A Masai Mara safari that we’ll never forget!
We had a fantastic experience on our Beacon safari that surpassed our expectations. We went on a private 4-day safari to the Masai Mara and John was our driver and guide. John was a great guide; knowledgeable, experienced, personable, prompt, and overall a lot of fun. John drove us all over the Masai Mara and he had a skill for finding so many different kinds of animals, too many to even count. John clearly went out of his way to get the best possible angles for our photographs, and it was clear with his communications with other drivers that John was one of the most experienced and knowledgeable drivers there about the Masai Mara. We felt so lucky to have had him as our guide!
In the four days we saw ~20 giraffes, elephants (3 to 4 families), ~30 lions, 5 leopards, 8 cheetahs, 3 rhinos, water buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, gazelle, impala, baboons, hippos, crocodiles, ostriches, vultures, other birds, warthogs, and many more that I can’t remember at the moment. We would enthusiastically recommend Beacon and especially our driver/guide John for your safari!

Zanzibar trip
Please do not book with bonfire adventures.
We did not get our confirmation till the night before, having paid 3 days in advance.
The packages offered on-line did not correspond with the actual package I.e. sunset cruise dinner was a watermelon, cocktail never materialised.
They sent us a text message the night before departure, advising us that we were booked on a .m. flight with no flight details.
There are other your company operators who are more reliable out there.
Do not waste your time with bonfire adventures.

Awesome circuit in eastern South Africa
We left for three weeks (five people) in South Africa, in the eastern part of the country. Thierry, from Biwakwango, had been listening to us from the beginning to adapt to our wishes for this tour in freedom, in family.
He advised us of places and accommodations that turned out to be really good.
For three weeks we were able to enjoy a very diverse program, without wasting too much time in the car. The scenery was beautiful, very diverse, and the accommodations were really good.
Thierry were also present to answer our emails during our stay and solve some small problems with reactivity.
We usually compete with several local agencies. Here, it was clearly Biwakwango that quickly appeared to be the most responsive agency and respectful of our wishes, with a good value for money.

Excellent 7 days private safari: Clear recommendation!
I did a 7-day private Safari with Home to Africa and have been very pleased with the trip itself, the planning and communication beforehand and the value for money I received. Home to Africa has been very responsive, managed to organize my trip just one week before my arrival (including obtaining a permit for gorilla tracking) and have tailored my trip to my exact wishes. I'd recommend them to anyone.

7 excellent days of individual safari!
I had the pleasure of spending 7 days on an individual safari with Paul, the head of Terrain Safaris.
We covered Queen Elizabeth Park, chimp & gorilla tracking and Lake Bunyonyi.
Paul was extremely kind and patient and always did his best to give me a perfect experience in Uganda. I would recommend him to anyone.

The best of everything; hotels, travel, locations, most importantly, fantastically well organised
We originally planned to go in 2016, but we had to change plan quite late on and then reorganise. Throughout it all Laurette at Pembury could not have been more helpful. We have been on so many holidays over the years, but this has probably been our best. The mix of locations, hotels, travel arrangements, varied scenery, experiences, people, safari, wildlife, city, service..... This is mostly due to the highly experienced, professional service from Pembury. Laurette, quite simply, is a master at what she does.

Amazing experience
We booked a five day safari to Selous and Mikumi NP. Before going on safari we were a bit worried since we didn't have to pay deposit and everything was arranged via whats app. Upon arrival at Dar es Salaam I met the owner of the agency and everything was perfectly fine. They picked us up and together with another couple went to Selous. The first camp was beyond expectations. Great view and the tents were quiet luxurious. The boat safari was great to experience as well. The walking safari is more a bush walk and was quiet disapointing. The game viewing was beyond expectations and we saw many animals. During the five days we had a cook and he made sure that everyday we had good food with fresh ingredients. Our driver William was very helpful and explained us many things. The camp in Mikumi was a bit more basic. The park is less touristic which was nice. Overall, we had a great safari!!

From the first contact via Live chat the things run fluently. Mary was our tour specialist and prepare a perfect tour with a nice selections of hotels (thanks Mary !)
At the airport we met Geraldo, our driver guide. He is polite,funny, always with a smile in his face willing to help us in every minute. His guiding was perfect and his seeking for wild animals unbelievable ! He speaks a very good Spanish.
Summing up: we would use them again. They make discovering Tanzania easy and safe !

Amazing experience and thoroughly organised
We went to Kenya for a week (5 of us) and Fiona helped organise the whole week including transport from the airport and accomdation to the lakes (which were beautiful), safari parks and game drives. Our driver Peter made our experience the best it could possibly and ensured we saw everything possible including the big 5 more than once. He had outstanding knowledge of the animals and the parks. The accommodation booked at the lakes through shoor were great with hippos in our back garden to beautiful views of the lakes. i would highly recommend this tour company as I couldn't imagine doing it any other way.

What an adventure!
My husband and I absolutely loved our holiday with Lion King Adventures! Right from the start the booking experience was great. No question bothered Anna and she took the time to ensure we felt comfortable confirming all the details over email. Our accommodation was fantastic, and all the places had been checked by Anna and the team to ensure there were in a safe area and were comfortable.
We met Anna and our guide Salehe on our first night in Arusha. We very much appreciated getting to know them, and straight away knew that they would take great care of us. And our 5 day safari didn't disappoint. Salehe was a fantastic guide! Not only did he teach us some handy Swahili, but he took the time to look out for the animals we were really hoping to see and did everything he could to provide us with an incredible experience.
We then flew to Zanzibar - Anna organised all our transfers and we didn't have any issues once there.
We would recommend this tour to anyone. It's personalised, you feel cared for, and it doesn't break the bank. What an experience!
