Kili, we did you!
5/5

Climbing the Kilimanjaro was an unforgettable experience. From the 31 Augustus until the 5th of September we climbed the mountain together with an amazing team of Tanzania Climbing Outfitters & Safaris Ltd.
Each day we walked a maximum of 6 hours. The routes and views were incredible. Together with our great guides we walked everyday to the next camp. We walked and slept on different heights to make sure we were able to acclimatize. It was tough, cold but all worth it. On the 5th day we made it to the top in 6 hours. We were exhausted but the view and the experience to be on the roof of Africa was such a great feeling. Something we will never ever forget. A big cross at our Bucket List!

Thank you very much for the organization, service, professionality & hospitality!

Dutch rangers on tour
4/5

I've have had a great time with the tour guides of Shemeji Safari & Tours. We went with 4 Dutch girls on a 3 day safari in the Serengeti area and Ngorongoro crater. On Friday we left very early in the morning to the Serengeti National Park. On the way Jozef tried to repare the electricity in the car, so we were able to charge our phones and camera's. Unfortunately this did not work out. After passing the registration areas, luckily It did not take that long as we had expected, we entered the park. On the first day we had perfect weather and we have seen lots of animals already. Jozef was very helpfull to find as many animals as possible. After a long but satifsying day we arrived at the camp where our amazing chef started to prepare our dinner. The food was very good and filled our bellies. After a shower, which was possible since a couple of weeks, we were ready to go to sleep. The next morning we woke up early to see the beautiful sunrise. The second day was again a warm and beautiful day. It is such an amazing park with lovely views and animals. In the afternoon we almost saw a lion catching a Gazelle, nevertheless the Gazelle recognized the lion and ran away. At the end of the day we arrived at our second camp in the Ngorongoro crater. A nice place with a view inside the crater. It was pretty cold in this area, so we went bed early and tried to make ourselves warm enough.

The next day we went into the crater. It was still a bit cloudy and chilly, but this created a beautiful sky with some sun coming through. Around noon we left the crater and went back to Arusha.

It was such a great safari. I have been on safari in South Africa and this felt much more like a real safari. I would definitely recommend Shemeji Safari & Tours and hope that I am able to come back to see more from the Serengeti area. Thank you so much for this experience! I will never forget it!

Land and Lakes Safari organized an absolutely amazing, unforgettable weekend for me.
5/5

Land and Lakes Safari exceeded my expectations on this trip. It was my very first ever safari and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trip to South Luangwa. They put me up in a fantastic lodge and made everything so easy and enjoyable. They took care of it all! I am very pleased and will definitely use their services again.

Lake Mburo safari - great trip!
5/5

I had two days in Uganda to make a small safari - Home to Africa Tours offered me a splendid tour to Lake Mburo National Park with great game drives and a bot trip on a big lake to spot hippos, of which I got to see many. This park was a beautiful destination, and only 4,5 driving from Entebbe, which offered me the opportunity to also view something of Uganda itself. The service and tailor made attitude of Home to Africa Tours was fantastic - they were very responsive, reliable, to the point and very clear in their communication. Lake Mburo does not offer the Big 5 but as I was limited in my time and this park was my best option, I thoroughly appreciated the game drives there (with a great and competent guide!) in which I got to spot giraffes, zebras, warthogs, vulgars, birds, hippos and many antelopes and deers. The accommodation (lovely safari lodge) was at the edge of the park, very hospitable people with good food accompanied by a good glass of wine of you like. I would definitely choose Home to Africa Tours again my I have the opportunity to do a next safari in Uganda - they offer many different tours.

Getting all those little details right!
5/5

Such a great trip! It was obvious that the team really care about what they do and are determined to get everything right for you. Lovely attention to all those little details that add up to make the whole thing a great experience....and we laughed so much!! A beautiful, beautiful place , coffee plantation, waterfalls and great company. We had actually gone with them the year before as well on the Ngorongoro safari tour which was such an excellent holiday. I would really recommend Godfrey and his team at African Traits.

Amazing Trip- Not to be Missed! (10 day Kenya and Tanzania)
5/5

We had an amazing 10 day trip to Kenya and Tanzania courtesy of Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris Ltd. Mr Ot was kind and so good with responding to my million questions. Our guide Richard was funny, courteous, knowledgable and an amazing guide. Sam our cook was fantastic! I never realized food could taste so good... We saw amazing things like flamingos flying in a swarm, a cheetah and her cubs, lions in a pride feeding on a kill, biking through Hell's Gate, and so many fun things. Our guide in Tanzania Abas was also great and the service impeccable. I highly recommend booking with Kenya Walking Survivors Safari Ltd., you will not regret it and have the time of your life!

Fantastic Safari Experience!!!
5/5

Benson is so quick to respond to emails. He always answered all of our questions within 24 hours of them being asked. He was so accommodating and careful to attend to each of our group members' unique and individual needs. He picked us up from the airport, booked our hotel, had a guide for us who showed up promptly when he said he would. All we had to do was show up!

We met Benson either at the airport or at the hotel (as our group had people arriving from different locations at different times). He is a very nice, friendly person who shows a genuine passion for his work. He works very hard and is eager to ensure you have the best trip possible.

Our Safari guide 'Peter' was very kind, friendly, and trustworthy. He quite obviously enjoyed his work and was very friendly and chatted with our group easily when transiting from one park to another. He had lots of knowledge on the various species we saw, telling us fun facts about the environment, geography, and Maori culture.

Peter has fantastic vision and would point out animals long before anyone in the group could see anything. He stopped the car for photographs and to spend time enjoying the animals quietly. I never felt rushed or left feeling like I wanted to stay longer in any one area. And I took heaps of brilliant photographs!
