Warning - Do not send money!
1/5

Company is bankrupt! Two weeks after we transferred the desposit the sales people told us that the company is not responding to any calls or emails.

We lost 2.000 USD, we are really angry. It seems like there is no way of getting the money back. What a horrible start of our vacation. I hope not too many customers are affected.

Amazing Tours and Amazing People
5/5

Without Exadoration this is by far the best trip I have ever had in my life, I strongly encourage to have a trip with Tekko Tours to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Make sure you tell them to let you stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

About: Safarihub
...impecable service that impressed from start to finish
5/5

We were looking for a guided bus tour of South Africa to fit in with the timing of other travel in eastern Africa. Your agent in Arusha found exactly what we were looking for, provided all the information, made the bookings and followed up with confirmation of arrangements. The service was always fast, accurate and friendly and gave us confidence to book over the internet. In fact it was a pleasure to interact with someone who was so switched on, helpful and informative. She even researched items that we didn't end up booking. If I had known more about Safarihub I might have booked more of our trip with them. We have just finished the trip and it was excellent. All of the arrangements ran like clockwork and it was great value for money. I cannot speak more highly of Safarihub and the Arusha office.

Good value, fun 3 day 2 night safari at Masai Mara
4/5

Safari itself was a good time. Our driver (Peter) was awesome. He was polite and listened to us when we wanted to stop or move on to other things. The campsite was alright, but the food situation was weird. It seemed like other groups at the same campsite had a specific cook that would reserve tables (of which there weren't enough for the number of people staying there) and set them up and make specific buffets just for them. For some reason our group didn't get this treatment from our cook. Our food was basically the exact same meals both days... but for 2 nights it's not a big deal. The food wasn't bad, just kinda bland. Shower was hot, toilet worked, towels were provided when I asked for one, and the bed sheets seemed clean to me. Beds weren't terribly comfy, but for 2 nights, they did the job and it was a heck of a lot better than sleeping on the ground would've been.

Josh was very reasonable and helpful. He answered all my questions, and picked me up from my place near the Nairobi centre to meet other safari group members. He was very organized. Only thing was when I was brought back to Nairobi, it was with a different driver than we'd had the rest of the trip with (we transferred at a town on the way back because some others were continuing on to Lake Navisha) and he wanted to just dump me in the city centre (not back at my place as Josh and I had agreed). When I called Josh, he arranged for a taxi driver to bring me back home and it all worked out.

All in all, the best deal I could find. Was $290 USD all in, and I have no regrets. Great experience, met some really nice people from all over the world in my group.

Almost like too good to be true
5/5

Dickson responses to emails quickly almost every time. If you don't hear from him right away, that only means he is touring customers in the areas without wifi. The drivers are polite, on time, and go extra miles to see the rare animals. Foods are great, with plenty varieties. Hotel conditions are better than what I expexted. Do bring some face masks since the roads are very dusty.

Everything as Promise
5/5

They were amazing from first contact to make reservation (even though our group kept changing from 10 to 9 and finally to 8 people.) The minivans with drivers at 7:00 am sharp as arranged. The drivers/guide very nice, professional but approachable. Great english, great knowledge of Masai Mara animals. We had two vans and two drivers. They made sure we stayed together and strategized when looking for the game. We saw 4 out of the big 5 on our first drive which was the evening drive in day of arrival plus zebras, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeest, birds, and more. The second day was a full day game drive and managed to witness a wildebeest migration plus saw once again and in different positions the Lion, Elephants and Buffalo. Did not see Leopard again, but saw again cheetahs family, elephant family, girafes, zebras and many more. They were very accommodating and allowed us to take our photos an always tried to place vehicle for best view. We took a package that include tent camp Ilkeliani. The accommodations were amazing. They provided water for us during day and allowed us to take some for our meals as well. Overall a great experience and will recomend them. Our drivers were the best: John and Eustus.

Great experience!
5/5

We had an amazing time on safari with Features Africa Journeys. We went on a three day, two night safari to Tsavo west and Amboseli national parks. Karanja was very helpful in arranging a safari itinerary to suit us, answered emails quickly and for a very decent price for our group of five. Michael was a superb safari guide, knowledgable and helpful. He managed to spot some lions in Amboseli from a point where they were mere specks to us!

Would fully recommend Features Africa Journeys as a safari tour operator, they managed everything with professionalism and speed.

Thanks for our first safari!

Placed trust with them and was not disappointed!
5/5

When you are booking 8000 km away with a company you never heard of, the issues of trust and safety come to mind. Maranatha Tours handled every detail well and gave us zero reason not to trust their team, infrastructure, payment technology, ... This allowed us to spend our energy enjoying the most amazing gorilla safari in the world! Highly recommended!

My safari with Kili Serengeti Guides
5/5

I had an amazing time with Kili Serengeti Guides, Immaculate (Managing Director)and Mike (driver-guide)! Each and every thing was very well arranged and the places and specially peoples were so nice. Our driver Mike showed us more than I think and it was really really great to see different animals. He was very nice and helpful and answered all our questions about all the different things in the beautiful Tanzania. It was my wish from my childhood to see the wildlife and i just can say that it was a best experience ever in my life.I would definitely recommend to make this beautiful journey!
BEST OF LUCK
