Friendly staff, excellent customer service and well-organised
Viva Safaris exceeded my expectations in terms of friendliness, great customer service and being a well-organised 3 night safari. The email communications to confirm booking and arrangements was great. The staff were able to answer any queries I had via email and a staff member was able to pick us up and drop us off at Hoedspruit airport.
The food was delicious and plentiful, the accommodation was basic, but sufficient and clean. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals on our safaris and went out of their way to ensure we got to see some of the Big 5. The drives and walks always left on time and the days were well-planned.
One of the guides, Andy, even went out of his way to go to Hoedspruit Airport after we'd left South Africa to check if a mobile phone had been handed in. I would highly recommend Viva Safaris for an affordable experience in the Kruger National Park.

Amazing experience!
All the trip have been amazing.
The only negative thing is maybe the guide, that could sometime look bored to be there. But it was never the same, sometime, he wasa very happy to be there with us.
For the other thing, #1!! food, wildlife, view, lodge, all was fun!

First Class service and attention to detail, nothing was too much to ask.
Communication with the staff was fantastic, from the first phone call to the last email welcoming me back home. All questions were answered promptly and in detail. They more than lived up to expectations and understood my needs and concerns. The safari tour itself went off without a hitch and the experience itself was much more than I expected so much so that I am in the process of booking again for next year! I am a solo traveller who lives regionally so it is really important that I get a good feel for companies that I cannot physically visit and with Encompass Africa I got exactly that. I cant thank them enough for making the whole experience so wonderful.

Amazing experience! Safe and fun!
It was fantastic we were picked up at the airport, all accommodations taken care of, and brought back to the airport. All questions were answered quickly and I even forgot my IPod in the Safari vehicle and they mailed it back to me.

The southern safari
Everything was perfect! The tour was amasing, we’ve seen almost all the highlights of Southern Africa. Our guide was great, he worked really hard to make this trip the best trip ever. We had everything we needed and it’s lots of fun to travel with An international group. Made friends all over the world!

Smooth organisation and great experience
The whole organisation in advance was very smooth and prompt. Email communication was quick and really friendly. Our expectations for me and my wife of the package that we booked were exceeded. It was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 6 people together, we did 7 days Sossusvlei Desert and Etosha National Park. We saw it all within that short period of time. The accommodation facilities that were arranged by the company were outstanding. I will definitely come back again in the near future.

Rene quickly makes everyone feel at ease, whilst providing a great adventure in the real Kenya
Rene is very positive and clear in his communication, is flexible when needed and looks after the companions very well. He knows a lot about Kenya, but lets yourself experience the beautiful nature and the friendly people. For me the trip had exactly the right mixture of sports, relaxation and time to enjoy the nature, wildlife and people. Yes it was sometime challenging to climb another dusty dirt road, trying to avoid another flat tire due to the many rocks, but we always got to the hotel before getting completely devastated and there was always a good shower and sometimes even swimming pool waiting for us. Rene clearly enjoyed the ride as well, and fortunately was equally glad to be at the hotel. It felt good to recover during dinner, it which Rene turned out to be great story teller of all his previous trips, whilst keeping interest in the others.
The experience was precisely what I had hoped for, no thoughts other than concentration on the road, the bike and on the surrounding nature slowly passing by.

My Gorilla Trekking Experience exceeded my expectation. Perfect planning, excellent service.
Our trip was well organized, service was excellent, from pick up at the airport through the safari until the end. We had the best guide, very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with us. Our Gorilla Trekking experience and our trip to Queen Elizabeth was amazing, not to forget the Sunset cruise on Lake Victoria which was spectacular.. everything exceeded our expectation. Will definitely use Africa Nziza on our next adventure to Uganda. Highly recommendable!

African Travels arranged our 59 days trip to Africa. They send us all the information we needed. They answered all our emails and even phone calls. There communication is really friendly and helpfull!!! We can recommand them for sure!!!
