Our experience with Plex Africa Safaris was truly exceptional from start to finish. Communication with the company owner was incredibly smooth, and he was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable trip. Although we had a small misunderstanding with our initial guide, the owner immediately stepped in and provided a wonderful replacement, which turned the experience around completely.
The tour was expertly organized—starting with a perfectly timed flight from Zanzibar that allowed us to settle in and enjoy our first dinner in total relaxation. The following day, we were guided full-time by a fantastic professional driver who made sure we never missed a moment. Watching the sunrise on the river the day after was nothing short of magical. We were lucky to see some of the big 4, and thanks to our brilliant driver, we always had front-row views ahead of other jeeps.
The accommodations were clean and welcoming, and the meals—while simple—were exceptionally tasty and a hit with everyone, including our kids with their picky tastes.

On all questions asked Prior to the Trip have been replied to very fast. The Driver who brought US to Mikumi was very friendly and responded to the wishes we had. Also the Guide was very friendly and gave us some very good and interesting information about the animals and environment.

Perfect guide let treams became true
Our guide was David, and we could not get a better one for our tour. He was very professional and kindly at every time and spreat positive vibes to our 3-day-Safari.
Besides that the tour was excellent organized. David picked us up at our accomodation in Arusha and drove us to our sleeping place when the Safari ended. While the safari we spent the night in well-suited, clean lodges, which Mr Kazi has organized for us.
All together we (me and my girlfriend) had a one-in-a-lifetime experience with a perfect operator. Special Highlight was seeing the lion.

The tour guide is polite, punctual, clean and has strong communication skills. He knows all the animal routes and habitats very well. He also has a very good ability to manage time. Africa Zim made our trip to Botswana and Zimbabwe a trip to remember!
Africa Zim Travel and Tours were wonderful tour operators. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they arranged everything for us. Any hiccup or request was quickly sorted out. They were prompt and very well connected to all of the accommodation and tour operators meaning we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. All of the safaris and tours arranged by Africa Zim were excellent with engaging, fun and knowledgeable guides. The accommodation selected for us by Africa Zim was all wonderful with friendly and welcoming staff.
We were particularly lucky and grateful to have Stanford as our host for the trip. Stanford was great fun and catered for all of our needs. With the group’s ages ranging from 16 through to 80-Stanford had a great rapport with everyone. We were all sad to say goodbye to him at the end of the trip and have made a life long friend. I would highly recommend Africa Zim and especially Stanford! I can’t wait to go back!

Responsive, reliable, good price
This operator was very responsive via whatsapp as we planned out trip. We were 4 in private group. We could adapt our tour according to our plans an preferences and prices were very good in comparison to what is common found on this website.
We payed 20% in advance after signing agreement with operator and the rest one week before start. Payment works seamlesly via pesapal (African paypal, which has pretty high provisions unfortunatelly - 3,6%)
Realisation was 100% what we agreed. Absolutely no scam. We were first a little suspisicous as we first time planned and travel in an African country.
We are very satisfied with what came out of it.
I would recommend them to everyone.
