Incredible experience with Muza in Hwange and Vic Falls
Myself and two friends booked a 5 day Hwange and Vic Falls tour in January. One member of our group could only stay for 4 days and Archie was great about making a change to the itinerary so we could go to Hwange first then to Vic Falls (which was the opposite of the traditional itinerary). Pick up at the airport was seamless; our guide Muza was there right after landing to pick us up and drive us to Hwange National Park. The entire experience around Hwange was excellent. We got lucky on our game drive and saw many elephants despite it being the wet season. Our accommodations at Miombo was very comfortable and clean. The home cooked meals at Miombo were phenomenal! In Vic Falls, our accommodations very quite nice and the room even had A/C! The dinner cruise on the Zambezi was a beautiful experience.
All in all, we ate really well during the 5 days, all included activities were thoughtfully planned out and enjoyable, and most of all, our guide Muza was phenomenal. I felt like the tour was a great value for money and the whole experience ran seamlessly. Africa Uncovered Safaris is a relatively young company but Muza has 15+ years of experience as a guide and Archie was responsive via email and very accommodating. I would definitely book through them again and recommend all friends/family to do the same!

Amazing tour operating company! Top class experience! Our Guide Castro was extremely helpful!
Our stay at Jambo Mara was very comfortable! The pool, the buffet & hot showers were a great relaxation after the game ride! Our guide Castro was the best! He made sure to take us to all the places so we could see the big 5 & enjoy our experience to the fullest!

Jockey tours loved up to its expectations, Albert really went above and beyond for us.
Our guide Albert did everything he could to ensure we saw what we wanted to see, and we're in the right spot to see it.

If there was anything I could wish was done better, it would be the upkeep of the (still very durable and spacious) troopies (cars). Ours needed maintenance twice; both in relation to the wheels; the hub and the brakes.
It was serviced outside of our time, but both issues did have a slight effect on our safaris. But other than car upkeep, everything was BANG on.
Also, if you can, DEFINITELY go mid-range package. The accom would out of this world incredible.

We had the most incredible experience on our safari tour. Jocky Tours was very responsive from the get-go... I had a million questions before we left and they replied faster than any other company. Also great value for money- we would highly recommend the mid range option, as the accommodation was amazing and a great way to end each day. He was as enthusiastic as we were. Safari starting after a very good breakfast with lunchbox in the car to enjoy the whole day spotting the animals. On our return to basecamp we always found a snack and drinks to enjoy before a well prepared dinner arrived. Damian the cook was amazing! Not one day the same meal and always presented with nice details in the presentation off the food.
We were provided with a good safari Land Cruiser which was always clean the next morning. Gasper came personally to our hotel to evaluate our trip.

Sharif was excellent an excellent guide. Vehicle was great, with AC, very good for the many kilometers we booked in Uganda. Patience coordinated the booking and was easy to work with, planned mainly in WhatsApp and met us at the airport to greet us.
We did a safari in Murchison National Park but had part of our trip revolving around a wedding in a rural town.
