We had an amazing 4-day safari organized by Splendid Vacations — an experience we’ll never forget! Everything was smooth and well taken care of from the beginning to the end.
A special thanks to our guide, Mwololo, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and welcome throughout the journey. His experience and sharp eyes allowed us to see a wide variety of wildlife, especially in Amboseli National Park, where we enjoyed incredible views of elephants, antelopes, birds, and even a hyena!
Our stay in Taita Hills was especially memorable — a peaceful and cozy experience where we almost had the place to ourselves. Tsavo East was a bit more challenging in terms of wildlife spotting, but we were lucky enough to see lions there, which was a real highlight.
All the accommodations along the way were clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We were also very lucky with the weather — even though it was the rainy season, we had no rain during the days, making our safari even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Splendid Vacations for anyone looking for a well-organized, authentic, and unforgettable safari adventure!

We were initially skeptical about the operator due to the limited number of reviews, but they truly exceeded all expectations—we ended up having one of the best trips ever.
I had no idea how to organize a safari trip and nearly gave up, as it seemed almost impossible to coordinate flights to Kilimanjaro and Seronera along with the safari itself. Then we found Relish of Africa and reached out through their website. They quickly responded via WhatsApp and provided a full itinerary right away.
They arranged to pick us up and drop us off at Kilimanjaro Airport, which perfectly aligned with our flight schedule. We originally booked a 5-night group tour and paid a 20% deposit one week before our arrival.
I was still a bit unsure at the beginning due to the limited information available online, but once they picked us up at the airport, I was immediately relieved. Upon arrival, we decided to switch to a private tour instead of the group tour. Even though it must have been a difficult last-minute change, they managed to accommodate us and arranged a private driver without issue.
Our return flight was at 2:40 AM, and they even arranged a place for us to rest until around 10 PM before driving us to the airport late at night. The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout the entire trip.
The safari itself was incredible—the lodges and hotels they selected were all unique and of excellent quality.
We highly recommend Relish of Africa for anyone planning a safari.

The half day Soweto tour with Clement was eye-opening and educational. As a South African, I found it incredibly beneficial and enlightening to walk through the informal settlements and engage with members of the community who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Clement was very well informed and conveyed the historical events that took place very well. Highly recommend!

AMAZING
I genuinely couldn’t have found a better safari company. They made sure we went back home with a unique and unforgettable experience. I visited during the rainy season with friends, but we never once had to worry about safety, the drivers and guides were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They knew perfectly the area and had many fun facts on the animals.
Despite it being the “low season,” we saw so many animals up close (lions, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and more!) The communication throughout was excellent, which made the entire tour feel smooth, reliable, and stress-free.
