Blessing was extremely helpful, as I had difficulty trying to decide where to go iniatally.
We were a family of 10 and had an amazing two weeks, booked through Africazim Travel. Met at the airport by Stanford - our guide for the whole trip - poor man, but he was incredible, very knowledgeable, punctual, polite, humorous, caring and a very good driver, which was essential, as the roads are terrible, to say the least! Our accommodation was great, weather perfect, didn’t get to see the Big 5, but we saw plenty of wonderful African wildlife. Next time - (I hope there is) we won’t attempt so much distance, but stay at each place an extra day. Everyone loved it, as it was their first taste of Africa. My safari to Tsavo and Amboseli National Parks was an unforgettable adventure, filled with breathtaking encounters with nature. I stayed at Voi Safari Lodge, which offered spectacular views of the park and a peaceful atmosphere. The trip was perfectly wrapped up with a relaxing visit to the beautiful sandy beaches of Diani. Very responsive and all went smoothly as per the plan
Our safari to the Kruger parc organized by Mzansi went well and we are very happy for the package we've got.
The transfers from/to O.R Tembo airport in JBN went very smoothly and we felt in security with both drivers.
The lodge was cool and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only improvement suggestion we could make it's about the variation the food menu (per example the soup of the day, this is however a small point). We were VERY pleased with our safari rides / safari drivers who have made our visits to the Kruger moments the whole family will never forget.
Last but not least, Katelynn the booking agent from Mzansi was very responsive and answered all our questions.
All in all we felt it was a good value for money and we would re-book this this agency without hesitation.

Collaborative, accommodating and great experience
Growing up in India , I watched a lot of Nat geo documentary about Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater and also wanted to see it. We made it here in July 2025. Our trip started with getting quotes and itineraries from different companies. Segregate smiles had the best value for the money for the similar itineraries from other companies. We worked with Baraka on planning and he was awesome in getting our ideas and providing the options. We used WhatsApp as our tool and he was very responsive. Deo, was our guide and he was great. He knew all the spots and our timing was perfect. We were hoping to see elephants, giraffes, hyenas, lions, cheetah hunting, leopard, rhino, buffalo and most importantly great migration. We saw everything!!! We had our once in life time experience and thanks to Baraka and Deo!! Highly recommend this company.

Deo greeted us at the airport, he took us through our itinerary for the time here. Deo was very informative and took us to all the great spots and got us in the best positions for amazing photos. The accommodations were really beautiful with warm people greeting us. They were very accommodating for me with a vegan diet, every place had food for me without hesitation or judgements.
