a once in a lifetime helicopter ride over the Falls. The third day we had a private safari camping trip into the bush. I have no words for how magical and special this was. We did 5 incredible game drives. The highlights were seeing a family of lions eating a fresh kill, leopard with a kill in a tree, tracking two brother lions at sunrise all to ourselves and elephants making a nighly visit through camp. The food was amazing, the staff was the best and the bush camp was comfortable. I simply can't say enough great things! Our two teenage boys were off phones and fully engaged! They handled everything for us and highly highly recommend this entire team!

They really took customer service to the next level even helping buy some things I needed on a Sunday afternoon before the safari had even started.
The safari itself was amazing with a very informative guide/driver that got our group amazing view of the big 5 and much more.

Wonderful expedition across Tanzania national parks
Said was my guide for one week across main Tanzania national parks in January 2024.
The excursion was very well prepared by Said which offered a plan reserving space for some surprises along the way and accommodating my needs.
Said is a very experienced guide and he can tell you a lot of stories about Tanzania people, culture and the animals (of course :) in both english and french. He is also very respectful, leaving you the time to contemplate the beauty of nature in silence.
Last but not least, I felt very safe and I could enjoy every bit of the experience.
I definitely recommend to visit Tanzania with Said, you will have fun and take home with you beautiful memories!

Unforgettable trip that was tailored to perfection!!
From start to finish, the 8 day safari trip to 4 national parks my wife and I embarked on was absolute perfection. Not only was every moment flawlessly organized, but the staff was so kind and welcoming too. The owner, Judith, and her assistant Anita even went as far as to greet my wife with a beautiful bouquet of flowers once we arrived at the hotel! To add to this delight, Judith's quick problem solving was not overlooked. When my luggage was mistakenly left in Ethiopia, Judith worked her magic and managed to have it delivered to me the next day in Serengeti! We were in truly great hands throughout the trip.
A special shoutout to our tour guide Harun, who was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely experienced, yet so kind that he felt like a part of our family on this trip. His passion for the nature and wildlife is clear, and his wisdom enhanced every moment of our trip. Words can't describe how great he is!

An expert guide, who knows nature like his back pocket and who is always up for a chat.
Our trip was smooth from start to finish thanks to Saïd’s professionalism and good planning. He is always open for suggestions of things you want to see and always makes sure you get the best (honeymoon) treatment in each accommodation. He speaks swahili, English and French fluently and knows all the other guides around. We had an amazing time and would love to go on an other adventure with him.

Outstanding - highly reccomend!
From the planning stage Clyde was brilliant. He spent time getting to know us and then planning our ideal trip. We had a couple of FaceTime calls to discuss. He is clearly knowledgable and was able to offer some great ideas for our trip. We knew we had be listened to as when the iteanrry came back it covered everything we wanted. The choice of lodges for safari and all other accommodation was excellent. All internal flights were included and booked for us. Noting was a problem.
Communication before and during the holiday was excellent. We were able to download an App before we left which had our itinerary clearly laid out. The App was so useful and ensured we knew what to expect and the numbers of days at each destination. Some useful tips for travel eg luggage weight for the internal flights. We even got a message from Clyde on the day we left wishing us a safe flight. Some of these personal touches may the holiday very special. Both Clyde and Amy were great at answering any questions we had.
The holiday its self was just amazing! It was everything and more than we wanted. Everywhere we stayed was of a high standard. Staff were just amazing. Pick up times and travel was all well organised we felt very safe. Drivers met us of planes and picked us up from places. Everyone we met was just so accommodating nothing was too much!
The safaris and Victoria Falls were magnificent. We loved every minute.
I can’t recommend highly enough Tailor made Africa. I have already shared details with friends who saw all our photos and want to book a trip. When we visit Africa again we will definitely be booking with Clyde and team again! Thank you for making it all so special!

super smooth experience!
I thoroughly enjoyed my day out bird watching at Semuliki National Park. The driver was punctual and friendly. My guide Patricia was really knowledgeable and her passion for birding showed! We saw some 35 different species that on visit. The food experience at the female hot springs was great, my main meal of the day. Moses, the park guide, was really knowledgeable and helpful too. All went out of their way to ensure a great trip. Overall a great experience all round! Thank you!!
