My safari experience in Kenya was absolutely unforgettable! From the stunning sights at Lake Nakuru to the magical views of Mount Kilimanjaro with elephants in Amboseli, and the thrilling adventures in the Maasai Mara every moment was incredible. A huge shoutout to Francis for making it all so amazing! His professionalism, passion, and care truly made the whole journey extra special. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I have been contacted by Dennis from Splendid Vacations and he has provided the 10 days perfect Safari packages as per my request. All our stays was clean, modern, and well-equipped with good locations where can see animals 🦓🦒🐃 from our room.The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.The breakfast spread was also really impressive with both local and Western options. Overall, a fantastic stay.
He always follow up with me on the safari plan and even help me a lot with my ETA submission to Kenya as we are having some issues with the name printed in ETA as per our passports.
The price, selection of accommodations and game drive is exactly followed as per itinerary listed in the packages from day 1 to day 10.
Dennis also accomodate my spouse request to do a surprise birthday celebration by the hotel staff.
Also on last day our vehicles having issues and they immediately send a rescue and provide us a dinner at Hilton Hotel. Thank you so much.
Our Driver Rono is well known about the routes to go to each parks and also quick in spotting the animals.
He also very knowledgeable on the each animals and explained well to us of their habitats and activities. He always ensure our safety first while driving us to anywhere.
We are fully satisfied with their services as we are first a bit worried on the services but its proven our assumptions is wrong.

Booking with Eliad was super easy, he's incredibly professional, helped make any changes we had to organise and was in contact throughout our trip. Champion was an absolute superstar!!! Such a great driver and incredibly knowledgable about the areas we travelled and all animals. He felt like one of the family after 5 days. We would definitely recommend Smile for a fabulous safari experience.

Amazing Safari with a fabulous company
From the moment we looked into booking our safari, Serengeti Smile was great. The information provided on their website was comprehensive and when we contacted them for further details to tailor our trip, the responses were always informative and prompt. Eliad was the office representative who organised our trip. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. He tailored our trip to our needs. The accommodation he organised was truly amazing and luxurious. Even the night in the camp felt amazing and we were at one with the nature. Champion (Gody) was our safari guide. From the moment we met him we knew he was going to be fabulous. As a party of seven (4 adults and 3 teenagers) we had the jeep to ourselves. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take us. We saw an abundance of animals truly exceeding our expectations. Champion was always polite and great sense of humour making it a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Serengeti smile, Eliad and Champion!

Great value and flexibility from the side of the operator
All went great, very well planned. The camp was great, almost like a lodge in other places. I'd recommend avoiding the visit to the Masai Village though, it's a tourist trap

Very Competent
The personnel, including George, the Company President were very welcoming and accommodating. They made everything as simple and easy as they could. Our guide was David, whom we had met on our Massai Mara safari. He had been temporarily hired by another safari company at that time, but we were so impressed with his experience we contacted him to guide us through the Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
He did not disappoint! He helped us get the most out of the trip.

We had 11 days and 10 nights trip with Ben. It was tremendous. We want to thank Ben for the wonderful experience and memory. It was the third trip with Ben and will defenitely not the last one. I think my friend with her kids will also book again a safari when her kids grow older. Here are things we appreciate Ben the most.

I think Ben is the best guide
The safari with Into Adventure was my first, so I was very excited. But I recognized very fast that Ben is a good driver, knows the animals and keeps calm and confident. So I always felt safe. If I do a safari again, it will be with Ben.
