An Awesome Safari Experience Through Heidi at Pembury Tours
Our safari experience through Heidi at Pembury Tours was nothing short of jaw-dropping and awe inspiring. Aside from the nature and beauty Africa offers—the Big Five and much more was observed, the seemless personal service we received at every change point in our multi-camp, multi-country, transportation and lodging experience contributed to a worry-free, safe and comfortable experience far from home. This was due to Heidi’s flawless planning in response to our specific needs and desires, which we had discussed with her before the trip. The game drives, nature walks, cuisine, lodging and staff at each camp made for a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Heidi was the most professional, capable, kind and communicative travel professional we’ve ever met, and we travel the world often. She immediately makes you feel as if you have been long time friends. At the end of the Safari trip we stayed in Cape Town the night before departure. However, we had miscommunicated with the hotel and learned we had no reservation. Imagine having no place to stay and the hotels were booked solid. We reached out to Heidi and she swooped in to the rescue. Within minutes we had rooms and were settled. We are going back to Africa for another safari experience, and we will be doing so through Heidi at Pembury Tours! She and Pembury are absolutely top shelf.

Fantastic all around!
Dana Mutua of East Africa Safaris is a consummate planner and provider of exceptional safari experiences in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda! With a brief summary of the experiences we wished to enjoy in East Africa Daniel returned to us a itinerary which ticked all our boxes and more within 3 days. During our visit he was on top of every or any request we had and he carefully monitored our experiences. When unexpected air travel was encountered he quickly came to the rescue with needed assistance.
During safari we were hosted by 3 excellent guides Mike, Peter and Ben in succession who were patient, skilled and focussed on safety, and client comfort. All guides were very welcoming and showed such respect for their natural world. We learned so much about animal behavior, inter dependencies, the natural balance as well as history, politics and cultures in every country.
The transport we enjoyed were 4 wheel drive vehicles, comfortable and reengineered to optimize wildlife viewing. Driving conditions on and off main roads varied considerably but our guides were very skilled, patient and always concerned for our safety and well being.
Daniel selected a range of 5 star accommodation with full amenities, excellent food and exceptional staff .
Daniel and all his guide staff went above and beyond to make our experience unique, enjoyable and unforgettable.

Fantasy Journey
The Safari trip exceeded our expectations, dispelling all our doubts as first-time visitors to Africa and leaving us with a very pleasant memory. We had two months of communication with Brain in advance, and he was very patient and helpful! Wilson led us throughout the Safari. His eyes were as sharp as an eagle's and his service was excellent. Organizing this trip to Tanzania with the family was a real challenge, especially choosing an agency, the good agency, among the hundreds of proposals. Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safari proved to be the best option for us. We enjoyed everything, it was really fabulous.
And what about our guide Edward who accompanied us during these 6 days! With his kindness and great sympathy, he took us from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater at the wheel of his Landrover of which he is very proud. It is not the most common vehicle in the area, but it is thanks to its Landrover and Edward that we got out of a difficult situation, and that we also rescued other groups bogged down on the road Edward always responded to help others. He is very professional, knows the wild world perfectly and has taught us a lot. After asking each of us 4 what our expectations were, he planned the safari to satisfy our wishes. He is an exceptional guide, to which the whole family is attached. We recommend it without hesitation. perfect 7 days safari tour with Evans, he knows animals really well and he won’t let us miss any wonderful moment of animals. We communicate really well, and he is very punctual and responsive. He keeps high energy all the time. I’m really glad to meet a safari guide like Evans. The accommodation of this tour is very clean, and the food is well prepared as well. Wonderful trip in Serengeti
Highly recommend this company. Our guide, Baraka, was professional and experienced in animal tracking. The flexible tour plan designed by Alex aligned with animal migration patterns. They also knew Chinese animal names like "Jiaoma" (wildebeest 角馬) and "Tuoniao" (ostrich 鴕鳥), which was very helpful for non-English speakers. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, when I first reached out via email, our operator Almachius was incredibly responsible and efficient — he carefully crafted an itinerary that fully considered all my requests. Due to a last-minute change in our flight schedule, we urgently needed to postpone our trip by a day, and Almachius quickly adjusted everything for us without any issues. The itinerary he arranged was thoughtful and seamless.
As for the safari experience itself, our guide Robert was simply outstanding. With 12 years of experience, he helped us spot four of the Big Five (except for the rhino) within the first two days — truly unforgettable! He was not only skilled at tracking animals but also explained their behaviors to us, helping us understand what they were likely to do next. We saw so many animals, and Robert always patiently answered our questions and shared his knowledge.
Although we didn’t catch the Great Migration at the Mara River, we were lucky to witness a mini river crossing by wildebeest in the western Serengeti — still an incredible experience. Huge thanks to Robert for giving us such an amazing and memorable trip. I really hope to come back again during the peak migration season in July–September!

Absolutely amazing safari experience!
From planning to the actual trip, everything was handled with great care. Almachius was super responsive and helped us adjust our plans last minute without any hassle. very fast, attentive and efficient
From the very first minute, they responded quickly to any of our questions. Our passport control at the airport was slow, but they waited for us calmly and kindly at all times. The four days of the trip were wonderful, and both guides (Samuel and Maleo) were incredible. They helped us with everything we needed during the trip, and upon arriving back in Nairobi, Roger, as kind as ever, took us to the train station we needed. Everything was more than perfect. We will come back!
