The best Safari experience one could have
I have to hand it to the Mountain Warriors. The whole team from the beginning was exceptional. From dealing with Rosemary and her help with the travel, to our guide Augustine and lovely cook Miriam. They treated us as their family throughout. Augustine, our guide has the best vision and because of him we completed the big 5 during our 3 day Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari. While, Miriam, our cook is the sweetest human on this planet, she really could cook anything for us in the middle of nowhere.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Omar our tour guide. He explained in detailed instructions and made sure we understood and asked if we had any questions. We proceeded to our first day of an amazing safari experience. Accommodations were excellent and staff always went above and beyond to serve and help us in any need. Our first stop was very relaxing and nice and clean, internet didn’t reach our room but we needed the rest. Next camp was very nice, we stayed in a tent but was treated very nice. Our guide Omar is an excellent guide, he knew all the places and we never not lost, he made sure he explained everything, he made it fun and found us the big 5 within two days. We shared stories, he thought us a few words and we thought him a few words in Spanish as well. Omar became part of our group instantly. He was always ready and proper to start our day, always made sure he asked if we were good and even found good photo stops. This has been the highlight of our Tanzania trip. Thank you Omar and staff for the memories, I will cherish these memories forever.

We booked and paid for a mid-level ensuited tented safari with Jibha last year. What we got was a budget safari with no ensuited tents. Patrick acknowledged that what we got was not of the standard we’d paid for and agreed that we should receive a refund. Despite many attempts to contact him he has conveniently disappeared and we have received no refund. I would just warn anyone considering booking a safari with Jibha.

Did a 12 day safari with super eagles travel and tours and had an amazing birthday celebration in Kenya. Daisy helped organize and set up the perfect itinerary. She is very responsive and will do everything in her power to ensure you have an amazing time. Our driver/guide, Edwin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to see the big 5 and then some! He answered all our questions and was very patient with my elderly mother. He even got the Masai people at our camp to wish me a very special birthday! We’re ending the tour in Mombasa for some beach and relaxation. Thanks to Daisy and Edwin I was able to have a spectacular birthday adventure while not spending too much! We have used Rose and her company, The Luxury Safari Company, numerous times and yet again she has provided us with a perfect holiday.
We have been to several African safaris and wanted to go back to Kenya for something different. She sent us to Saruni Samburu and it was wonderful. It was exactly as she promised and we loved every minute.
As usual, everything was superbly organised from the minute we arrived at Nairobi airport to the minute we left Kenya. Even when we encountered a small issue re internal plane transfer times, Rose sorted everything within minutes. She is just so reliable.
Only been back a few days and already thinking of where to go for our next trip and … of course it will be Rose who we will turn to!
