Fantastic, great knowledge and expertise. Very easy to deal with and great value experience.
5/5

Jocky tours were brilliant from start to finish, the level of service was to a very high standard.
They provided a great deal for 3 day safari in the Masai Mara in lovely accommodation.
Our driver and guide Albert was brilliant, his knowledge of the area and roads was really comforting.
Would highly recommend this company.

Antonio Safaris is a very responsive and very catering safari operator!
5/5

Everything went smoothly and almost exactly as planned. Emails were responded to within 24 hours, if not immediately.
We had 3 different drivers/guides. First, Charles picked us up in Nairobi and drove us to The Carnivore, The Kenyan National Museum, and Safaricom for sim card purchase. This was a last minute addition to our 6-day flying safari package. Everything went smoothly (mostly) and we had a good day. The next morning, Charles picked us up to go to Wilson Airport to fly into Amboseli. I was a little surprised that Charles didn't know which airline we were taking, but luckily, I downloaded all the itinerary and resort/flight reservations and we spent a few minutes looking for the terminal.
The flight was smooth, and once we arrived in Amboseli, we went straight into a game drive with Mr. Enoch. The car was older, but clean. He pointed out most of the native birds and animals, showing us pictures in his wildlife book. He had a sixth sense with these animals. We learned a lot about spotting different creatures. On the other hand, OlTukai Lodge (pretty popular and 4+ rating on TripAdvisor) was disappointing. The rooms were decent, but the food was terrible. Not Antonio Safari's fault. I would recommend a different resort. Faith, our safari coordinator, was very helpful in making little tweaks here and there to suit our needs.
We flew to Masai Mara and we're greeted by Mr. Benson. The car was newer and also clean. There was a cooler with water bottles and wifi in the car. He is super friendly and also very knowledgeable about animals and the parks. We stayed 2 days in Masai Mara (Mara Serena) and 1 day in Nakuru (Sarova Lion Hill). Both were good resorts, but the weather wasn't cooperating with us. Benson did his best to wait out the rain and still look for the Great 5. We saw everything (incl. White and Black Rhinos), except Leopards. On our way back to Nairobi, he stopped by a mall for us to grab lunch.
Overall, very nice experience and highly recommend to everyone!

Incredible - fantastic itinerary and the whole experience was seemless
5/5

My partner and I did a 5 day Rwanda/Uganda tour with Hermosa Life, capturing Gorillas in Uganda and then Golden Monkey and Chimpanzee in Rwanda. There was a lot of travelling but that was through our choice of itinerary. Our driver (Gordon Monday Gongo) was fantastic; really knowledgable and friendly, he even suggested additional museums to stop at on our final day so it wasn't just a long journey back to Kigali. I couldn't fault the communication from the booking process all the way to being picked up from our hotel in Kigali. The accomodation throughout was really good, the meals weren't included and cost around $70 per day for the two of us which we felt was reasonable as the quality was really high.
Definitely a company (and itinerary) that I would recommend to a friend.

Responsive and flexible with bookings, as well as friendly and helpful staff and guides.
5/5

Lion King Adventures quickly responded to my first enquiries and were easy to work with when changes to our itinerary needed to be made. We had a wonderful 9-day safari with no issues. The hotels and camps were wonderful. Our guide Haruni was well informed and knowledgeable about the wildlife and plants we encountered. He did a great job traversing the rough roads and finding his way across the Serengeti!

Super experience!
5/5

I was lucky enough to participate in a two-day safari in the Ngorongoro and Tarangire parks, and I can only express my most sincere appreciation for the experience. From the first moment, the organisation was impeccable: our guide and our driver welcomed us with a genuine smile and incredible friendliness, making us immediately feel at ease.

Both demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local parks and wildlife, explaining fascinating details about the animals we encountered. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, every moment has been magical, from the majestic spectacle of elephants in Tarangire to the surreal quiet of the Ngorongoro crater, where it seems that time is stopping.

What made this safari really special, however, was the care with which our guide accompanied us not only to discover the beauty of nature, but also the stories and traditions of these lands. Their human warmth was touching, and it made us feel not like simple tourists, but like special guests in an enchanted world.

I gave the maximum score because the experience was unforgettable, not only for the beauty of the places, but above all for the humanity and passion that made every moment precious. Thank you very much for these two unforgettable days.

Amazing trip with Hermosa Life
5/5

My partner and I booked a 5 day trip with Hermosa Life to visit both Uganda and Rwanda. The whole experience was great right from the start when we were booking the trip. We had many activities we wanted to include (gorilla trekking, golden monkeys, chimpanzees) and Hermosa were fantastic at creating a bespoke itinerary which included everything we wanted. We spent a night in Uganda in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, then drove back through Rwanda, taking in Volcanoes National park and Nyungwe National park as well. The accommodation that was booked for us was all great, in good locations with good food as well. We are both vegan and every place we stayed were able to accommodate our diet, and even made some adjustments to make sure we had something suitable for our packed lunches. Our driver (Gordon Gongo) was fantastic, very fun and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions about the countries we were visiting. We would love to come back and when we do, we will use Hermosa Life again.

Perfect guide for this great adventure tour
5/5

It was a fantastic tour and really the money worth. Ibrahim was very good in spotting the hided animals. We saw more of the wild animals than we expected, even a leopard in the dusk on our way back. We had a nice place for accommodation at the seaside and a beautiful stop for lunch and dinner.
I really can recommend to do this tour with Mtila Safari

Very good service

I was impressed with the communication received from booking to drop-off the team kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out for me was the follow up message after the trip inquiring about my experience. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.

Unforgettable tour,lifetime experience
5/5

I have forgotten exactly which day, sitting in the conference room, gradually unable to hear the chattering voice of my colleagues, an idea suddenly emerged, to Africa!
Then, we jump to this day, 13 hours of airplane , the meru ridge comes into view, the first group of zebras on the savannah, the collared lionese walk under the window, the elephants take mud baths. The red sun sets at the end of the moor, the glistening wildebeest running past the train, the sausage tree's sausage-like fruit sways in the wind, the giraffe bows its head, and the mother cheetah takes the baby deeper into the grass.
The people in front of the bush TV were silent, and the Milky Way looked up. Passing Mufasa the next day, the buffalo has lost half of its face, the hyena sniffs the scent. Write a rhino on the foggy window and you really see it from afar. The antelopes took each other's horns, and the trees began to grow enormous, the vines spread everywhere as if they had entered the Jurassic century. Passing the hippo bridge, the hippo buries his head in the water , plopping, we also swing into the hot springs at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Finally came to the waterfall, felt very happy, because standing under this waterfall is a group of happy people from all over the world.
It's Ernest's safe driving skills, eagle-eyed eyes for finding animals, patient explanations, three beautiful, kind-hearted and funny tour-mate.Thanks to Ernest and my friends for creating a memory that will last a lifetime.
Don't trap yourself in this little meadow in the middle of the Serengeti, with Ngorongoro on the other side of the hill, where brave little wildebeests enjoy the green grass opposite. Jombo!Hakuna matata!maisha mailef!

Best travel agency
4/5

We took a seven-day hike from Machama to Mount Kilimanjaro with guides Bryson and Emmanuel and Augustine. Their group was quite well-educated and noble. They ensured our safety beforehand. and successfully enabled the ascension. They helped us navigate through difficult terrain with sound advice. They set up tents for us to stay safe. And we were enjoying the African tour a lot. Thanks to them.🙂
