If you’re looking for a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Elizabeth Revelation African Safaris. From the very beginning of our trip planning to the moment we returned, she was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly.
Even when we faced flight connection issues (which was the airline’s fault, not hers), she handled everything seamlessly, making sure our transfers and arrangements were taken care of. She was also extremely patient with all my questions—I’ll admit, I can be picky—but she exceeded my expectations in every way.

Overall my trip went superbly well. Great memories and awesome execution by Splendid Vacations. My route was Nairobi Airport < Masai Mara < Central Serengeti< Southern Serengeti with balloon safari< Ngorongoro Crater < Amboseli NP< Nairobi Airport
I was a solo traveler from USA and skeptical on booking this trip due to new country/continent and new people. My assistant was Rachael. She was amazing throughout the journey by staying in touch the entire trip and before with my itinerary/planning. I would definitely recommend if you are planning for Africa.
What went well:
1. Drafting my itinerary with rates.
2. Resort selections and services were excellent. Rachael understood my requirements well and provided best resorts.
3. Great tour guides with punctuality and knowledge about area.
4. Vehicles provided were in good condition
Learnings: Something that I learnt and would like to pass.
1. If you are vegetarian, do carry some food for the trip. I carried some dry snacks and food for game drives because I like snacking while having fun in forest.
2. Plan well and share your interests about which location is important for you. The park passes are on day/hourly basis. If you are looking to spend more time in one park, say, Ngorongoro crater you may have to check-in late at the entrance. Something that you should talk before making bookings and tour guide will guide you according to your interests.
3. Climate could be harsh, so plan your trip likewise. I generally travel places in shoulder months to avoid tourist crowd. It worked well for me in Feb.
4. Plan you day ahead with your driver/travel guide to make best use of your day and places you want to cover.

Efficient and courteous.
Had an excellent experience traveling with Frean in Uganda for 20 days. Rondald was our guide, and he was excellent. He was very courteous, accommodating, and a good advocate for us with any lodges and restaurants we went to. We saw so many animals and witnessed lots of great wildlife behavior and interactions. Ronald was also able to book us a night walk last minute when we asked. An excellent tour company; strongly recommend.

Best trip ever
We took the Maasai Mara/Serengeti/Ngoro Ngoro/Amboseli Safari. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Our guides--Paul in Kenya & Saba in Tanzania--were excellent. If you want to get up close and personal with the wildlife of Africa, this is the company for you. The accommodations were very good, and you could see game from the properties. Highly recommend Ket Safaris

I am in the last day of my tour in Tanzania. I had the best tour, mostly because of our driver Stanly who was nice, proffesional with a lot of knowledge, it was important for him that all of us will be happy and that we get everything we need. He was always on time with a big smile.

We had an absolutely incredible safari, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to two key individuals who made this experience truly unforgettable.
First, a huge thank you to Eliad for his exceptional planning and coordination. From the very beginning, communication through WeChat was seamless, and Eliad was extremely helpful in customizing our itinerary to suit our preferences. He was always available and responsive, assisting us with booking our best accommodations to enhance the experience. The hotels and camps we stayed in were amazing, each contributing its own unique atmosphere to our adventure.
Second, a massive shoutout to our driver guide, Champion, who went above and beyond in every way. Champion made the safari even more special with his vast knowledge of the animals, culture, and country. His enthusiasm and willingness to answer every question we had made the trip both educational and engaging. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five, lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and rhinos, as well as a variety of other incredible animals, including giraffes, hippos, and more. Especially, he can name all the animals in Chinese ! Champion's kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring we had an exceptional experience were truly unmatched.
