Excellent and Efficient Services, Very responsive
We visited Neptunes Paradise in Diani Courtesy of Charles Safaris. The hotel was excellent with world class facilities where we enjoyed swimming with beach view and ate some exquisite delicious meals prepared by the hotel.
The beach front swimming and Mombasa sun bask was one of the best experiences we had. We had night entertainment at the hotel and toured Wasini Island organized by Charles Safaris where we had some experience swimming with Fish in the middle of the ocean. We had first experience of seeing dolphins.
I would recommend Charles Safaris for the efficient and excellent service. All transport and transfer had been well organized and we just relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. Thanks Charles Safaris for the great Experience!

Well planned and executed
I decided to go to Tanzania at the last minute, but Huzaifa from Zafs made the process incredibly smooth. He was very responsive and made me feel safe in a new country. He not only organized the Kilimanjaro trek and safari but also helped with all the pick-ups and drop-offs in the middle. Because of his recommendations, I got to experience some incredible lodges in Arusha.
The 6-day Machame trek was INCREDIBLE and so well planned. My guide, Prosper, was extremely knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the process. The chef and the porters were excellent. It's something I will remember for a lifetime.
I would highly recommend working with Zafs to my friends and family because they tailor the adventures to you. The quotes are also reasonable.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, excellent - really taking care of their guests!
We went on a group safari with suricata and truly everything was amazing! From the first pick up and briefing by Dennis to the last debrief and hotel dropoff by Daniel, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We really felt taken care of, and had great drivers and guides in Rocky and Elias who really made sure we saw the animals up close and raced to get us to the right spots. The group was great and it was fun to experience it together. Food was fantastic throughout the whole trip as well thanks to Chef Pius, and the lodges were extraordinary. And finally of course, all the parks and animals were incredible - despite it being the onset of low season we saw everything we wished for and more. Got nothing negative to say - amazing trip.

Peace if mind
Going on tour with Mystic Adventures was a pleasure during the tour and before, when Eric showed is great knowledge and also is kindness, being always available to answer my many questions. The 7 days tour was well planned, we felt comfortable and safe all the time. I am an avid photograph, and so is Eric. With his help, I was able to bring back incredible memories.
More than a guide, Eric is now a friend, and I can't recommend enough that you should book your trip with Mystic Adventures if you are planning to visit beautiful Uganda.

An amazing safari experience organised by a great team
We went on a 5 day safari with Suricata starting in Arusha. Before we started the safari they picked us up from Arusha airport and brought us to our hotel where we were given a briefing by Dennis that explained everything we needed to know for the next days. As we had some time to kill in Arusha they also organised a small tour of the city for us with a great guide called Chuke.
The next day we started our safari for five days. The first day was spent with Rocky as our guide, the next four with Elias. Both were warm, informative and great to have as guides. The lodges we stayed in were beautiful, and the food was delicious, as were the lunches had on safari cooked by our chef from Suricata, Pius. We ended our safari with a debrief with Daniel in Arusha who also arranged a complimentary transfer to our next hotel. Overall nothing was lacking in the adventure. The communication was excellent and we felt fully cared for the entire time. I would really highly recommend this company to anyone looking at doing a safari in Tanzania.

Very organised and excellent tour
All included gorilla trek tour from Entebbe. Ruth was very good with organising everything via email. Was prompt with her responses and answered all my questions. Farouk was our driver and guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got us to our destinations safely

Mr. Patrick is an amazing tourist professional having good rapport with every participants.
It was quite an interesting trip this year (2024) in June month in Uganda. Though it was a short trip, we enjoyed it in all aspects. To be specific, those hot springs near Semuliki National Park, Fort Portal, Amabere Cave and the waterfall nearby were so pleasant to watch and peculiarly designed by GOD Almighty. If anyone reading this review should visit these places once in your lifetime suppose given a chance.
My Special Thanks to Mr. Patrick who is our tour operator has taken us through these amazing places and briefed us about each location in depth. He was so professional and engaging throughout this trip!

Very informative and patient.
I must say the Safari was the highlight of my trip to Zanzibar. Everything was taking care as promised. I did the three day and it was great. My coordinator Safina communicated so well. I felt great about booking. Our guide Ali took great care of us, and was very knowledgeable about the animals. The lodging was great at both locations. The food was delicious. I even got a bday cake which was very special. We got to see the BIG 5. Book with them you won't be disappointed.

Uniquely memorable safari and volcano climbing experiences
Fanuely answered quickly and always helpful all our questions in preparation of the trip. He and is his team are very accommodating!
We had a great time during our 8-day trip with our guide/driver William Jonas and our personal cook Dividi as they made a fun and informative team. The airport pick-up went well and during the guided walk through Arusha on our first day, we got all necessities like getting cash at an ATM or buying local mosqito repellent out of the way.
The hike up the Ol Doinyo Lengai was an amazing and truely unique experience. Despite it being a challenging climb, we always felt in good hands with our guide. All the effort was definitely worth it! The following days were more relaxing with game drives through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Taranguire National Park. The diversity and sheer endless numbers of animals amazed us! Camping in the parks also gave us some wonderful moments, from a fantastic starry sky to seeing animals grazing at sunrise in the morning. On our last day, we were also directly driven to our next accomodation in Moshi to continue our vacation on our own.
So, thanks a lot for organizing such a memorable week!
