Guides were really good and knowledgeable. Lodges selected were nice and the staff were lovely. Saw the big 5 which was a huge bonus. Frankline was our point of contact and was prompt with any queries we had.

I traveled to Kenya for a study abroad trip and Cisne tours helped coordinate much of the planning for the trip and it could not have gone better. All team members were extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our groups needs. You could tell how much effort was put into the planning and coordination efforts. We only went on a safari for a few hours but it was still a blast and we got to see a decent number of animals. Highly recommend them as a tour guide and group to host in country.

Kifali's knowledge of wildlife, nature, and Kenyan culture was exceptional. He shared fascinating information throughout the safari and always took the time to answer our questions with enthusiasm and patience. 1-Day Tarangire Safari
My friend and I booked a private day safari to Tarangire national park. We were worried that we might not get to see much doing a short tour, but we were wrong. Our guide Victor was great! He managed to get us encounters with all kinds of animals big and small. Our group was also particularly interested in birds and he did a great job of spotting and identifying numerous species.
Mountain warriors also helped us coordinate transit to and from Arusha back to where we were staying in Moshi.

We joined Phil for an 8-day mobile safari in Botswana. During the safari, we were fortunate enough to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, numerous giraffes, impalas, and elephants, as well as several animals that are considered rare sightings. Phil greatly enriched the experience by sharing his knowledge and providing useful reference materials throughout the trip.
Thanks to Chef Bongo’s delicious meals and the support of his assistant Jakop, our safari felt surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable despite being a camping-style adventure.
