Unforgetable experience! Amazing wildlife, beautiful scenery and happy, warm people!
Just back from an unforgettable 2 week family adventure in Tanzania! This was my 2nd time using Flash Safaris. Magda once again did an outstanding job of organizing our custom made safari through Manyara NP, Serengeti NP, Ndutu and Ngorongoro Crater and visit to a masaii boma where we were greeted by smiles, warmth and dance. We had an awesome guide Abraham who was not only a superb driver and wildlife spotter (we saw the big 5)but also awesome story teller and cappuccino maker! He took excellent care of us and quickly became part of our family! The tented lodges were spectacular, delicious food, kind staff and bonfires at night. What better way to end than relaxing and snorkeling at Blue Oyster in Zanzibar and exploring historic Stone Town and all for a very reasonable price! Asante sana Magda and Edward and Flash Safaris for making our trip so very special! You guys are the best!!

Amazing trip with them!
Everything was perfectly arranged. Jackson is very kind and he was waiting for us. He helped to find a good and cheap hotel to stay in Moshi. The food, and all the services was absolutely perfect! I will deffenetly recommend MJ Safaris

A delightful holiday in Uganda
We arranged a tailor made trip for the two of us with an emphasis on birds and wildlife in general. We travelled in a Toyota Land Cruiser [very comfortable] with a driver/guide and a separate bird guide on an 18 day trip visiting various national parks and reserves.
With just one exception all the accommodation was excellent; some lodges and some guesthouses/community camps etc. It proved to be a very good itinerary with a variety of habitats. Some of the roads are appalling but our driver was very experienced.
Bird-wise the trip exceeded expectations; superb views of shoebill on the first day, followed by 420+ more species. Our bird guide was very good in forests where we needed most help and we often had the help of a local bird guide as well .
Any problems we encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lydia who runs the company; she was in regular contact with our driver . We have never experienced such personal service in this respect. The guest house and lodge owned and run by Nkuringo were exceptionally good with friendly helpful staff.
Overall this was a very good trip which will live in our memories; thank you to all concerned!

after doing a lot of safari tours all over tanzania, i am pretty sure that Ernest from Chabo Africa Advebture is by far the most skilled and sociable safari guide that i have seen.
his routes were very well thought out and his skills for spotting animals were unbelievable. with his good contacts and connections, he was always keeping track wirh all the animals that have been spotted in the park, which granted us a couple of chances to experience stuff which is definitely not included in the average safari tour ;)
the downside could have been that he insisted on picking us up a bit too early.. which tirned out to be just fine :D
its definitely worth travelling to iringa just to go on a safari with him :D

Highly Recommend Speke Uganda
The tour we chose with Speke Uganda was way and above our expectations. Our main objective was to see the gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda and thankfully we decided to combine with a fantastic roadtrip across Uganda. Our Guide, Paul, and our driver, Charles, contributed to making this trip unforgettable. We felt safe, cared for and very welcome. Paul's knowledge of both Uganda and Rwanda is outstanding. He had genuine answers for every little thing we wanted to know. Even the customer relations by Daphne and Tony in the office were outstanding. Everything went smoothly, no hiccups, disasters or problems...apart from not seeing a single lion the whole trip! Cant blame Speke for that though, comes down to mother nature. We had a great tour and got on well with the other 3 members of our tour. All the lodges we stayed in were fantastic as well. Cannot fault this trip. It may have been a little more comfy if our vehicle had been some kind of land cruiser rather than a van with a pop up roof but it did the job and I cant really complain. If you are thinking of booking Speke.....just do it, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful 6 week camping safari in the Northern Parks (Arusha, Manyara, Ndutu, Serengeti, Tarangire)
Have regularly travelled with Sunny over 18 years. Now choose mostly Special (i.e. Private) campsites so have a real 24 hour a day Africa experience, just us and Driver (Hamisi) and Cook (Julius). Hamisi, who drove us last year too, is hard working, flexible and has excellent wildlife knowledge. We encountered more rain during the safari than usual but he negotiated some tricky road conditions with ease, and even bought us an umbrella!
Excellent views of Wildebeest migration, also massed zebras around Naabi Gate, and over 270 species of birds, our special interest.
Julius baked bread in a tin box over the campfire and prepared a variety of meals during our long safari, including kebabs and fresh fish from Lake Victoria cooked on a metal grill over the fire.
Our tents, camp beds, chairs etc were all very comfortable. Very happy with Sunny Safaris, would always use them.

Just a line to thank you for arranging our recent safari.The communication from the office was efficient, hotels and the vehicle was up to standard. Everything went as planned and we were able to have a most enjoyable time. Joshua, the driver/guide was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was also very experienced with a keen sense of humour. All in all it was a most pleasant experience and we thank you for all the preparatory work you put in.

Custom Safari Trip to Tanzania to view game and Uganda to view primates.
Matoke Tours exceeded all of our expectations from initial booking to after tour debriefing. Our service representative responded promptly to all of our questions, concerns and other communications. The accommodations they provided for us were exactly what we wanted, mid range in price but comfortable and more important, interesting. We mainly stayed in tent camps near the animals we wanted to see. All in all Matoke arranged a great tour for us.

Personable and Knowledgeable
I was duly impressed with both the friendliness and knowledge even back in Modest's early days as a guide. Uncanny ability to make you feel right at home and safe, even as you wander close to lions, water buffalo, and such. We've even remained friends over the years.

Amazing Experience
I was in Kirkmans Kamp Sabi Sands and Ngala Tented Camp in the Kruger National Park and the whole trip was perfectly organized and coordinated by Roho Ya Chui. I had a very good time, have met friendly People and see beautiful landscapes and wildlife.
I can only recommend Roho Ya Chui and would not hesitate to make my booking there again.
