overall it is good
Jack is a great guide who knows the path well and drives safely. He is always hardworking and reliable. He knows animals well and always communicates with colleagues to find animals. We saw migration of wildbeasts and leopards for several times. He also helped to argue with hotels about the wrong rooms they had give after a long drive. He drives very well and always follows the regulations of the park. This time we have not seen baby lions and hunting, next time hope we do. A small advise is that we would like to know more about animals’ stories.

Exceeded expectations, truly 10/10
Before even arriving in Kenya, I felt at ease with the organisation and communication from Peter at Laxatrails. He was super friendly and very quick to reply. He catered to our every need and customised our safari perfectly so that we started in Nairobi and dropped off at Diani beach. The brochure provided was detailed and we were very excited for our trip.
From the moment we were picked up at the airport, we felt very welcomed and in great hands. We met our driver, also named Peter, and we set off (with some new and free safari hats!)
All the Sopa lodges we stayed in, at Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli, were unbelievable. Firstly the service was 5 stars. The rooms were exceptional, with great views and amenities. The food provided at the lodges was amazing. There was so much choice and it all tasted so good. The pools were a bonus.
For us, what made our trip extra special was our driver. Peter is just the best. From all the knowledge about the different animals, to his great driving, we loved every minute of it. He really made us feel special the entire time. One of our highlights from our 2 weeks in Kenya were the drinks we had with Peter on our last night of the safari. We even met for dinner in Nairobi a week after the safari finished. We will miss him and hope to see him again.
We will be recommending Laxatrails to everyone we know wanting to go on a safari. Hopefully we will be able to do this again, it was one of the best experiences of our lives and the fact that the planning, and entire safari went along seamlessly without any issues was so great. As a company I feel that you really know what you are doing and how to treat customers. I wish you all the best in the future and thanks for everything you have done for us.

Memorable experience!
If you're unsure which company to choose for the safari of your life, stop worrying. Choose Suricata, and you won't regret it. We must start by praising our guide Ezekiel. He was the perfect companion for four memorable days. Excellent driving, communication, and knowledge. As for the accommodations, all were excellent choices. However, we must highlight the Suricata Boma Lodge, which is fabulous and one of the best places we've ever seen. The food was fantastic every day and incomparably better than all the meals we had in the parks where we lunched. A special mention also goes to the rest of the team who welcomed us and always treated us well. No negative points to mention. It was an unforgettable experience.

Naz was excellent, made our entire safari with his expertise and joy!
Our Kima safari was exceptional, made even better by our guide Naz. We tripped from Dar Es Salam to the national park 7 hours away, with amazing views time went quickly and we felt so safe. At the park we started with lunch and moved onto the game drive, Naz knew everyone at the park and made sure to get us up close to the animals and find the best spots! The whole trip was well beyond our expectations and would recommend to anyone looking to book a safari in Tanzania. We were a group of 6, car was spacious and great viewing! Ended the trip with some quality time together with our driver having a laugh by the hippo pools. Unforgettable

It's is been an absolute amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful our guide Rocky is been amazing with lots of knowledge about the animal, plants and everything regarding the safari.
We obtained for camping safari and the tend are very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic holiday climbing Mt.Kilimanjaro followed by safari
I want to express my thanks to Charlie from Kilimanjaro Vikings for arranging an unforgettable climb to Mt. Kilimanjaro and safari for me and my family. We received an amazing service from our arrival to our departure. Specifically, our Kilimanjaro guide John, and assistant guide Prosper took their job personally. All 4 of us reached the peak, and we agreed that a big part of this success is owed to John, Prosper, and the rest of the Kilimanjaro Vikings crew. They acted as real professionals in all aspects: communication, navigation through the track, timing, and encouragement.
After completing the Kilimanjaro hike, we continued our trip with an 8-day custom-made safari. We received a savvy guide Nicolas, who without exaggerating knew every corner of the Tanzanian NPs and accommodated every wish of our group. Despite the bumpy roads, we felt we were in safe hands.
The combination of the Kilimanjaro hike and the safari's roads was a physically active holiday and we will cherish our Tanzania memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you Kilimanjaro Vikings team for the unforgettable experience!

Best experience of my life! For me as a person who has never went on a safari or slept at a camping this has exceeded my expectations by far!
First of all they are super organized and professional! From the first moment of asking a quote, Davis, was 24/7 contact, very helpful and thoughtful! He organized everything for us and did not try to “sell”more.
We arrived at the airport and indeed, Danis, our driver was waiting for us to drive us to our hotel, Jevas encore. Danis was very kind and he did wait for us to get settled until he gives us a briefing about the safari and the necessary things to take into consideration. Not to mention the hotel was excellent with breakfast provided. (Only the wifi is a minus that is definitely not working anywhere else than reception but I think that’s sth in all Africa)
Next day our safari driver, Mr Lucky (Shabani) picked us up and the safari started! The knowledge and the expertise of our driver was astonishing! His experience was obvious! There is a reason his name is Mr Lucky! We are really thankful for the experience he gave us. He knew every corner of this park and where are all the good places to spot the animals! We managed to see all big 5 and we even saw a leopard at a very very close up. In a 3-day safari we managed to see a lot!!!
I want to mention that unlike other agencies that had lunch boxes we had a chef with us that was cooking all our meals fresh every time! Delicious and versatile dishes!
To all the women out there that are afraid to take those opportunities and are thinking sanitary conditions I want to say that everything was clean and well organized! So do go ahead!
All in all: professional, well-organized and unprecedented experience!

Professional, human, exciting, funny - best possible safari experience I can imagine
10/10 safari experience
Professional, human, exciting, funny - best possible safari experience I can imagine. Food was extraordinary (better than any other tour operator's, as we were checking other agency's tables at the picnic sites), all 3 meals/day hot, fresh and very versatile.
Driver (Mr. Lucky, Shabani) did everything for us to catch a CLOSE glimpse of all the animals (we ticked the Big 5), many times we were within an arm's reach of them, while explaining the most interesting fun facts about the corresponding species. The chef (Pius) did an extraordinary job, was truly surprising that we were having -at some points- better-than-restaurant-quality food on a wooden bench, while others had paperboxes with precooked meals. Other staff members (written communication, pick-up from airport, briefing) were also very kind and educated, with a smile on their faces. In my wife's words: best travel experience of my life. 10/10

Our experience was fantastic.
