Thank you for this unforgettable trip
We had Lion King plan an 8-day private safari (mid-luxury) according to our wishes. Very friendly and short response times as well as personal tips and suggestions made the offer complete in a short time. The payment processes ran smoothly.
Our tour guide/driver was Hamadi, who did an excellent job the entire time. We felt that we were in good hands at all times and always knew that we could rely on him. His driving style was safe and experienced. We were simply delighted with his reliable, courteous and competent manner.
We not only learned a lot about the flora and fauna, but also about typical local topics. It was a carefree time in which Hamadi took care of everything and organized everything perfectly. Individual and breathtaking game viewing made our first trip to Tanzania an unforgettable experience. The recommended lodges on the tour were excellent.
After the safari, we spontaneously planned a follow-up day in Arusha with the Lion King office (city trip and coffee tour with Clemency Nanyaro). Simon from Lion King accompanied us and also made this day a very special experience. Including background music during the trip. :-)
Florida not only showed great customer and service orientation here again, but also helped us with our follow-up stay in Zanzibar.
Many thanks to Lion King for the great planning, organization and handling of the trip, which we can recommend unreservedly and 100%.
We miss our lunch times with Hamadi and the flamingos at Ndutu Lake
Thank you - Nadja & Christian

Not thrustworthy, you should not believe a word they say.
We booked two safaris with Pride of Africa in January 24 for our Kenia holiday in October 24.
Just about two month before the trip we were informed by Stephen, that the park fees for Masai Mara have been raised and that we have to pay a higher price for the safaris. On my complaint, that the higher fees have already been officially released by the time of the booking they said that they expected the government to not really stay with these higher fees and so they did not integrate them into our price and that we will have to pay the higher fees. Finally, we agreed that I will pay some higher amount, but not the full difference and I got the assurance from Stephen that we will find a good solution for both of us when we are there.
Finally the good solution was that I was told to pay the full additional amount and that otherwise they will not start the safari. This really felt like fraud to me, because in this position there was no other way out for me than paying the amount and the obviously knew this in advance.
After my complaints after the tour Stephen promised me several times to talk to his boss again and make sure that I will get a refund (I have this as a written statement!).
Now it is already three month later and I did not get anything than more and more empty promises.
If you ask me for my recommendation it will be that you should not believe a word the say and even be careful with what they write.
Additionally it turned out during our tour, that many of the described and booked parts of the safaris will just not happen, as it is absolutely impossible to do all this in the given time frame and driving distances. And again, I am sure that they of course knew this advance. Don’t get me wrong: Our guides did a good job and in general it was a nice and unforgettable trip, it was just more expensive with much less safari parts than promised before.
To get a good feeling about the honesty and trustworthiness of Pride of Africa Adventures just look further down in these reviews where you will find a review from Phelix from October 24. Everything you read in this review is a lie. Neither has Phelix booked a tour nor was he there with his family. Actually, he was one of our guides and I took the photo that shows him at the boundary stone to Tanzania. If you look at the attached photo you will see the same guy at the same location at the same time. This review is just a fake and maybe a good description of the business of Pride of Arica Adventures

Clinton was attentive, well organized, quick to respond and figure out solutions when needed.
I recently returned from an unforgettable 6-day safari in Tanzania with Ozon Light Tours, and I couldn’t be more impressed by the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly, thanks to the incredible efforts of Clinton and his management team. Having read a few negative reviews about other companies, I was initially a little skeptical, but Ozon Light Tours exceeded all my expectations.
The itinerary was packed with highlights, including Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti National Park—each location offering its own unique beauty and wildlife encounters. The accommodations were excellent throughout, each providing a different, but equally memorable experience.
However, the true star of the trip was our guide, Abrahim. From day one, he was not only fun and engaging, but his deep knowledge of the wildlife, culture, and landscapes truly enhanced our journey. Abrahim is clearly one of the most experienced guides in the region, and it was evident by the way fellow guides would light up when they saw him. His ability to find and track wildlife was astounding, and we were able to see everything we had dreamed of and more. At times, it felt like he had a sixth sense when it came to spotting animals! His passion and expertise were contagious, and my wife who was moved to tears during our farewell—it was that special.
The vehicle was top-notch—well-maintained and very comfortable, which was critical since we spent so much time in it. We even had a day where we weren’t feeling well, and the whole team was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we were comfortable and taken care of.
All in all, this safari was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and Ozon Light Tours played a huge role in making it unforgettable. The professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for what they do were evident in every aspect of the trip. Without a doubt, if I were to do this trip again, I would choose Ozon Light Tours in a heartbeat.
6 stars, no question. A trip we’ll never forget!

Unforgettable experience
I recently had the incredible experience of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, organized by Mountain Warriors, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire trip was nothing short of outstanding.
Special acknowledgment goes to the entire team who made this adventure so memorable. Our two guides, Sam and Justin, were phenomenal—true professionals with years of experience. Their knowledge of the mountain and their motivational support were invaluable, especially when I started feeling the effects of altitude sickness above 5000 meters. Without their encouragement and expertise, I wouldn’t have made it to the summit.
The admin support from Rosemary was seamless, ensuring everything ran smoothly from the very beginning. The cook deserves a standing ovation—the meals were delicious and kept us energized throughout the climb. And of course, the porters were absolute heroes, carrying everything with a smile and making the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
Beyond the exceptional service, the beauty of Kilimanjaro is truly breathtaking. The team’s infectious positivity and attention to detail made the journey fun, safe, and unforgettable.
If you’re considering climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, do yourself a favor and book with Mountain Warriors. They are a remarkable team, and this adventure would not have been the same without them. A well-deserved five stars!

Wonderful experience, would book again!
Linah was from the very beginning very helpful, informative and responsive. Very quick sending us a proposal and contacting us on WhatsApp for details, payment and providing a useful list of what to bring with us.
The day before Safari she came to our hotel in Arusha for a quick briefing and brought us the tour operator t-shirt, wine, beers and cokes to bring with us which was very much appreciated.
Our 3 days 2 nights camping Safari perfectly respected the itinerary received. Jeep was clean and comfortable, food was amazing from breakfast to dinner, every meal was rich and varied and we also got wine every night.
They also provided everything for camping and set the tents for us every day.
On the way back we switched car more times to get to our hotel and we forgot something in the last one. Linah immediately contacted everyone to make sure they found it and they even brought it to our hotel the next morning before our departure.
Overall I think we could have been luckier with our guide. He seemed well prepared and everything but unfortunately he didn’t talk a lot and whenever he did while driving no one was really able to listen because of the noise, so most of the times he talked just with the person sitting next to him. Of course he was available and informative when it came to answer our questions.
Another thing that might be improved is the overall organization and schedule. On the first day after a taxi picked us up to go to the meeting point, our guide told us that they were waiting for us for a long time and therefore we were all late, though we did leave the hotel with the driver that they sent at the right time, so maybe there was a misunderstanding between them.
If you decide to camp please be aware that conditions/services (like availability of hot water) can change from one campsite to another, but that of course has nothing to do with the tour operator. Camping still was amazing and authentic.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, we saw all the big 5 and so much more. I’d definitely book again with Serengeti African tour.
Asante sana!

Review: 6-Day Safari in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Serengeti
We recently had the absolute privilege of experiencing a 6-day safari across Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Serengeti for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation we had – and then some! From start to finish, the entire trip was flawlessly organized, leaving us free to simply enjoy the magic of Tanzania.
Our guide was incredible – a true gem! He was deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the animals, birds, and landscapes. Whether it was identifying a rare bird in the distance or expertly navigating us to a pride of lions resting in the shade, his expertise truly brought the safari to life. We saw so many animals up close, including elephants, lions, cheetahs, and giraffes. Every drive felt like an adventure, yet we always felt safe and well cared for.
The lodges were absolutely perfect – each unique and special in its own way. From the rustic charm of one lodge to the luxury of another, every stay was memorable and added to the experience. The staff, food, and settings were all impeccable, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into curating the itinerary.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip and an unforgettable way to celebrate our honeymoon. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Martin made our stay a lot of fun and very interesting!
We had more fun with Martin on out tour. He was on time and has a great focus on making sure your tour will be memorable. He is very knowlegeable and engaging, and shares this with you as you are enjoying the landscape and the vast number of animals you willl encounter. He goes out of his way to make sure you see sites you can't even imagine. We were able to see the birth of a baby impala, hippos playing in the river, cheetahs strolling and many more.
If you want a trip where you are where the action is, we highly recommend that you book with Earthwing tours.
