They almost got us killed
We went to five safaris between Kenya and Tanzania. We flew in small planes from one safari to the other. They booked us in old planes with only one pilot. During our last journey they substituted the aircraft operator with a chartered one. They plane did not take off, went off the the landing strip into the bushes. We did not got killed by miracle. Still waiting for an explanation of what happened. In general, an extremely expensive trip with very poor safety conditions. Glamping and hotel accommodations as well as food was extremely good.

Absolutely splendid!
All the way through the entire process Splendid Vacations were terrific. I couldn't have asked for more. Very communicative and helpful on itinerary in the lead up and then when our flight was delayed by 4 hours. Our guide - Augustine - was excellent. We saw all we'd hoped for and felt extremely well looled after.

Travel Creations Botswana is an agency serious, efficient and practicing very reasonable prices
It’s been 3 months since I came back from a splendid 9-day safari with Travel Creations Botswana and I have just finished sorting through the photos (nearly 8000 photos!): pure joy. Thanks to the agency director, David, for the impeccable organization and to our guide Lenty for allowing us to observe incredible wildlife: wild dogs, leopards, elephants in large numbers and many other animals. Thanks to both of them as well as to the logistics team (3 people with the chef Bichop) for making us love their beautiful country so much.

Amazing Company
We had an absolutely incredible experience with this company. Nasra our main contact was extremely responsive , efficient and courteous. We were received promptly at the Zanzibar airport. A word of caution though the airport can be very slow in terms of immigration so it's essential to get your visa and also zanzibar travel insurance in advance online and print before arriving. Its $100 for the visa and $44 for the insurance. Also currency exchange is very difficult outside the airport so get it while here.
Also be prepared that the local air travel can be chaotic and flights frequently can be delayed, cancelled or even re routed. However the people of Tanzania are just lovely and kind and so polite always that no inconvenience can seem too bad.on our first day we toured Stone Town with Muhajir a wonderful young man and he gave us a fantastic tour of this historic district. We stayed at the Gran Melia Arusha, the Escarpment luxury lodges, Melia Serengeti, the Ndutu Kati Kati tented camp and The Lux Marjiani. The Melia Serengeti and Lux Marjiani stand out as absolutely perfect. I would recommend just 1 night for the tented camps for the real Safari experience. Godlisten greeted us in Arusha and was wonderful. However i must reserve my highest praise for Isaac our guide for 5 days. I cant say enough good things about him.
Such a polite, knowledgeable and fantastic guide.
Hands down he made our experience a 20 out of 10.
His driving skills are top notch and his knowledge and keen eyesight helped us see every single wild animal. All in all this is a great tour company and i would recommend them without any hesitation.

Attentive, super on it!
- Communication was good, anytime we had a question, they replied instantly via WhatsApp. Information about the tour could be more proactive/forthcoming but if you proactively asked about anything regarding the tour, they replied instantly
- We needed to update our itinerary during the trip, and they accommodated the change seamlessly
- The tour overall was brilliant. Very reliable operators. The accommodation was better than expected, all meals were catered for and there was varied food to please all
- Our Safari guide was exceptional, incredibly knowledgeable and a bit of a legend. We had many laughs and saw some awesome wildlife
- We were less familiar with the tipping process, so we asked the operators and they kindly confirmed expectations

Amazing trip we had to Kenya last week. It was an adventurous ride following the wild animals. Big thanks to the safari companion, Mr. Erasmus. For my kids he is Rhino Uncle, a very genuine person who is always ready to take the extra effort to make sure that we are enjoying the trip.

Service was top notch! Kudos to our driver-Abbas, he was interactive throughout the journey and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip. Can’t recommend a better tour operator! Everything was well planned out and the tour was absolutely amazing! Value for money!💯 No hiccups during the trip which was great. The main tour operator would call to check in to ensure everything was going well, very rare to find! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tour operator!

Patrick was super responsive and helped with the planning. Our safari guide Christian was phenomenal!! He made sure we got to see the ‘big five’ and made sure we got everywhere we needed to. If African rains come, he is your ‘guy’ if you get stuck in the mud. Best trip ever for our family of four. Don’t wait - make this trip too! Can’t recommend enough! You won’t be disappointed!
