Thoughtful, Accommodating, Friendly and Insightful
We went on the 6-day tour of Kenya going to Tsavo West, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. Private tour with my wife and I, and of course with expert driver and tour guide Masila! He was funny, knowledgable about animals, parks and general cultural tidbits while also keeping things light "Hakuna Matata" style. Looking back, not only did we see basically everything we wanted to see, but the hotels were also fantastic. Kilaguni Serena in Tsavo West had an epic view of a watering hole where I stayed for hours watching animal groups come and go with so many interesting interactions - one of the highlights of the trip for me. The hotel in Lake Naivasha was both stunning, from an architectural perspective, but it was also filled with Zebras, Giraffes, Monkeys and even Hippos at night - it was magical. The best animal viewing, in my opinion, was in Masai Mara, where we were lucky to see a leopard eating a recent killin a tree with a pack of 4 lions underneath stalking the leopard while hyenas ran around in the background - super cool. Masila did a great job of navigating the park to help us find Lions, Cheetahs, etc while also being more humane regarding animal interactions - giving them space to ensure they felt safe, which we liked. The entire trip was easy to plan thanks to Maryanne and everything ran smoothly, even with a few add-ons to fill up the last day where we had a very late flight out of Nairobi (Giraffe Center next to Giraffe Manor and also dinner at a nice hotel). One warning would be that the drives in-between the parks were a bit longer than expected (4-5 hours), but seeing the country through different viewpoints and in different climates added to the experience. Overall we were very happy with the experience and it's great value for the services provided - would absolutely go back to Splendid for our next safari adventure.

Incredible 5-day safari with knowledgeable guide Melita. Amazing wildlife, great food, and friendly
We went on a 5-day safari with Surricata Safari, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Melita, was simply the best. She was incredibly kind and had vast knowledge about the animals, and her enthusiasm for wildlife was contagious.
We were fortunate to see all the animals we hoped for, including lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants, rhinos, hippos, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, antelopes, wildebeests, buffalo, and flamingos. Each animal was a highlight for us.
The safari vehicle was very comfortable, and everyone had a window seat. The drives were pleasant as well. The food was delicious, and the camping sites were beautiful. The tents were set up for us, complete with mattresses and sleeping bags. Spending nights under the starry sky was magical.
The entire team at Surricata Safari was always friendly, and we felt welcomed at all times. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the best thing we've ever done. We highly recommend it, especially with Melita as your guide! 😇

Fantastic Safari Experience with Africa Marvel Tours!
We had an unforgettable safari adventure in June 2025 with Africa Marvel Tours, covering Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru. We were a group of 12 friends, and the entire trip was incredibly well organized and executed.

A wonderful day with Kiliclimb
Kiliclimb did their best to make us feel comfortable and have a great experience. Our guide Logan is an experienced and safe driver and took care of all the details during the day. The walking safari was an incredible experience for us, we were among a group of giraffes as one of them!. The lunch near the lake was really nice. Overall, a really amazing day.

Fantastic once in a lifetime family trip
We were a family group of adults looking to celebrate retirement. A group of eight of us booked through Safaribookings.com with Wild Planet Safaris. We spent 11 days in beautiful Souh Africa. The wildlife and scenery were second to none and I have been on safari before in different countries. The people were fantastically friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable all the time. And luckily for us, the exchange rate meant that it was excellent value for money. We saw the big five in Kruger with amazing sites every day and no crowds. We also had a few days enjoying the beauty of the Panorama route which was stunning and a great way to end our trip. Thank you South Africa for giving us memories we will cherish.
