A wonderful 3 weeks safari in 4 national parksparks
5/5

For the second time we went on a trip through Tanzania. Gladiola Adventures arranged this trip for the most part and thanks to our fantastic guide/driver Reginald Mdhomba we had a fantastic trip of 3 weeks through 4 national parks. He drove us safely through the country, had nice initiatives, a lot of knowledge about nature and animals and solved all problems that occurred. Every now and then there was a mistake with the reservations but this was also solved smoothly by Gladiola. And we had a lot of fun together.

Amazing Safari with very trustworthy operator
5/5

What an amazing Safari experience with Serengeti Wakanda - truly a trip of a lifetime, especially as a family and kids.

Goodluck, the manager, was so attentionate and supportive during the preparation, attending to all our wishes.
Francis, our guide and driver, was so customer focused, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

A safari is such a special and premium experience, and you want everything to be perfect. With Wakanda ,you can be sure it will be.

Lenchada is perfect when looking for a budget friendly company, giving you a great safari experience
5/5

I’ll start by saying that our guide made this experience 10/10. Richie was great right from the get go. He knew the answers to nearly all of our questions, and the few that he didn’t know, he was quick to research it and get us the answer. And he knew more than just the animals. He taught us about the culture, geography, food. Anything to do with Kenya, he knew something about it. With so many people doing safaris, sometimes it can feel crowded in the parks, but he always knew how to get us away from the crowds and helped us have such intimate experiences with the wildlife and the surroundings. He was polite and professional, and we felt more like friends than simply just patrons for his company. I can definitely say that if not for Richie, we wouldn’t have had such a great experience. Our tour could not have been any more perfect, as we saw all of the big 5, and even some other rare and uncommon animals. Communicating with Lenchada safaris was easy and straightforward, and they were accommodating with our schedule. We booked a “private” safari, meaning it was only the 4 of us in our group. I would recommend going that route, as we were able to move around the truck more easily, and weren’t restricted to anyone else’s schedule but our own. We had a 6 night/7 day safari, and the accommodations were as expected. 2 nights in a camp at Maasai Mara, 1 night each in hotels at Nakuru and Naivasha, and 2 more nights in a camp at Amboselli. The camps were very nice considering you are in a tent. They had flushing toilets and hot showers, and the food was always delicious. The hotels were as nice as any other hotel, and were a nice break from the camps. Unless you are bougie and need an air conditioned room to sleep and unlimited hot water, then I see no need to book through a luxury safari operator. Because at the end of the day, we had the same views of the animals as those luxury companies. I’ll be telling all of my friends that they should book a safari, and I’ll be extra telling them to book through Lenchada and request Richie

Completely uncomplicated, spontaneous and planned through to the end
5/5

It was a beautiful view of the Tanzanian steppe. The food was a buffet with something for everyone. Between the animals we had seen earlier, the beautiful lodge, and the thought that we still had a few hours to spare after lunch, it was a day we'll probably never forget.

10/10 Safari Experience
5/5

My husband and I chose a Safari for our honeymoon and are so happy we booked with Donwel Tours & Travel. We coordinated with Christine who was so kind and open to creating our perfect Safari tour. Lawrence was our tour guide for the 5 days and he was so knowledgeable about the animals and the land. We saw SO many animals - it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! Would highly recommend Donwel for any travel needs while in Kenya. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. We miss Christine and Lawrence already!!

Committed to quality safari and trekking experiences
5/5

Ngoni is a reliable company. Communication may be at times delayed but when they say they are expecting you: they are punctual and ready, have an awesome and balance 14 day itinerary of safari, primate trekking with engaging cultural activities. Not only, will you be blown away by the proximity to nature - especially trekking as this is a place that has learned to live in community with the animals but you will be charmed by its people.

Great safari
5/5

Great safari, all the places we went were great. We managed to see the big 5 and more. The places we stayed ( we did lodge bookings) were really nice, all the hotels in Arusha and lodge glamping at serengeti were amazing. Our driver Tarimo was great, he had a lot of expertise to where to take you to see the big animals. He is ready to go when you are. Great safari, had a great time. No issues.

His name says it all: Wisdom :) Smart, nice, always ready... We couldn't be in better company!
5/5

It was a perfect tour in a perfect day.
The shuttle from the hotel was clean and comfortable, and our driver was on time and nice.

At the park, our experience was top-notch from start to finish! Wisdom ("sabedoria" in Portuguese, as he learned from us today :D), our tour guide, was the perfect guy for that. He worked with the team in real time and with great effort to bring the coolest experience possible.
We were able to see lots of impalas and rhinos, as well as elephants, giraffes, hippos, springboks, gnus, a great variety of birds, even leopards! And for everything, from biology to geology, Wisdom was able to explain in ways that even my wife, who is still learning English, was able to understand and even maintain a level of conversation. All of that while being agile to change course when info of animal sights were caught on radio, and being fun at the same time.

The car was in great condition, the overall service of the park met our expectations with ease... Worth every single penny! We weren't able to see the lion, but that bad luck (out of our control - nature, after all) was really really small comparing to our experience as a whole. I hope to bring my mother one day all the way from Brazil so she can have the same joy, fun and emotion me, my wife and my friends had. Certainly, a day to remember for the rest of our lives - and Mo'Afrika, alongside Wisdom, made this great experience even greater!

Shanjoy Tours went beyond expectations to make our first safari better than our wildest dreams!
5/5

I spent a lot of time researching several tour companies, locations and details in order to make sure our vacation was exactly what we wanted it to be. Shanjoy Tours, and especially, Rodah, ensured our trip was perfect, despite hiccups that were beyond control. Additionally, they came in lowest priced for the quality of trip. Once I began to understand what a safari entailed, I knew we wanted to stay at a conservancy and Rodah set us up at Royal Mara (also excellent) in Mara North Conservancy. Rodah and Martin met us at the airport early in the morning after arriving two days late due to flight issues, took us to the store for a change of clothes, and they picked our luggage up late that evening once we realized the luggage didn't make it on our flight. Patrick, the owner, escorted us to our flight to the conservancy and made sure we were all squared away. I was able to contact Rodah any time I needed anything and/or we wanted to make changes to our plans while in Kenya, which happened a lot, and she was always pleasant and cheerful. Their recommendation of Mara North and Royal Mara was spot on, and they even contacted the property asking that they prioritize spotting cheetahs (my daughter's dream) and we saw one within an hour of arriving at the conservancy. It was important to me to use a Kenyan owned tour company both because the money then gets returned to Kenya and because I believe their knowledge exceeds those booking a vacation from outside the country and I am so glad we did. When we return to Kenya, I will 100% use Shanjoy Tours again to book our vacation! Thank you, Rodah, Martin, Patrick and team!
