Absolutely amazing for wildlife
I have recently returned from the holiday of a lifetime. What an experience - the Serengeti surpassed all expectations. I was amazed at how close the animals - especially the big cats - came to our vehicle, walking in between cars and even sitting on the spare wheels. I had time to compose my photographs as all animals just carry on as ‘normal’ - they don't run away as soon as a car stops. Each day was the best day - even if you see the ‘same’ animals, they’ll be doing something different. The weather was pleasantly hot but not humid and I think October was the perfect time to visit as it’s not peak season and therefore not too crowded.
We visited Tarangire and Manyara parks too - both fascinating in their own way - the former for the vast amount of elephants and the latter for its baboons. The area around Lake Natron was very hot - but if you’re going for the flamingos, make sure you visit at the right time! We didnt! The Ngorongoro crater was stunning too - and luckily we did see flamingos there!
I was interested in visiting some villages and tribes but sceptical about how genuine they are. The emphasis was definitely on selling their trinkets over sharing their culture.
Don’t worry about spending a fortune on ‘khaki’ clothes - as you won’t be getting out of your vehicle you don't need to be camouflaged. But I wouldn’t wear overly bright clothes.
All in all a wonderful destination for animals.

This is a much smaller park, we enjoyed it, but I would probably skip this park next time. I think it's worth seeing at least once.

AMAZING, FUNNY, PERSONABLE TOUR GUIDE
Me and my best friend booked a tour with Augustino. The best trip we have ever taken! A week long safari in Tanzania! Where do I begin.. from the food to the company to the accommodations, I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I am smiling writing this review because all of the amazing memories are flooding back. By the end of the trip everyone felt like family. The food was prepared by a professional team. There were options for everyone and enough food to feed a family! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert exceeded my expectations every day. Accommodations were clean, and everyone was extremely hospitable!! The tents were sturdy enough to keep a lion out!! Haha
Seriously though I was apprehensive at first sleeping in the savannah and doing a budget safari but I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn't see a single bug in my accommodations (very important for me) Worth every single penny and more through and through!! Augustino was the best guide we could have asked for, he delivered on every front!! We laughed, sang, danced, ate and made so many unforgettable memories. Thank you Augustino!!!

Very relaxed and well organized
We had a wonderful time at Sekekama camp on our 4 day Safari. We saw so many different animals out on safari and also in camp, and had such a great combo of adventure and down-time to relax. The camp was so cozy, staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and our experience was everything we hoped for.

Very helpful and kind
First of all, thank Winnie the tour operator, who organised our trip and helped us, by telling us which safari should we do because they all have their own particularity and choose which one suits us more.The selection was perfect (Mikumi-Ruaha) because we saw a lot of animals and especially hippos and lions who are our favourites. Also, many thanks to our guides Michael and danford, who weren’t only our guides but we became good friends. The safari was fantastic but they made it for us much better, along the secret conversation we had while eating😂.In conclusion, it was once life time experience, I recommend everyone to go on a safari and preferably with Kihindo tours and especially with those 2 guides. The best team to lead your "once in the life" experience ro the success!
Fransisca responded promptly and appropriately to my requests for advice on what to prepare before the trip and adjusting the schedule. Goddy and the other guides explained and talked about various things to make the climb not boring, and on the day of the summit attack, they adjusted my pace and always encouraged me, leading me to a successful summit.
I believe that it would never have been possible without their support.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the quality of the hotels they booked before and after the trip was not worth the price, but everything else was so wonderful.
