Mount Kenya - Wonderful Experience
As a solo female traveller I had a great experience completing the Mount Kenya trek with Shem! He was very knowledgeable and ensured I was enjoying myself throughout the trip. We were the only ones to summit that day because he understood the weather conditions and he was right that the rain would subside, the views from the peak were absolutely beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Would highly recommend Shem and the team to anyone looking for their next adventure :-)

Efficient, honest and high quality.
We had an incredible safari experience with Goodluck. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and his deep understanding of the animals made the trip unforgettable. He exceeded our expectations — we saw all of the Big Five and even the Ugly Five, which we weren’t counting on at all.
The entire experience was seamless, from inquiring about details and booking to being picked up on the first day of the safari.
Goodluck had everything perfectly planned. We had time to rest, enjoy the game drives, savor incredible lunches in the bush, and experience glamping in the savannah and a visit to the Masai village.
I highly recommend this provider and Goodluck as the tour guide!

Emmanuel shied us the magic of the Safari parks of Tanzania with his expertise in all areas
We had a great experience with guide Emmanuel and intern Dominick. Both very considerate and helpful and Emmanuel very experienced guide with great local knowledge and a conscientious desire to show us the best in the parks. We saw many wonderful landscapes and all the animals in our list. Emmanuel was a very competent driver and we had no safety concerns. We really enjoyed the Cental Serengeti and the Ngorongo crater. Of course the Tarangire park with the elephants. Overall would fully recommend

Very nice Safari with a good guide
We spent a very good time in this safari with a very nice guide who explained very well all we were seeing. We had the chance to see the big 5. I recommend this tour.

Saw the big 5 despite it all
Serengeti smile is a organised safari company who took care of us. Our driver Puis took us to multiple parks including Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, maximizing our chances to see diverse wildlife in different habitats. Puis also went to great lengths to give us the opportunity to see all of the big 5 and
Many of the lodges and camps we were booked into catered well for food and comforts.
Going on EARLY (5.30 -6am) game drives was a highlight as you are able to see the animals first and enjoy the day. Avoid the 9am starts... its just way too busy then.
The vehicles used are subjected to hard terrain and must travel long distances. So it is to be expected we experienced some mechanical issues which did not delay us in anyway but was concerning.
Communication is an area that needs a great deal of improvement. Whether is be about accommodation bookings and or the daily schedules of events to ensure guests are enjoying more time at the park than sitting at the lodges or driving on tar.
