Unforgettable tour with many diverse activities in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater national parks! We stayed inside the parks themselves in luxury resort, savannah camp and forest camp settings with top notch service and food throughout.
We managed to see the Big 9 safari animals with our fun and informative guide/driver Kundaeli, while our responsive and thoughtful tour coordinator Kelvin Bonith made our experience unforgettable by incorporating our customized requests to the tour and organising surprises for our anniversary in every hotel/camp. Excellent!
The itinerary arranged by Morningstar Travel was excellent. During our 11-day trip through Kenya and Tanzania, everything was planned very smoothly. Our guide Boniface in the Maasai Mara gave us a great start with his detailed explanations of the animals. In Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park, our guide Jackson led us to see a wide variety of wildlife — including three sightings of cheetahs and three of leopards — making the journey truly unforgettable.

friendly and professional
Jackson and Boniface were professional and friendly, and overall, we had a good trip. However, we had a negative experience with a local guide in Kenya who demanded a high tip at the start of our tour. We appreciate the travel agency’s assistance in addressing this issue promptly.

Great travel agency! My luggage was delayed and arrived on the second day. Morningstar helped transport my luggage all the way from the airport to the national park so I can finally get my luggage. Very grateful to Morningstar staff and our tour guy.

I think my tour guides are all very professional and friendly! Special thanks to Boniface and Jackson, our tour guides.
The hotel we stay are pretty good! And the communication with morning star company is very efficient.
Only an advice is that, I think if they arranged one day at north Serengeti and two days in central Serengeti would be much better!(this time we stay three days all in central Serengeti.) Because we visit here at end of June, most of the great migration are already go to North Serengeti, we totally missed that part, which is very sad 😔
However, overall the tours are amazing!

From first contact with Eliad all communication was prompt,courteous and extremely helpful - our trip was tailored to what we requested and exceeded our best expectations. This brings me to our guide for the two weeks - Walter- this guy was just phenomenal- apart from the programme laid out for us he had all his own little surprises which enriched an already fantastic trip. On the Park visits he demonstrated an encyclopedic knowledge of not only the animals but also the bird life and allied to his ability to spot things every game drive was engrossing.He is also very attentive and flexible to the needs of his clients and pro-active in altering schedules if situation requires.In summary, Serengeti Smile delivered much more than a Safari package but a wonderful experience which will live long in the memory - the best assets a company has are it's employees and in Eliad & Walter Serengeti have two gems.

We had an incredible 3 days 2 nights safari experience with Kiliclimb Safari, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater.
Right from the start, communication was smooth and reassuring. Naite and Moses were extremely responsive on WhatsApp—answering every question promptly and professionally, which made planning so easy and stress-free.
Our guide and driver, Mr. Harun, was a true gem—so knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. He knew exactly where to go for the best wildlife sightings, and thanks to him, we were lucky to witness the African Big Five up close! He also made sure we had plenty of time for photography, capturing unforgettable moments throughout the journey.
A big highlight of the trip was the amazing accommodation. We stayed at Tukaone Hembe Camp in Serengeti—an authentic bush camp experience with stunning views, warm hospitality, and the thrill of sleeping close to nature. Our second night at Farm of Dreams Lodge near Ngorongoro was equally fantastic—beautiful rooms, delicious food, and a peaceful garden setting that felt like a dream.

Very good service and they make your travel so much easier.
We communicated by WhatsApp under the trip og made changes along the way to make the most of our trip. They answer very quickly and are really so serviceminded.
We had a wonderful trip to Masai Mara, lake Nakuru and Naivasha+ 2 days i amboseli park, a six day safari trip. The last to days we went to giraffe center and sheldrick wildlife which is the best experience! When we come back to Kenya, we will use them again ☺️
