We were fortunate to experience another safari with Baraka from Timons Safaris in September 2024 – this time in the breathtaking Northern Serengeti, and it was simply unforgettable! Just a perfect safari
This safari tour exceeded all my expectations. From the wonderful tour guide Amiri to the incredible views around the parks, this trip has been one for the books. The selection of the three main parks allows you to see the animals in different landscapes and habitats, making the game drives very special.
Special mention to the packed food that was not the sad lunch boxes we saw around: we had proper three course meals with porcelain plates and everything.
The accommodation was just phenomenal. We even had a hippo as a visitor one of the nights in the Serengeti.
The beers by the pool at Suricata Lodge will always be a happy memory.

Amazing experience with Suricata Safaris
Amazing tour!! So surpassed our expectations. We managed to see all the big 5 & more thanks to our amazing guide Amiri with his super human eyesight! The parks themselves were each unique in their own right and wowed us in different ways. Accomodation was excellent, even had the excitement of having a hippo right outside our tent during the night in the Serengeti. The food was excellent and was full cooked meals for lunch compared to other companies where we saw packed lunch boxes. Would highly recommend anyone booking with Suricata, I hope to do another tour with them again someday.

We booked the four-day tour and we really enjoyed it. Everyone was very friendly and we learned a lot. The food was very good and we are really happy with everything. Everything went smoothly and we had no problems. We would book again and again. Thank you for everything!

Very professional
Our trip had 3 different parts:
- Climbing Kilimanjaro in 6 days via Machame route. For this hard adventure, Gody was our main guide, with Emmanuel as our assistant guide, their experience and professionalism, as well as that of the dream team, took us to the summit (roof of Africa).
- 6 days safari at Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro area. We saw all the animals (cheetah and rhino included) with very amazing scenes and pictures :). Thanks to the best driver ever Jordan!
- 6 days at Zanzibar to relax after it all.
In general, thank you to Mellivora African Travels, in particular to Fransisca, for these memories, one of the most important trips in our lives. Chosing the perfect accomodations, guides and making it possible!

Unforgettable experience thanks to the great planning and excellent execution of the safari
Right from the beginning, the team provided us with an ideal tour covering Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks. They tailored the tour to fit our budget and made an excellent selection of lodges.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, they picked us up at the airport and safely transported us to our first incredible lodge. What truly set this tour apart was having an experienced guide with many years in the field. He knew the parks very well and, more importantly, how to find the animals. Thanks to him, we were able to see numerous lions, leopards and cheetahs (all with cubs), groups of elephants, giraffes, the great migration of zebras and wildebeests, all types of antelopes and even rare animals like jackals and servals, which are hard to spot.
We highly recommend booking your safari with Safari Soles. Every single dollar was worth it and it truly made a difference in our experience.
I will definitely come back and book with Safari Soles again!
