I could not be more happy with my choice using Above Safaris for my Kilimanjaro adventure. I was very specific about the dates for my travel because my trek was centered around my 50th birthday. Carrie, one of the company owners, was extremely helpful every step of the way even when I was a high maintenance client with many questions and thoughts. First, it felt wonderful to go with a woman owned business (her husband a local is the other owner). Second, Carrie truly cares about the community and staff and pays her people a fair wage and doesn’t keep all the earnings for herself. She is adamant about ensuring her team shares in the success of the company. I paid more than most because I was specific about dates. Carrie tried to save me money by asking if I wanted to join other groups with different days, but because my birthday I stuck to my choice. My guide Barnabas has been leading trips for over 12 years in the mountain. I was in extremely capable hands. The chef, waiter and porters he picked couldn’t have been kinder, more supportive and wonderful. This team helped make my dream to summit possible. When I wanted to give up, they cheered me on. We adjusted routes, wake up times while on the mountain all in the interest of ensuring I would make it and much to my own surprise, I did! I am forever in debt to this company and these people and they will always be in my heart given everything mentioned and more. Thank you Above Safaris!

Amazing experience with a Top Tourguide!
My partner and I had an amazing 5 days on this safari in Tanzania. We were mesmerised with the scenery, the animals are the breathtaking things we have seen. Our tour guide Floridi was exceptional, his knowledge was another level. He knew everything about the places where we went to, not just the big 5, but even the little birds you could see around. He was with us from dawn to sundown making sure we had the best experience. Upon our return we heard from other travellers that some unfortunately did not have the best experience due to their tour guides not been sufficiently knowledgeable, trust us as for Floridi - you wont regret it. We will come back with our little one once she is a bit bigger, truly an experience you don’t want to miss 😍

An Amazing Safari Experience With an Exceptional Safari Guide!
My parents I travelled to Tanzania in October 2024 with Uzuri Safaris. it's a 10 days Safaris + Zanzibar trip.
Planning our itinerary with Steven was straightforward and went smoothly at every step. With his help, we were able to change some itinerary and hotel we like the best.
Or guide, Salim, we were extremely nice and experienced. He put in a ton of effort to find all of the animals we wanted to see and show us incredible views. We spent pretty much all day every day driving around looking for the best sights. overall, it's an amazing journey and lift experience. Thank you Uzuri Safaris.

Right on time every as promised, very professional and nice.
Africa Marvel tours is a very adequate Safari Tours Company. They help swiftly, and can easily adapt if necessary. We were to be picked from two locations and joined in Tsavo East. The drivers, Lydia and Keith were really nice and cheerful. We enjoyed the stories of Keith during the safari, explaining the animals and birds, he has a lot of knowledge and is good company. Lydia brought us from Tsavo to Mombasa, a very joyful nature and safe driver. We were in excellent hands!

Alex is an outstanding guide who turned each day into an adventure!
We had an unforgettable 12-day safari in Tanzania with our family. Our guide, Alex, was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge of the wildlife and nature made the experience truly special; you could tell this is his true passion. It was amazing how he could spot animals from a great distance and knew exactly when to stop so we could admire them. Sometimes we were driving fast, and then we’d suddenly stop because Alex had spotted something far away – incredible! We highly recommend this safari to everyone. Alex is an outstanding guide who turned each day into an adventure!

Professional service always kept in contact and answered any questions promptly.
From the moment we booked Jessica was in constant contact keeping us informed. We were collected from our hotel (more than an hours drive from the airport) on time. Elvis explained what to expect from the day and on touch down at Mikumi airstrip we were met by our guide, Douglas. On the drives before and after lunch he found Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Hippos, Lionesses with young and with cubs, Babboons, Buffalo, Leopard, Jacket and different varieties of Impalas. Would highly recommend.

This was my second Private Safari with inn two year, this time with my parentes,
in october 2024.
Imraan and his Team made the Safari of my parentes Life.
The safari was well organized to what we wanted to see and where we wanted to go.
We say alot of animals every day from morning to night.
Simon our Safari Guide went out off his way to make us happy every day.
So if you want a great safari for your money and have alot of great Memories then go for BEST CAMPING TOURS AND SAFARIS.

Great First Safari Experience!
We had a great first safari experience (masai mara, nakuru, amboseli) for 6 days total. The scheduling was on point for most of the trip. The driver Dereck was solid and new his ways around trying to get you the best shots of the animals. Only room for improvement could be the food options for vegetarians.
