An excellent tour in Kruger National Park with many animal sightings and a very experienced guide!
We did a full-day safari in Kruger National Park with Shoes. We were even lucky enough to be the only guests, so we had a private tour. We were picked up at our lodge in Hoedspruit about an hour earlier. Shoes is a very knowledgeable guide with great expertise about the animals and the park, and at the same time, he is super friendly and funny. It was a lot of fun being with him, we were able to ask many questions and enjoyed listening to him. On that day, we saw lions walking right in front of our car, as well as many young elephants, a herd of buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and much more.
We would highly recommend Shoes and Khalanga Safaris and were almost sad to have spent only one day in Kruger National Park.

Fantastic experience. Cozy place, Nelson and family are kind and super helpful. Apartment clean and super comfortable to start safaris.

Our family recently completed the 8-day Lemosho Route to climb Kilimanjaro with Nafika Tours in August, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Nafika Tours truly went above and beyond, paying close attention to the small details that made a big difference, especially considering we had a child with us.
The food was another standout feature. Every meal was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the quality was superb. They were incredibly accommodating of dietary needs, ensuring delicious vegetarian options were always available—this attention to detail did not go unnoticed!
The guides, porters, and entire Nafika Tours team were fantastic. They were highly knowledgeable about the mountain, provided great encouragement, and were always looking out for our family’s well-being. From the start of the day to the end, each member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. From the tour guides to the front office, this is a company I will be using again because of the amazing people that run it. Tebby and Game were two special staff members I have to mentioned that were wonderful and key to my experience!! If your using another company you might want to rethink your decision. The chobe game drive and cruise will have you wanting to visit botswana every year.
