Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our experience with African Family Safaris was wonderful. This was the highlight of our honeymoon. We were looking for something truly special—remote, peaceful, and deeply connected to nature. The team really listened and understood what we were after. They delivered a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Namibia.
Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned, from the location to all services. It felt like every moment was crafted just for us. The landscapes were breathtaking, the accommodations were intimate and luxurious, and the sense of tranquility was exactly what we needed.
The best part of our honeymoon for sure! We should have stayed another week and ditched Mauritius which I found a bit boring. A big thanks to African Family Safaris Team!

This Soweto Half-Day Tour exceeded all our expectations, thanks to our incredible guide, Tshepo. From the moment we were picked up, Tshepo was warm, professional, and full of energy. He didn’t just give us facts—he told stories that made Soweto come alive.
We visited iconic sites like the Hector Pieterson Memorial, Vilakazi Street, and Nelson Mandela’s former home, and each stop was brought to life through Tshepo’s insightful and passionate storytelling. What stood out most was how he wove personal anecdotes into the broader history, making the tour feel deeply human and emotionally resonant.

Awaken dream
Booking experience was perfect, we decided last minute to come to Kenya, simple chat via WhatsApp seals the deal for what looked like the best value for money
If you can chose try to ask for Aruni, even in the parks you can see how more experienced he is then everyone else, at some point we literally had the leopard in front of our car because he spent some time guessing where it would go
And all the other cars were blocked by the guards, but he came there before even when the leopard was not there.
I don't know if I explained it well, but that's a little tricky that really impressed us

Emanuel was always answering promtly. The Guide and Cook were really experienced and expert. All the parks have an own vibe and deserve to be seen. We were traveling with two kids and all the people were taking super good care of them. We would love to come back soon and suggest Crater Explorer to everyone! Asante!

Alice was very flexible and happy to adjust the itinerary to suit our own request she then provided a perfect Safari packages as per my request. Communication with her via WhatsApp was easy and efficient. She was always quick to respond and answering all our questions with care. Tim had an extraordinary ability to spot animals from great distances and always positioned the vehicle perfectly to give us the best views whether it was a pride of lions lounging in the shade, elephants & rhinos crossing our path, or a leopard hidden in the trees. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing detailed insights about each animal’s & birds behavior, habitat, and conservation efforts.
Beyond his guiding skills, Tim was simply a joy to be around punctual, patient, kind, and always attentive to our comfort. He made us feel safe, informed, and completely taken care of from start to finish. Each day with him was a perfect balance of adventure, learning, and laughter.
By the end of our safari, Tim wasn’t just our guide he felt like a family. Tim treated us like family in his attentiveness. We are so grateful to have shared this experience with someone so dedicated and passionate. If you're planning a safari, ask for Timothy—you won’t regret it. He made our trip truly exceptional.

Wish I could have stayed longer
Tellena Tours organised me a fantastic 9 night holiday visiting Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara in Kenya, the Serengeti in Tanzania and then 3 nights in Zanzibar. This was a dedicated 1 person trip which included all transfers (excl int flights). Price was very competitive. Victor and Mercy were very helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process from modifying the quote to picking me up in Kenya at the end. The Sopa lodges in Kenya were lovely. My guides were great. I saw 8/9 of 'the big 9'. I'm very pleased to recommend Tellena Tours.

One of a kind
We just returned from the most unforgettable 3-day safari with African Reflections, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we were picked up to the final goodbye, everything was seamless, exciting, and incredibly special.
