The best tour company out there!
The organization and operation of the tour by Kisaza was absolutely amazing and left nothing to be desired!
From the included airport pickup two days before the start to the drop off at the complementary hotel after the 7 day tour, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have.
Steven even came to the hotel just to greet us the night we arrived, followed by a professional briefing and checking of the equipment the next day together with our two guides. During the tour, the whole team was super friendly, professional, and helpful. Every time we arrived to a new camp, the tent was already up and shortly after, we were served an always delicious and fresh meal. When we were just hanging out and relaxing after the day‘s hike, the team also regularly offered snacks such as popcorn as well as tea/coffee, which we considered very thoughtful!
Every night after dinner, our two guides checked on us and our wellbeing and gave a briefing on the next day. They planned everything according to our preferences and pace, which was especially great on the summit day (or rather night), where we arrived perfectly for sunrise at Uhuru Peak. As this surely was not the case for many other people summiting, this can be considered one of the most outstanding perks of going with Kisaza!
We were overall more than satisfied with Kisaza and couldn’t recommend the company more! There wasn’t a single thing we could have complained about and the price is an absolute steal compared to many other companies, especially considering the outstanding performance and service provided by the whole team.
We also climbed Mount Meru with Kisaza last year by the way, which was just as perfect as the Kilimanjaro tour this time. So all in all, there is absolutely no reason to hesitate to book your tour with Kisaza!

Experience of a Lifetime
Incredible experience. The abundance and variety of wildlife is amazing. Our guide Swahib was quick to spot the animals and was very knowledgeable about them and the flora as well. We were lucky to have such an experienced guide... very professional and accommodating. The planning for the safari was all taken care of by Kelvin at Goldfinch... includiing hotel transfers, flights and accommodations. Everything went smoothly.
The lodges were exceptional and the staff very friendly, going out of their way to please
The sounds of lions grunting at night while we were staying at a the Kon Tiki tented lodge on the serengeti will forever stay in my mind. A big thanks to Swahib, Kelvin, and everyone at Goldfinch for making this safari an experience that we will never forget.

I booked the 3 day budget with these guys and let me tell you, they have been absolutely amazing! They were on time to pick me up, the transaction with them was flawless and they're upfront about everything that is included/excluded. No hidden fees. The accommodation was absolutely amazing surpassing my expectations and our guide Steve was great! Steve did everything possible to get us to see all the animals in Masai Mara, and while there were other safari trucks trying to get a look and get photos for their clients, Steve managed to squeeze in our truck and always gave us the best views! We also got to see a Leopard which is one the big 5 but also very difficult to spot so we were really excited! My group also managed to lose an item when it fell out of the window and Steve went above and beyond to locate it (we found it). I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Amazing trip of wild life & scenery and wonderful service
At first we did not have much expectation as we only planed for 2 days.... I mean what can you expect to see in a 2-days trip including almost 1 full day of travelling?
But It ended up with amazingly good memories! First the back & forth trip from & to Nairobi was full of the view & scenery and absolutely to your " fantasy" of AFRICA, and the Guide Steve helped us a lot on the picking up , as well as our driver Issack who had been trying to show us the good points of views with 100% of safety ; Secondly the hotel as well as the meals are on the top level, It was basically the best among all we had in Kenya! Least and also the most important is the Safari itself, the guide re-scheduled our tours which allows us to explore the park two full times: we got the Elephants, Lions, Flamingos，Zebras....and dozens of wild lives which out of my EN vocabulary😂；
All in all, 5 stars of recommend, especially you got limited time for the Safari Trip!

Unforgettable Safari
the safari was spectacular, our guide Amiri made the experience even more unforgettable thanks to his preparation but also his sympathy, we were able to see all the big five in less than a day of game driving and in the following days we saw them several times, all accommodations were beautiful, immersed in nature but equipped with all comforts, in another very positive note was the food: Always very good.
