Delta, Chobe, Falls
5/5

We absolutely loved our safari with Roho Ya Chui.

The organization, responsiveness, and service by Ute was absolutely perfect.

Each of the three destinations was very special and completely different to the one before both in terms of accommodation and as a destination.
It is worth while to research the destinations before booking as not everybody likes tents in the middle of the wilderness with bucket showers and elephants around your tent or a lodge that is about 5km from the Victoria Falls but for us it was absolutely perfect and did completely match our destinations.

We wanted to say Thank You once again Saumitra Charttejee for making my dream of a lifetime trip an experience that was above and beyond my wildest expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader than you and there are many that could learn from your ways. You made my trip a most pleasant, happy, fun and adventurous, not to mention memorable occasion! Thank you!!!

9 day Kruger Safaris and 4 days Victoria Falls
5/5

Wild Africa was extremely professional when organising our safari. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the safari and Africa. All of the safari camps in Kruger were amazing in particular Rhino Walking Safaris and Honey Guided Tented Safaris except Rhino Post-the Guide Joey was rude and bagged other camps, there was no hot water and we were charged for our welcome drinks and light lunch when we got there. Due to the length of time in stopovers I would suggest staying the night rather than pushing ones self. Also Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is amazing. Would recommend at Victoria Falls "Walk with Lions, Elephant Ride and Guided tour of the Falls". Give helicopter ride a miss as not worth the money and no ear muffs. Also only book on Helicopters with 4 passengers. Would travel again with Wild Africa in a heart beat.

Wonderful 1st Safari!
5/5

This was my first Safari and after having such a great experience I'm already looking forward to my second . The overall experience with Safari Big Five was excellent. I really loved the itinerary. It was well planned and the accommodations were perfect. Everything went very smooth and our Tour guide was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Safar Big Five for your Safari adventures.

Great South African Safari
5/5

We are originally from South Africa and experienced travellers so we went to Kambaku Safari Lodge in Timbavati game reserve with high expectations. We were never disappointed! The lodge and staff were excellent and the game viewing top notch. We saw the Big Five on several occasions and found the game ranger ( Evan. ) to be very experienced and friendly. Sunsafaris were very attentive and in particular Natasha went above and beyond to make sure that we got the holiday that we craved. She was never pushy but responded promptly every time I emailed her. Top Notch!

Go with a more experienced company!
3/5

We booked a two-week trip which included both Kenya and Tanzania after having multiple, thoroughly detailed e-mail communications with Beatus. While Kenya was smooth sailing, Tanzania was another story. After picking us from the Namanga border, we get to Lake Manyara only to be told by Beatus and his driver that his park entrance "credit card" has expired and if we wouldn't mind using our personal credit card for the entrance fees to Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. I was told I would be reimbursed as soon as we reached Arusha. Long story short, didn't get reimbursed until quite literally our last morning in Tanzania and that too was told part of the reimbursement would have to be in Shillings. If you are looking for efficiency, integrity, and professionalism, this is not the company for you. Again no complaints with our Kenyan tour guide, but I felt that Beatus let us down with Tanzania. From a driver that wouldn't stop yelling down on his cell phone for a majority of our day in Serengeti to the poor hotel selection in Arusha, Beatus tried but wasn't quite successful with living up to his promises while booking with his company. Word of advice: while not mentioned anywhere in the email communications, apparently the expectation is that you google each and every hotel/camps he books you from the itinerary because specifying standard accommodation can still lead you to a god awful, mosquito infested hotel room with a piece of ROOF MISSING. And when you have a problem with that, you are told "I sent you the list of hotels with the itinerary. Why didn't you google them?" Gee why? Because I thought that's why I hired you as my tour coordinator!?! Standard accommodations, the last time I checked, involved an entire roof over my room for sure. Yes Beatus got us a better hotel upon our adamant refusal to stay at that place, but the point is that we should have never been put up there. Overall I think they are perhaps too inexperienced to put together a seamless trip but I did appreciate Beatus trying to resolve our issues. At the end though there were just too many issues in my opinion.

About: Go Safari
Wonderful day trip
5/5

Made the arrangements for a day trip to Pilanesburg via email from the States before going, and everything worked beautifully. Got to my hotel and had a message telling me who would pick me up and when. It was raining and I was the only person so I got a private tour and learned a lot about South Africa's history on the way. Excellent customer service. I will definitely book with them again next time I go.

familiy trip to tanzania
4/5

After crossing the country by tazara train , we needed to start our safari from mbeya. Umang made a excellent and custom-made organization for a trip to ruaha and selous responding exactly to our need. Lots of great nature and animals... We've seen everything and very close. I recommend also the breathtaking Sundown at Hilltop Lodge at Ruaha. Just silence and Africa...Experienced guides, nice lodges, adventure and each park offers it's own unique experience. And the southern curcuit is not crowded. Anyway, a great experience for me and a rally good time for us as a familiy...Thanks to Umang.

Superb organisation and perfect locations
5/5

African Heart organised our safari's and the trip to Zanibar. All was very good, inclusief flights, ferry and transfers. We had a great guide in the parks; Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire etc., and saw a lot of animals. Also Zanzibar was very nice And the accomodaties, lodges and tented camps were perfectly chosen. We had a great time.
