Exceeded all expectations on nearly every parameter.
5/5

We booked a 5 day tour in Uganda with Samuel at Deepend for a family group with different ages. From start to finish, Samuel was with us every step of the way ensuring that we had the proper documents and gear for the range of activities that we planned for.

The trip was executed flawlessly. The guide (Nathan) was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and flexible throughout the tour- which included several requested itinerary shifts in the middle.

All of the stops recommended were unique and exciting in their own way, making for a terrific experience in this wonderful country.

Well organised and really helpful
5/5

Duncan's communication was on point, keeping me informed and answering all my questions. The porters, guides and chef were all really helpful, and they all had an amazing understanding of the nature on the mountain. The chef made some excellent food and was understanding of me being vegetarian and catered accordingly. The guides were brilliant, and answered any questions I had about the surrounding wildlife. Duncan was super helpful in dropping me back at the train station in Nairobi and picking me up from my hotel too. Overall, it was a great experience!

The 5 day mid-range safari is an adventure you will never forget!
All destinations are worth a visit, and the locations of the lodges and the lodges themselves are also so beautiful.
Thanks Emanuel and team for arranging this great safari!

Magic of Zohar Safaris
5/5

From the start at the airport, Zohar reps received my wife and I as if we were family.
Soloman & Mechek were very welcoming. They took us to our Hotel and on the way explained our intinery for the Safari.
Being the first time in eastern Africa, we didin't know what to expect, especially arriving in the dark of night.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the size, decoration and the comfort, of our suit.
The hotel staff were polite and done everything to make sure we were comfortable.

The first day we stayed at the hotel relaxing after a long flight. After breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes..etc)
We took a trip in a small boat around the lake in the hotel grounds with one of the staff who eplained why the water was so clear,
it being a source from under ground. The birds many colours and sizes.
He found a camillion on a branch amazing same colour of the leaves.
In the afternoon my wife went on a tour of the hotel grounds with a guide 20/30 minutes.
When she retured and she told me her experience I wished I'd gone as well.

DAY 1 :
Soloman picked us up in a jeep large and comfotable. We set off to the first park
Tarangire National Park. We arrived ther and entered the park and there were elephants and Zebras.
We saw monkeys, babboons, ostrichs, water buffalows and giraffs,

DAY 2 :
Manyara natinal park, this park more dense in vegitation so we were lucky Soloman has Hawk eyes
he can see the invisible animals in the bush. Our hotel Manyaras Secret was truly first class we were there for 2 nights.
Zohar made sure of a celebration with personalise bt champage and the staff singing happy birthday. Heart warming.

DAY 3 :
Ngorongoro Crater the paradise for wild animals, they have everything there and don't need to migrate.
We saw 4 of the big 5, thanks to the keen eyes of Soloman.
Hyena, wilderbeast, zebras, rhino, hippos, elephants, water buffalos, birds of many colours and sizes. elephants, lions, giraffs.
The crater was AMAZING hundreds of zebras & wilder-beasts running to the lake.

DAY 4 :
Visiting a Masai village. Their culture made me feel very humble and respectful of thieir customs. I loved talking to them.

The full experience was mind blowing, Zohar really pushed ALL the buttons to give us an unforgettable experience,
lodges and transport and food in the bush.
Lillian your a diamond and your staff are beyond professional.
We will promote you knowing whosoever books with Zohar will get a first class personal experience.
We will return.

Morris was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
5/5

Our 2 night safari camping trip was magical. Everything about it was great. A fun packed filled itinerary, where we managed to see 4 out of the big 5 including a leopard! One of the highlights for us was the food we had while on the safari beat our expectations and was delicious. Nothing to fault, everything was great from start to finish. Our tour guide Morris went above and beyond for us as well!

AMAZINNGGGGG

My fiancé and I booked a 8 day safari with Meijo and it was the best decision we could have made! We were extremely lucky to have gotten JORDAN as our guide, he was exceptional and absolutely the best guide we could’ve asked for. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND every single day for us to make sure we had an unforgettable safari. Jordan was very very knowledgeable with the directions of each park, the animals and was able to answer all our questions. Jordan is able to do tours in Swahili, English, French and Italian.
The company was very easy to work with and able to accommodate us as needed!
Absolutely recommend the company and specifically Jordan.
In our last day we were lucky enough to meet the owner of the company who went out of his way to come and thank us for choosing them. I think it is also very important to note that this is a LOCAL business who are doing an AMAZING job
No need to think twice book with Meijo!!!

A Wonderful Professional Tanzanian Experience
5/5

Agnes was a great host with an amazing personality with good local knowledge and connections

She runs her own tour company as well as a comfortable affordable local Air B&B lodge

Agnes organised for us to meet up with her running club group and I had a great day with them hiking in the beautiful Arusha National park countryside followed by a traditionally cooked BBQ
An excellent experience making me feel like a local and not just a tourist

Agnes made sure I felt at home and was comfortable in her home from home in her Lodge, it’s a beautiful quiet place a short bus ride from town

The m time I spent with Agnes was really nice and she is a very laid back easy person to get along with, she even found time to cook a nice homemade meal for me, she’s a very good chef

She was also extremely helpful in organising my onward journey

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her tour service and accommodation

Thank you Agnes for being a wonderful host and allowing meet your friends and make a new friend in you

Good luck with your future endeavours

Brian was on time and it was easy to communicate with him. He was nice, humble and patient. Brian picked us up from our hotel in Victoria Falls and dropped us at the border of Botswana. Do note that it is not him who drives you to the activities in Botswana - it would be a different operator in Botswana.
While there were some delays on the Botswana side, we did end up having a nice day for a short game drive in the late morning (2 hours) and a boat safari/cruise in the afternoon.

A Memory of a Lifetime
5/5

My wife and I booked a three-day safari with Serengeti Smile in August 2024, covering Tarangire and Ngorongoro, and it was nothing short of amazing—a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we contacted them, the customer service was exceptional. The most impressive part was their flexibility. Due to some flight issues, I had to make last-minute changes, and they accommodated everything smoothly. They were also extremely helpful when I requested changes to the initially booked lodges.

Our guide, Zack, was a true highlight of the trip. His deep knowledge of the best spots for wildlife viewing and his attentive care made the experience even more special. He ensured that we had the best possible opportunities to see the incredible wildlife, all while providing excellent customer service.

If you're looking for a top-tier safari operator, Serengeti Smile is the one. They exceeded our expectations in every way!
