Wonderful 12 days trip
We have 12 peoples in three cars, the drivers are good. We see a lot of animals including lions pride hunting a buffalo in Maasai Mara Reserve. Hotels we stay are good except wifi speed and availability. Overall we have wonderful time.

Above the best
My recent safari trip was nothing short of **magical**! From the breathtaking wildlife sightings to the exceptional service, every moment was unforgettable.
We saw the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) up close. Our knowledgeable guide Simba and Dominic made us saw lions and cheetah hunting ! Every game drive felt like a new adventure.
The lodge was outstanding—comfortable, eco-friendly, and with top-notch hospitality.
Meals were a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, served with warmth.
The staff Eric and Monica
went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Their passion for conservation and wildlife was inspiring.
If you’re considering a safari, don’t hesitate—this is a once-in-a-lifetime journey that exceeds all expectations. I can’t wait to return!

The best safari experience we could have had!
Wow - this was a crazy good experience that went beyond all of our expectations. Our guide, Freddy, was super knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, and just a nice guy to be around. The service in all of our accommodations, especially at the Suricata Boma Lodge, was 10/10. The food was always great as well! Everyone at Suricata was friendly and communicative, we found all services and scheduling reliable, and they were very open when anything went different from the original plan, making sure whatever replacement was found was even better than the original. i could not recomment their services more!

Absolute best. Extremely helpful, choose them for hazzle free travel
We booked Moran for our travel to Kenya. Everything was taken care by Dan. Right from pick up to the airport, the travel, safari to maasai mara, the tickets and everything was sorted. The guide Saruni was extremely helpful, patient, humble. He made sure in every bit that we had the best experience in Kenya. I definitely will recommend Moran for your travel!

An unforgettable experience to the Roof of Africa
I couldn’t have chosen better organizers. My journey to the Roof of Africa was indescribably beautiful. My team — especially my guide Yusuph — was absolutely incredible. Everything around the climb went smoothly as well, from the straightforward booking process that accommodated all my wishes, to the airport pickup, hotel arrangements, and onward travel. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’m truly grateful to have shared this adventure with Taste of Kilimanjaro Adventures.

Perfect
An amazing safari! Not my first safari, but it was the first for my parents and they totally loved every moment of it. Our guide Suma was great, patient and alwalys available to respond to every question and curiosity. We visited the national parks of Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro to see the incredible Tanzanian fauna, but also Mto Wa Mbu village and the Olduvai gorge, so it was also about people, history and culture.
Higly recommended for everybody!

Super helpful and eager to make it the best experience!
From 21-24 June 2025 (4days/3nights) we enjoyed a camping tour through Tarangire national park, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater organized by Serengeti landmark tours. We could not have hoped for a better experience! In total we saw so many animals: the big five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard), zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, ostrich, flamingoes, impalas, waterbok, dik dik, cheetahs, hippos, hyenas, warthogs, baboons, gazelles, jackals, eland and probably even more that I forgot. Our guide (Samuel) and cook (Dullah) were so helpful and kind, during the evenings we also had dinner together which we enjoyed a lot. Both Samuel and Dullah did everything in their power to make it the best experience, we want to thank the crew once again for the amazing experience!

Exquisite services, prompt and efficient with great awareness of customer needs.
I had a splendid experience when I booked my reservation for our anniversary with caracal. From the follow up, pick up at the airport, the hotel rooms and the various tour destination packages, it was so easy for us who had visited the country for the first time to get to the beauty nature spots around uganda. Very hospitable company and fluent in many languages I was impressed…I recommend caracal for those interested in Ugandan safaris.

Management good, drivers not
We went on a seven day safari in Kenya with Josana tours.
The positive side was Joseph (the manager). Very kind, flexible, responsive and professional before and during the safari. If the review was only about him, it would definitely be a five stars!
The downside were the two drivers we got (Sam and Joseph).
Just a few examples below:
- On the first day in Nairobi, they were one hour late to pick us up and bring us to the agency for the payment of the balance. As a result we arrived late at Masai Mara (in the program it said we were supposed to get there for lunch, we arrived at 4pm) with a very short safari.
- After that, they have been late (20,30,40 minutes) to pick us up in the morning every day except for one. Twice we faced the bizarre situation of having all tourists in the group waiting outside the hotel with the bags and the driver not being there.
- You get a driver, not a guide. Zero explanations on animals, parks, etc. the driver wasn't saying anything. In other jeeps we could hear drivers providing explanations and even having guide books on animals.
- For the full day safari, instead of leaving early in the morning (prime time to see predators) like you do with other agencies, they would make you leave the accommodation at 8:30. At Amboseli we were literally the last tourists left in the entire lodge waiting for the guide to go to the park and start the safari. Of course, no predators seen that morning. Same for the way back, instead of leaving the park in the late afternoon to see animals (predators in particular) before sunset they would make you leave at 4:30.
- One of the two drivers driving on the highway incredibly slow (being passed by all other jeeps and minivans) to save gas ( and complaining once about how much gas he had used).
- Broken seat belts on both jeeps. Not an issue inside the park but dangerous on the highway.
- One day, no water provided until mid-day (one liter per person was included). We had to write to the manager to finally get the driver to buy it.
- One day the driver brought us to a restaurant at 11am (lunch was included) and wanted us to wait in the parking lot for an hour for the restaurant to open rather than driving ahead and then stopping later (we still had 200 km to go) saying that all other restaurants on the way were too expensive.
- One of the drivers often texting and speaking on the phone while driving.
- Generally speaking, and more importantly, the feeling was that they would constantly try to reduce the time dedicated to safari, rushing you through. A couple of times we had to write to the manager essentially in order to ensure that the program was respected. As an example, at Nakuru they tried to have only a 2-hour game drive. Whilst for the drivers having a shorter safari is good (time, energy and gas savings), this is really bad for you as a tourist, as game driving and animals sighting is exactly the reason why tourists go to Kenya... You should just relax and enjoy the safari, not having to discuss with the agency about the program being followed when it comes to game drive time slots.
