The best experience!
When booking safari tour, I can only recommend Jocky! Very responsive, super helpful, great price and the whole safari experience was just amazing! We went for 3 days trip with them and everything was great. Our guide - Solomon - was the best guide! Thanks to him we saw so many animals including lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, cheetahs, hippos and even very rare ones such as leopard. The best time ever!

Great Organisation, Exceptional Customer Service all culminating in an exceptional experience
We did a 6 night/7 day safari, taking in Maasai Mara, Nukara and Amboseli. After a lot of research into differnt companies, I narrowed it down to 3 and after a call with each one, I decided to use Maggie and her company Bison Safaris for our trip. From the beginning Maggie proved to be so accomaddating and flexible with regard to our trip. she designed a 7 day excursion for us and again after more research she made the changes that I requsted, be it destinations/accomadation etc. Officially our tour started on a Sunday. Our flight arrived into Niarobi 6am on the Saturday and Maggie also arranged accomadation and transfer to a hotel where we had an early checkin facility. She also organised accomadation and transfers for us at the end of the Safari as we were going on to zanzibar for a week, and again when we returned from Zanzibar to depart for home from Nairobi. Nothing was too much trouble and last minute reqeusts/changes handled without hassle. The best Customer Service experience I have had in years! The Safari itself was fantastic, with great guides/drivers who were so friendly, Knowledgeble and did their absolute best to ensure we had the best experience. All the Hospitality/catering staff we met in the different camps/accomadations were also fantastic and also determined to ensure you enjoyed your visit. I really have no negatives to report, It was all fantasic. If I wanted to be really picky we had a few power failures, due to heavy rain, and I heard a few moans from others about this, however for us this just added to the experience and felt part of the real Kenya! So, our sincere thanks to Maggie and all her associates for making this one of the most memorable experience's of our lives!! Wev will be back!

The trip was incredible. From the first moment I asked for information, Emiliana responded very quickly and was always attentive and focused on everything we wanted to do. We used a tour already on his website as a base, and we asked him to add or remove things. He was always very kind and accurate with our requests, until we finally got the tour we wanted. Our guide knew a lot about animals and gave us very interesting information at all times and he was very skilled at finding animals; he has a lot of experience and shared many experiences and things he's seen in his years as a guide.
We visited Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara National Park. Finally, we fly to Zanzibar. Overall, the accommodations were very nice and the meals were delicious. We managed to see the Big 5, as well as a lioness hunting a wildebeest, a pride of lionesses with their cubs, lionesses eating a wildebeest, numerous elephants, giraffes, hippos, warthogs, ostriches, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, flamingos, hyenas, and many birds.
It was the most beautiful experience I've ever had. I highly recommend the Galilaya Expedition as your agency for enjoying Tanzania.

We have a nice/professional customer service - Elijah. With clear response for our questions or requirements, tour arrangement, and payment- He is the 1st key man to my family to choose Leopards Orchid as our tour operator in so many providers.
The 2nd key man is our tour guide/driver, the nice/humble/well known/aggressive to provide the safari information, finally we are not only finding the big five but a lot of animals or bird we never see in Zoo or in the other places, such as Hyrax...It's so amazing 😍 to us....
The finally key man is boss James, I ask if can purchase the Leopards Orchid tour's hoodies, he agrees, and send us after 2 days. It's very useful in this weather (June), and the unforgettable suviniors. He also help us to upgrade the accomodations to a Villa, yes...Villa.. amazing 🤩 again.
I really thanks this team, and hope you if can visit in the not highest peak season, the value will be over rated than your expectations from Leopards Orchid tour.

I booked a gour-day tour to Victoria Falls with MoAfrika and was greatly pleased with the agent named Rishen who always responded quickly and gave all the info I needed. He also accommodated a major date change I requested after the initial booking had been all set and invoiced.

I successfully climbed Uhuru Peak (Kilimanjaro)with this company in February 2025 on the Lemosho route (7 days).Everything was organized perfectly, from meeting at the airport and transfer to the office to picking up the missing equipment and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.The next morning, transfer to the start of the route and a magical 7-day trip to the roof of Africa.Thank you for the clear and well-coordinated work of the entire team-the management and office staff, the driver, the porters, the cook, and others.I would also like to thank Ilya's guide, who is not only a professional guide, but also has extensive knowledge of animals and plants, geology and the history of Tanzania.Talking to him was a real pleasure for me during this trip.Separately, I would like to thank the management of the company for the quickly issued climbing certificate, as well as gifts in the form of a T-shirt with the Kili logo and a package of Tanzanian coffee.A wonderful trip, I hope to apply again and recommend it to everyone!
