I’m really very satisfied. Everything is perfectly organized. They even rearranged our tour considering that our flight (which has nothing to do with Africa Zym Travel) was delayed by almost 12 hours.
Our guide was veeeery pleasant. As two women, we felt truly safe — everything that was promised was delivered, and our expectations were even exceeded.

Amazingly helpful and superior value for money.
Lucy was extremely communicative from the start. We had to cancel an earlier booking in August last year and postpone it to January due to health issues. Lucy was nothing but understanding - she even charged us less than the initial quote since we were going off season. The guide we were given in Masai Maara was also the best. He was super fun, very accommodating and gave us the best times and spots for pictures. The places to stay were amazing and super comfortable. I would totally go back with Lucy and Savannah Woods again :) recommend the team 10/10.

Excellent Experience
We had such an amazing girls trip with Giant Eland Safaris this past August in Maasai Mara. Everything was just perfect, from the planning and accommodation to the game drives.
Watching thousands of wildebeest crossing the Mara River was one of the most breathtaking things we have seen in a long time. The whole trip felt smooth, and the team truly went out of their way to make us comfortable.
I would definitely recommend Giant Eland Safaris to anyone planning a group trip.

An unforgettable safari experience
We booked a 6-day Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli trip with Alpha Dean Tours and Travels, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, our coordinator Jemimah was incredibly kind and supportive — she stayed in touch from the time of booking until the end of our trip, always ready to answer our questions and help whenever needed.
A special thanks to our amazing guides Kulet and Bonney, who were both extremely knowledgeable about the safari routes and wildlife. They went above and beyond to make sure we spotted as many animals as possible. Kulet is truly one of the best guides in Masai Mara, and we were so happy to have him with us throughout the trip.
The journey can be quite tiring due to long travel distances, and you should be prepared for dusty winds in Nakuru and Amboseli — but the experiences and memories make it absolutely worth it!
Overall, it was one of the best trips of our lives. A big thank you to Alpha Dean Tours and Travels and Jemimah for making our safari smooth, comfortable, and so memorable. Highly recommended!

Serengeti Smile made our dream safari in Tanzania a reality. From the very beginning, Patricia—our representative—was an absolute blessing. Despite our long list of questions and several itinerary changes, she remained patient, proactive, and incredibly efficient in addressing every concern. The accommodations she arranged were each unique, offering us unforgettable experiences throughout our journey. Patricia was always prompt with her responses and kept in touch before our trip, during the safari, and even after we returned home to ensure everything went perfectly.
Our guide, Piyus, was outstanding. His deep knowledge of the wildlife, the landscapes, and Tanzanian culture added so much depth to our trip. We had a wonderful time using Spirit of Kenya! They were great to work with and made scheduling our trip super easy. We absolutely loved our driver, Lawrence. We asked a ton of questions, and he never seemed annoyed, answering them all. He also knew the answer to every animal question we asked, I was impressed. He was always on time to pick us up, super flexible, great to chat with and made our lunches a great experience too.
I did get engaged on the trip so that was of course my favorite part. But my other favorite part of the trip was seeing all the lions and cubs. I also really enjoyed staying at the Four Seasons and the hot air balloon ride we added in. The services and staff at all of our hotels were extremely friendly and we were very impressed.

Amazing
We spent 6 days with Aziz from Spirit of Tanzania and it was wonderful. Aziz is kind and caring, he is keen to please his customers. He is an excellent driver who did everything to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. He was very attentive and offered us 6 incredible days. He has an eye for seeing lots of animals and he was perfect. We really enjoyed being in his company.

Joseph made me feel very safe and welcome
Overall, it was a really great experience. Joseph was such a warm and fun person to travel with. He made every effort to show us as many animals as possible, and we could really feel that he knew what he was doing. We were a very curious group and asked a lot of questions — and he always took the time to explain everything to us. He was also a safe and skilled driver, which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole trip.
We saw so many amazing animals and got to witness some incredible moments — and honestly, it often felt like Joseph was one of those guides who really stood out. We sometimes arrived a bit earlier than others or stayed a little longer at the perfect spot, which made the experience extra special.
We chose the low-budget camping option, since we’re both students and travel on a smaller budget. But honestly, it didn’t feel low-budget at all! The tented camps had real beds, private bathrooms attached to the tents, hot showers, proper toilets, and mosquito nets. It was actually super cozy. In Masai Mara and Amboseli, we could even hear the sounds of the animals at night — monkeys screaming, hyenas laughing and the wind passing through the trees. That atmosphere was something truly unforgettable.
The only part we probably wouldn’t do again was the visit to the Masai Village. It was interesting to learn about their culture and we were welcomed warmly with dancing, but later it turned into more of a shopping situation. We were separated individually and encouraged to buy jewelry at quite high prices, and it simply felt uncomfortable. Of course, that has nothing to do with Joseph or Jocky Tours — the rest of the tour was amazing.
So, overall we’re super happy with the trip, and we would 100% recommend doing the safari with Joseph. It was an incredible experience and absolutely worth it!
