We just did a 2 day / 1 night Safari to Amboseli National Park as part of a stopover in Nairobi. Whole experience with Morningstar Tours was awesome. As a family with 2 children (5 and 7 years old) we had many questions which were all taken care of by Carolyn who was extremely attentive and speedy in her replies. All arrangements / promises (e.g. car seats) were kept as aligned. Our Guide Glenn, who picked us up from our Nairobi hotel and was also doing the game drives with us (one in the late afternoon, one in the early morning) delivered a Glenn-tastic experience. He knew exactly where to drive to in order to catch the best views and pictures. Having such a knowledgeable guide with lots of experience really makes a difference. He's certainly an asset for this company.
Wrapping things up, if you're planning to do a Safari and are shopping for a tour operator: Go with Morningstars and ask for Glenn. If you've the opportunity to add a stop-over to your Kenya Airways flight (as we did): Go for it! ;)

Amazing safari in the wild life
We got taken in charge from beginning to end it was a really good experience.
Someone came to pick us up, from our hotel (which was far away from stone town) brought up to the port, someone else gave us tickets, at the arrival our driver Kapande took care of us for 3 days answering all our questions and giving us more context.
During our Safari we had the chance to see a lot of animals among which were Giraffes, Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, Impalas, Baboons, Pumbas, and much more.
We also were provided with food (delicious) and water.
The tented camp had its charm as well

Helpful takes care of everything
They collect when they say they will, communication was good via WhatsApp. Customer service is great via WhatsApp and in person. Excellent value for money, we did 5 day budget but you can upgrade for better accommodation. We had the same driver for the full tour, Johnny Jackson. Knowledgeable, helpful, passionate about getting us to see everything possible, via early starts and avoid the crowds. Would recommend to others.

Incredible wildlife and experience
Such an amazing experience with Suricata Safaris! We saw so many animals and our guide Lewis was incredibly knowledgeable about all the wildlife. The campgrounds we stayed at (particularly in Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro) were great, and we even had a giraffe walk right through the tents. James was a great cook and all the meals were delicious and filling. Thanks Suricata team!
