A+ service. Knowledgeable and great hospitality
This was our first Safari with Ozon and will not be the last. Our Safari guide, Aloyse was A+++

Do not trust.
My girlfriend and I booked a 4-day-tour up Mount Kenia from the 27th until the 30th of December 2024. We made it to the top and safely back home again. So all in all the tour was a success. Unfortunately, I have to agree with most other reviewers here. I will spare you all the details of the multitude of times we were misinformed, ignored and lied to before and during this trip. Do not book any tour with this company. They are plenty of other companies that will make sure you enjoy your trip way more.

Possibly the best guide to Masai Mara
We have now returned home after an extremely good safari. Even though we only had two game drives, one evening and one whole day, I think we managed to experience Masai Mara the best way. Our driver G-man (Geeman) knew his way around and was well connected. The first knight we saw all of the normal animals, plus seven lions, cheetah and water buffalos. The next day he provided with about 22 more lions, elephants, hippos and crocodiles. We had some nice stops for toilet breaks and lunch.
We drived a really cool beige Toyota Landcruiser with a removable top. Perfect for the drive from Nairobi and also on the wild savanna.
We stayed at Sopa Lodges which was much better than we expected. It was way nicer than on the pictures, and the food and staff was exceptional.
Jockey tours always answered our questions asap, and they were really helpful and reliable.
The best of reviews from me and my family.

The Safari was excellent
The Safari was excellent!
We took the Safari with Destiny Explorers, and the service we received was excellent. Although we had some issues during the planning with Issa, the communication was always appropriate. We were able to add some places we wanted to go and Issa accommodated them. The places he chose to stay overnight for the seven days of the Safari were excellent, the service was impeccable, the driver and guide were very good and excellent people. I think we got the best value for money. In summary I would definitely recommend Destiny Explorers, we were all very satisfied. The service was impeccable.

Excellent life time experience
We had an incredible experience and were able to see many different animals and at the same time learn a lot about nature and animals. I am convinced that this is largely due to the wealth of experience of our guide Florid (if you are reading this, Asantesana for the whole experience). The entire organization and the joint optimization of the route with Safari Soles was flawless. The price was totally worth it, as Florid made sure, hat we have a Great time, even on non-safari days.

Lush Safari delivered a wonderful primate trekking experience in Rwanda & Uganda.
We did a 10 day primate trekking safari in Rwanda and Uganda. A few of the highlights:
We started in Kigali. The first stop was golden monkey viewing in Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. The mountainous terrain and fertile soil was stunning.
We visited Bwindi for gorilla trekking. It was simply amazing to spend an hour watching and observing them up close (literally feet away). We also visited a village neighboring Bwindi. We loved meeting the children and seeing their school. We were greeted by one of the men in the tribe and one of the oldest residence. They showed us their homes and way of cooking. They performed traditional music and dance.
Queen Elizabeth National Park provided a big five experience. We also spent an afternoon on the channel between Lake George and Lake Edward. It offered great hippo, elephant, crocodile, water monitor and bird viewing.
Kibale National Park provided an up close and (too) personal view of chimpanzees. It was probably the wildlife highlight of the trip.
A tour is only as good as its guide. Our guide Derrick was wonderful. He ensured that the trip ran smoothly and comfortably. He is very knowledgeable and a wealth of information. On more than one occasion, Derrick altered the itinerary to accommodate weather impacts so all activities were completed.
Finally, here are some impressions on Rwanda and Uganda. Uganda is called the 'Pearl of Africa'. A visit will make clear why. The landscapes are stunning and the people are very, very friendly. The soil is so rich that everything grows in abundance. After our tour, Derrick dropped us in Jinja. We highly recommend spending some time here touring Lake Victoria and the Nile before returning home.
