The tour operating company is very prompt to reply to any questions or inquiries which was very helpful since we did our booking all the way from South Korea.
Moreover, we were very happy with our tour guide who added so much delight to our trip with his very positive attitude, super friendliness and well mannered attitude.
The car itself was a bit problematic at times with engine going off and a bit of rain leak in the car but we understood this as a part of Safari experience.
Overall, the trip was definitely an unforgettable experience for us and we would most likely recommend Mustafa to be your tour guide if you are looking for a happy friend to lead and accompany you thru the adventures 😊

Great experience!
Zebras and buffalos everywhere! Cheetahs and leopards are graceful, and giraffes are amazing. Our guide, Mustafa, was friendly and an expert on the Serengeti, and we were like family throughout the week.
The zebra camp in the northern Serengeti was a cold and disappointing place, but the rest of the accommodation was very satisfactory.
