The experience was a wonderful adventure, filled with beautiful nature, animals and people.
5/5

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The day trip to the cheetah center was unnecessary. But the safari outings were fantastic.

Really nice budget short trip!
5/5

We made a really short time decision to go for one night to Mikumi National Park. As we were on limited budget and i've been already on another tour with Gombe, I contact them & could agree very fast on a one night trip to Mikumi for a fair price.
They picked us up at our stay in Dar in time. The Driver Rajabu was really kind & could tell a lot about the Park and it's nature.
We had an afternoon drive, a morning drive & another midday drive.
All meals have been included & were really good.

Only negative point on our tip was the fact that there was a fire in the park only few days before we arrive. So the vegetation was not as rich as it has been on my last trip to Mikumi. But that's nature. And not the fault of Gombe Safari.

Best safari guide!! I use him for all my group travel.
5/5

Ernest is amazing. I've been using him for Safari's for the last 4 years for my volunteers. I run an NGO that operates in Tanzania, and Ernest is always such a pleasure to spend the day with and entrust my volunteers in his care. It's rare to find a tour guide that truly goes the extra mile to make sure his guests have the best time, see everything they want to see, and truly have a memorable and magical experience. Ernest does this time and time again.

I cannot recommend him enough for your safari needs. He's become like family to me and my volunteers---truly a one of a kind person!

Chabo safari was absolutely the best safari I've ever been on. Ernest is an expert that knows the parks like the back of his hand! His english is amazing and he knows the history of the areas that you drive through. I highly recommend Chabo!!! PS his prices are better than all the others.

Great safari experience
5/5

Our safari was an adventure that we hope to repeat again. Our guides were engaged and knowledgeable, and the team attentive. A perfect safari experience for a lover of nature, and a person that enjoys the serenity of nature. Paddling around the hippos adds a bit of excitement- as they are temperamental.

Great experience!
5/5

Zazu tours was great! I booked it via Moses, who is extremely friendly and trustworthy. The safari was amazing... I did a 6 day trip, starting in Tarangire, through Serengeti and ended in Ngorongoro. The food was very nice.. the cook is very friendly and certainly knows how to cook! We saw every animal we wanted to see.. missed none! The big five and my personal favorite: hyenas!

On the price: totally affordable, no doubt about that.

In short, a great adventure! Great guiding, food and perfect value for money!

Enjoy the animals and the great landscapes!

Excellent job!
5/5

We spent two weeks on a fantastic holiday, combining safari and relaxing (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, Lake Natron, Zanzibar). William is very professional at organizing the tour and was even reachable late at night when we had to change the pick-up time for the next day at short notice. The camps and lodges he chose were amazing, especially the night at Serengeti Kati Kati tented camp is something we will not forget.
Our guide Gideon did a great job as well and we even were lucky to see the Big 5.
If you want to enjoy unforgettable days in Tanzania and Zanzibar, Bramwel is the company you can trust in.

About: Go2Africa
Anja Naude and Go2Africa made our safari trip a reality and a wonderful and memorable experience
5/5

We are just back from an incredible 10-days in South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We wanted to thank Anja Naude and Go2Africa for making this dream safari a reality. The trip was a year in planning and from the first contact, which was a general inquiry on a trip to Kruger, to its conclusion, it was a delight to work on the details with Anja. After looking at the itineraries on offer, we decided on creating our own. Anja listened and gave us realistic options. We appreciated having access to her knowledge, expertise and connections. Any and all communications and questions had a reply from her within 24 hours. We were able to book our lodge early enough to avail of the 2014 rates. The payment system made was efficient and trouble-free. All the choices -- from flights, accommodations and activities -- were superb with the group loathe to leave each stop as they could not believe it could get better.

The Residence Lodge was the perfect welcome stop for the long trip to Johannesburg. It quickly got us into vacation mode. Leadwood Lodge was over-the-top. We will review this separately but let me say that this probably should be the last stop on the itinerary as anything after it will suffer in comparison. The kids were "homesick" the first day of our next stop and they didn't mean the USA. They wanted to go home to Martha, Chris, Justin, John, Isaac and Patricia at Leadwood Lodge. The activities in Livingstone and Victoria Falls (segway, quad biking, zipline, Angel Pool and Vic Falls, cruising) were the perfect complement to our safari adventures.

All the flights -- international from the UK and USA and all regional flights -- worked very well. We were very glad we opted for the air transfers to and from the lodge as it maximized our time there. The air transfer to Ulusaba got us there before lunch and we went on our first drive that evening. Booking the flight from Ulusaba to Mpumalanga allowed us to fit in a morning game drive -- a fitting farewell to the safari leg of our trip.

The connections and transfer arrangements to and from the airports were punctual, reliable and worked flawlessly, i.e., Ilios in Johannesburg, the staff at Leadwood and Wild Horizons for our Livingstone leg. These were very welcome after a long trip into unfamiliar territory. Knowing our transfers were reliably sorted allowed us to focus on the trip activities. We appreciated the assistance at the Zambia/Zimbabwe border. It made our activities in the Zim side so much more enjoyable.

I wanted to thank Anja especially for the special touches and surprises that made my sister's 50th birthday so special for her and for us. I joined in on the delight at the special surprise cake and champagne celebration under the Merula tree at Leadwood. Our last activity was the Ultimate River Cruise on the Zambezi. They sang Happy Birthday once we boarded the African Queen and led us to the Captain's table. This was truly special and a perfect ending to our dream trip.

Anja and Go2Africa made our safari trip a reality and a wonderful and memorable experience. We are going back and we will do so with Anja and Go2Africa as our indispensable partners. Thank you once again from Marissa, Ellen, Beci, Mark, James & Sabrina.
