Great tour! Reasonable price and excellent tour guide
5/5

We are extremely happy to have chosen Mr. Oliver Lugalia’s “Campofrio Safaris” to arrange a six day Kenyan safari for us at Samburu, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara National Reserves, and we would prefer to retain their services in the future. Mr. Lugalia met us in person at the Campofrio offices in Nairobi before we finalized our arrangements. Our driver and guide Chris, was an extremely reliable and knowledgeable family man, capable of working from dawn to dusk, deeply familiar with the back roads of the parks we visited and with the habits of the animals who lived there. Someday we will go with him again to find the leopard, but we encountered not one but dozens of lions, the black rhino, white rhinos, cheetahs, literally scores of elephants, the hippopotamus trotting along in the dusk, ostriches, hyenas, jackals, foxes, and giraffes; innumerable zebras, buffalo, oryx, impalas, and waterbucks, as well as gazelles of every kind, even the tiny duk duk. There were also birds of every hue and variety. All of the hotels Campofrio Safaris selected suit our limited budget or exceeded our expectations regarding room and board and overflowed with grace and hospitality.

Even though we had a lot of questions, he handled everything well and solved most of our issues. Kelvin was our tour guide, and he was amazing! He is very experienced and funny. We saw so many animals southern serenget I highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Fabulous
5/5

Engeya tours ...an exceptional agency. We left for 16 days with Davis the boss and Éric his French-speaking guide. It was a dream moment. We saw all the animals up close at once during the Safaris and cruises. We shared a lot of experience in the villages and discovered the culture of Uganda. We trusted Davis with accommodations based on our budget and it was ideal. He mixed camping lodge hotel. It was perfect. Davis is someone with whom I have communicated a lot before and he is very available. Eric the French-speaking guide is a young guy who is just starting out but who takes great care of us and it's really a great duo ❤️. We really fell in love with this country, these landscapes, these people and our guides. They became friends.

Thank you Tanzanian people for environmental protection and animal protection
5/5

Thanks to the Tanzanian people for their environmental protection and animal protection, I had a wonderful animal-hunting trip.
I came to Serengeti National Park. It made me feel familiar and surprised. I grew up watching animal world TV programs. These animals are familiar and strange.
Thanks to the company for giving me a wonderful animal-hunting trip

Wonderful hike to Mandara hut
5/5

Went on an amazing day hike from Mrangu Gate to Mandara hut. Our amazing guide was Joel who is a wealth of information. When one of us tripped and scraped up our knee, he was right there helping bandage it up and brainstorming different ways to make sure we made it out before our scheduled time at 5 pm.

A Safari to end all others…
5/5

Kale director Oscar was so helpful, responsive and accommodating in helping plan our Safari to Tanzania. He was the reason we decided to go with Kale and we made an excellent decision. We had a driver, Erick, on our first day at Mataruni waterfalls annd Chemka hotsprings and he was fantastic; it was a long day and he was a trooper. Our next driver for the remainder of the 6-day Safari, Sufiani, was kind, genuine and informative the whole trip. We were so happy to have him as our guide and we soon became friends! Kale really pulled out all the stops: beautiful picnics, amazing tours, always asking if we needed anything, and if there was an issue with the campsite or hotel, they always took care of us. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend!!

Great views and animals, challenging logistics
3/5

I booked a group joining safari with Beast Spoor. I was with 7 other several travellers who booked through different agencies. The driver guide was employed by another agency (Axis) too. Although communication upfront with Beast Spoor was good and swift I was not aware of the above.
As the organising agency and the driver were not from Beast Spoor it is difficult to pinpoint whos fault it was when things went wrong (drop off in wrong hotel, driver not fully aware of everything in my package). Logistics was a challenge and waist of time as the group was staying in 3 different lodges througout the trip (3x drop offs and 3x pickups every day). Also this was not communicated to me before.

Having said all this, Beast Spoor did their best to ensure i had a good trip. My advise would be to book a private trip with them not a group joining trip.
