A heartfelt thank you to Marurumi Travel for the unforgettable safari experience James and I shared. The five-day itinerary was thoughtfully organized—warm, detailed, and full of delightful surprises.
At the start of our journey, we were warmly welcomed by the company owner and our driver Tony, who thoughtfully provided us with reusable water bottles, drinking water, and even sun hats. These small touches proved incredibly useful throughout the trip.
What truly stood out was the companionship of Tony, who accompanied us from Amboseli to Masai Mara like a kind and caring family member. Tony, who is around the same age as my father, shared his deep knowledge of the wildlife on the savannah with humor and passion. He never tired of tracking animals with us and turning every moment into a learning adventure. We felt especially lucky to have spotted all of the Big Five on our very first trip to Kenya!
Despite the long hours on the road each day, Tony remained upbeat and focused, always giving us his best. There were moments when James and I would doze off in the car, completely worn out, but each time we looked up, Tony was still driving with steady concentration—it gave us great peace of mind.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Every hotel we stayed at was clean, and some were even surprisingly luxurious. The food was another highlight—although buffet-style, each hotel served delicious and thoughtfully prepared meals. My favorite place was the tented camp in Masai Mara, where we could sit and gaze out at the plains and the evening skies.
All in all, we feel incredibly fortunate to have met Tony. He made our safari journey feel joyful, safe, and deeply memorable.

Fantastic experience
We had an amazing 3 night safari in Mikumi National Park with Obag. Our guide Paschale looked after visitors so well from start to finish. The safari itself was fantastic amd we saw an unexpected number and range of animals. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens and we loved it from start to finish. The price was also extremely competitive.

Amazing value for money! All of our questions were answered quickly before the safari. On the first day, transport/pickup was seamless. The game drive itself was amazing, although I know this is largely based on luck on the day. The food and refreshments were good. The hotel was lovely! Manager was so attentive and friendly. The hike on day 2 was phenomenal, and the lunch was delicious. Only hiccup of the whole trip was a very long wait for the train to depart, however I understand that from a logistical perspective given the long gaps between trains it was easier to book the later one rather than risk missing the earlier one. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience, great value for money
We did a 2 day safari and thoroughly enjoyed it. The transportation from our hotel was seamless with no delays. We spent the first day spotting animals, we saw lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras, crocodiles, hippos, antelopes, monkeys and a variety of birds. Our tour guide (George of the Jungle) was very friendly. The food and accommodation was good and the staff were lovely. The hike on day 2 was excellent, our tour guide was very nice and the waterfall was great. The only downside was a long wait in the train station for our evening train back. Overall it was a fantastic Safari and I would definitely recommend.

Great experience
Great experience from start to finish. Communication was good and all of our questions were answered before the tour itself. Safari was excellent, and our tour guide went out of his way to ensure we got to see as many different animals as possible. Hike was also lovely but I think perhaps more time was allocated than necessary for the hike and lunch as we had a packed lunch so were finished by 2, and then had a bit of a wait for the train which wasn’t until 7.25 but understand that it can be unpredictable to know how long the hike would take. All in all great experience and would highly recommend!

We spent 11 wonderful days in the wonderful parks of Tanzania under the perfect guidance of Makongo, the great modern Maasai warrior, who not only knew the local reality very well and made us participate in it, but also spoke Italian very well, sang many Italian songs perfectly and contributed to the wonderful climate that was created within our group. An unforgettable Tanzania Safari! The guide Goodluck is unparalleled and Casey's service is amazing!
I have returned from Tanzania and I have to give a shout out to this awesome travel agency! We had a seven-day, six-night Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro in June and it was awesome!
First of all, I want to give a shout out to our guide, Goodluck! As his name suggests, he really brought us a lot of good luck! Goodluck is super polite and experienced, he is like a walking encyclopedia! Along the way, he did his best to meet all our needs and took us to find any animals we wanted to see. Occasionally, if we encountered some minor problems on the road, he could solve them quickly.
We still had a lot of fun on this Safari, including leopards, cheetahs, lions, various antelopes, super imposing elephants, giraffes, and very spectacular wildebeests! The food and accommodation were also very good, and the conditions were much better than we expected!
Overall, this travel agency is still very responsible. We didn't have the situation we were afraid of, where their attitude changed drastically after receiving the money. The service was very good from beginning to end. Especially their employee Casey, who is really dedicated and responsible. We sent her messages to ask any questions before and during the trip, no matter how big or small, and she would patiently answer them. If the boss sees this, I sincerely suggest giving Casey a raise hahaha!
In short, we were very happy and satisfied with this trip. Goodluck's professionalism and enthusiasm, plus Casey's thoughtful and considerate support in the back, and the company's overall reliability and responsibility, made this Safari a perfect adventure!
